All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The invention provides an intelligent information pushing method, which can select merchants near a human-computer interaction device as objects to be pushed with information by determining the position of the human-computer interaction device, obtain product information of the required merchants according to merchant identifications, further perform pushing display, and evaluate the pushed information by a user, so that the product information of the merchants near the human-computer interaction device can be accurately pushed to the user, more accurate guidance can be performed on behaviors of shopping, consumption and the like of the user, the time of the user is saved, and the experience perception and the interactivity of the user are improved.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of an embodiment of the present invention is shown, first, in step S101, a location of a human-computer interaction device is determined.
In the invention, the man-machine interaction device is used for displaying product information and receiving user evaluation, and can perform man-machine interaction through a touch screen or can perform display through a display screen and perform interaction through other interaction equipment, such as gesture recognition or remote control and other interaction modes. The man-machine interaction device can be a specially customized device, and can also be an existing device integrated with interaction performance, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or other intelligent terminals. The man-machine interaction device can be placed in a shopping mall, a shop or a commercial center or other places for information push.
In this embodiment, determining the location of the human-computer interaction device includes: acquiring the signal intensity and the physical address of a wireless routing device near a man-machine interaction device; determining the geographic position of the wireless routing device according to the corresponding relation between the physical address of the wireless routing device and the geographic position where the wireless routing device is placed; and determining the position of the human-computer interaction device according to the signal strength and the geographic position of the wireless routing device. The position of the man-machine interaction device is determined through the physical position of the wireless routing device, and then the product information of a merchant near the position can be pushed, so that when the wireless routing device is applied specifically, the pushing and updating of the product information under different application scenes can be realized only by updating the geographical position information of the wireless routing device.
In the embodiment, the wireless signal of the wireless routing device near the man-machine interaction device is acquired, so that the signal strength and the physical address (MAC address) of the wireless routing device can be acquired, wireless routing devices are installed at different locations in a business, and location information, i.e., geographic location, of different installation locations, such as the installation location of the wireless routing device indoors, typically, in order to facilitate the management of the wireless routing device, the corresponding relationship between the geographic location and the physical location of the wireless routing device is preserved in advance, in the preferred embodiment, the geographic information system in the building is preset with the arrangement position of the wireless routing device, the building internal geographic information system provides specific geographic location information of the wireless routing device having a certain physical address, from which the geographic location information of the wireless routing device can be accurately determined.
In other embodiments, the correspondence between the physical address of the wireless routing device and the geographic location in which the wireless routing device is located may also be provided in other ways, and may be direct or indirect. In some embodiments, a correspondence relationship between a physical location of the wireless routing device and an identifier of a store where the wireless routing device is placed is pre-stored, where the identifier of the store may be information such as a name or an address of the store, and a physical location of the store in the business location may be obtained through the identifier of the store, so as to obtain a geographic location of the wireless routing device. In other embodiments, for example, in other embodiments, the identification of the store, i.e., the location information representing the store, may directly obtain the information of the geographic location of the wireless routing device from the identification of the store.
After the geographical position of the wireless routing device is obtained, the location of the human-computer interaction device is determined by combining the acquired signal strength of the nearby wireless routing device, at this time, the number of the acquired signals of the wireless routing device is usually multiple, and each signal corresponds to the physical address and the geographical position of one wireless routing device.
In some embodiments, the geographical location corresponding to the wireless routing device with the strongest signal strength may be selected as the location of the human-computer interaction device. The wireless routing device with the strongest signal strength can be considered to be closest to the human-computer interaction device in space, and the physical position corresponding to the wireless routing device is taken as the position of the human-computer interaction device.
However, the strength and the credibility of a single wireless access signal are poor, and the relative position relationship between the single wireless access signal and the human-computer interaction device may not be truly embodied. In other embodiments, in order to more accurately determine the position of the display device, the wireless routing devices ranked in the first three positions are selected from the signal strength, and the space surrounded by the three points of the corresponding geographic positions of the wireless routing devices is used as the position of the human-computer interaction device.
