acquiring relevant IP address data information of different ISPs every day, importing the data information into an IP library, removing duplication, grading and filtering the data information through an IP analysis processor, constructing an IP region index, and improving the IP analysis capability by adopting a dual mechanism of NOSQL and local cache.
For an advertisement delivery machine, when a user requests the delivery machine to deliver advertisements, the user IP information is carried, then the delivery machine searches matched geographical position information in a local hotspot cache based on the IP of the user, and if the geographical position information is not searched, the advertisement delivery machine enters NOSQL (non-relational database) for matching; after matching is successful, searching relevant matched advertisement putting data according to a region label (geographical location information corresponding to an IP address), if the data does not exist, selecting advertisement data of a first-level administrative region above the IP or displaying default advertisement data, and in the process, deleting IP information which is not used for the longest time in the latest period of time so as to update local hotspot data.

acquiring advertisement release