In still other embodiments, more accurate algorithms may be used to process the signal strength information to obtain more accurate location information. Specifically, a space determined by an intersection of signal coverage areas of at least three wireless routing devices is used as a location of the human-computer interaction device, a radius of the signal coverage area of the wireless routing device is determined by a function of signal strength and distance, the signal coverage area of the wireless routing device is determined by the signal strength and the distance, the signal strength refers to received signal strength, the distance is a distance between the signal receiving device and the wireless routing device, and the radius of the signal coverage area of the wireless routing device can be calculated by the function determined by the signal strength and the distance, and the function can be a power path loss model of the electromagnetic wave, for example. In the algorithm, the radius of the signal coverage range of the wireless routing device is determined according to the signal strength and the distance, namely the signal coverage range corresponding to one radius under certain signal strength is determined, so that the coverage ranges are respectively determined according to the coverage radii of the wireless routing devices at the geographical positions where the wireless routing devices are located, and the space determined by the intersection of the coverage ranges is the position where the human-computer interaction device is located.
In step S102, merchant identifiers within a certain range from the location of the human-computer interaction device are obtained.
After the location of the human-computer interaction device is determined, the identity of the merchant in a certain range of the location of the human-computer interaction device is obtained, and the range from the location may be set according to specific needs, such as a range 500 meters away from the location or a floor where the location is located, and the like, and is not particularly limited herein. The merchant identifier may be information such as a name of the merchant, an abbreviation of the merchant, or a phone number registered by the merchant.
In step S103, product information of a predetermined merchant in the range is obtained through the merchant identifier.
The predetermined merchant can be a registered signing merchant or a merchant meeting other pushing conditions, when the signing merchant is registered, information such as a merchant identifier is reserved, whether the merchant is the signing merchant or not can be judged through the merchant identifier, if yes, product information of the merchant is obtained, and the product information is used for pushing and displaying on the human-computer interaction device.
For a predetermined merchant, the product information that the merchant needs to push can be pre-stored in a background database, the database can be updated at any time or periodically, and the product information that the merchant needs to push is obtained from the database when needed. The product information of the predetermined merchant can also be obtained online through the merchant identification information of the predetermined merchant, for example, the product information to be pushed is obtained from the official website of the merchant. And if necessary, adjusting the product information to be pushed to the commercial tenant according to the evaluation information of the user. The product information can be picture information, two-dimensional code information, character information, animation information and the like.
For a contracted merchant, a merchant level may be preset during registration, and the user level may be used to guide a policy for displaying product information on the human-computer interaction device, such as a display mode and display time.
In step S104, product information is pushed on the human-computer interaction device.
When product information is pushed in human-computer interaction, pushing strategies can be set according to different requirements, for example, product information of different merchants is displayed in different areas of a display screen or product information of different merchants is played in sequence, further, the pushing strategies can be set according to the levels of the merchants preset during registration, for example, the pushing strategies are played preferentially and preset for users with high merchant levels for a long time, or the pushing information of users with high levels is placed in a central area of the screen. The playback strategy is only an example, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In step S105, the user evaluates the pushed product information.
The user can also evaluate the displayed product information, and the evaluation mode can be, for example, approval, rating, favorable rating, collection or the like.
Through feedback of user evaluation, optimization of push information and adjustment of display strategies can be further performed. Specifically, the information evaluated by the user is counted, the pushing priority is set for the pushed product information according to the product category according to the counting result, the product information is pushed on the man-machine interaction device according to the pushing priority, and the product information of the front merchants and the like are pushed preferentially.
In the embodiment, the information of the commercial tenant near the human-computer interaction device is accurately pushed to the user by determining the position of the human-computer interaction device, so that the behaviors of shopping, consumption and the like of the user can be more accurately guided, the time of the user is saved, and the experience perception of the user is improved.
Example two
Different from the first embodiment, in the embodiment, after the product information of the predetermined merchant is obtained, information related to the user preference is further selected from the push information of the merchant according to the user preference, so as to perform more accurate information push. In this embodiment, only the portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and the same portions will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the present invention, step S201 is to determine a location of the human-computer interaction device.
Step S202, acquiring merchant identifications within a certain range from the position of the human-computer interaction device.
Step S203, obtaining the product information of the predetermined merchant in the range through the merchant identification.
Steps S201 to S203 are the same as steps S101 to S103 of the first embodiment.
In step S204, the user id within a predetermined range from the display device is obtained in real time.
The user identification can be sensed through bluetooth, WIFI or biological recognition (face, voice) and the like, for example, the face information of the user can be obtained through a face recognition technology, and the information such as the MAC address or the mobile phone number of the mobile device of the user can be obtained through a WIFI technology.
It can be understood that, for the registered user, the identity of the user is already obtained at the time of registration, and the identity may be, for example, a picture of a face of the user, a MAC address of a mobile terminal carried by the user, such as a mobile phone, or a mobile phone number of the user.
In addition, the user within the preset distance range can be sensed, and the user far away from the human-computer interaction device cannot be sensed, namely the user can sense the identity of the user when approaching the human-computer interaction device. For example, users within a radial range of 5 meters from the display screen may all be perceived. The predetermined distance range may be set as required, and this embodiment is not particularly limited. For example, it may be set to 3 meters or 10 meters.
In step S205, it is determined whether the user is a user meeting the push condition through the identity of the user.
It will be appreciated that users may be classified into various categories, registered and unregistered. The registered users are further classified into classes such as general members, gold card members, black card members, and the like. In this embodiment, not all users close to the human-computer interaction device are the objects to be pushed accurately, but users meeting the pushing condition are selected from the close users through the judgment of the identity, for example, the users may be registered users or users with a higher level among the registered users.
It is understood that steps S204 and S205 may be performed before step S203, and the order of execution of these two steps is not particularly limited.
In step S206, if the pushing condition is met, product information related to the user is selected from the product information of the predetermined merchant through the identity of the user, and is used as the product information to be pushed.
Through this step, information conforming to the user preference is further selected as information to be pushed from the product information of the predetermined merchant. The information related to the user may be estimated from information previously registered by the user, such as gender, age group, consumption ability, consumption preference, and the like, and product information related to a female garment, a cosmetic, an ornament, or the like may be selected for a female, product information related to a male garment, an electronic consumer, or the like may be selected for a male, or the related product information may be pushed according to general preference of the age group, or more precisely, the product information related to the user may be determined according to historical behavior data of the user.
In a preferred embodiment, specifically, first, the historical behavior data of the user is retrieved according to the identity of the user.
Note that the database stores historical behavior data of the user. The historical behavior data comprises registration condition, level condition, access path and consumption condition of the user, etc. Since the user's level is adjusted or the user's preference is changed over time, the historical behavior data in the database is also dynamically updated according to the user's specific situation.
And then, judging the attribute characteristics of the user according to the historical behavior data of the user.
The attribute characteristics of the user may determine the user's preferences, i.e., the product categories the user is interested in. For example, the focus of user a is on electronic products, the focus of user B is on jewelry, and the focus of user C is on clothing.
It is understood that the attribute features of the user include static attribute features and dynamic attribute features, the static attribute features referring to basic attributes of the user, such as: name, age, phone number, gender, etc. Dynamic attribute features are features that relate to a user's specific behavior over time, such as behavior of visits to the store, including visit paths and consumption preferences, among others.
And then, selecting product information related to the user from the product information of the preset merchant according to the attribute characteristics of the user, wherein the product information related to the user is information matched with the attribute characteristics of the user.
And further selecting information related to the user from the product information of the predetermined merchant according to the attribute characteristics of the user, and if the user C focuses on the clothing, selecting the information related to the clothing from the product information of the predetermined merchant as the product information related to the user.
In step S207, product information related to the user is pushed on the human-computer interaction device.
In this embodiment, product information related to the user is displayed on the human-computer interaction. In the display policy, the display policy may be set in association with the level of the user. If a plurality of users all meet the user pushing conditions, and the user attribute characteristics of the users are different, that is, the user preferences are different, the playing priority can be set according to the user level, the related pushing information of the user with the higher user level can be played preferentially, and different playing time lengths can be further set according to the priority.
In step S208, the user evaluates the pushed product information.
The user can also evaluate the displayed product information, and the evaluation mode can be, for example, approval, rating, favorable rating, collection or the like.
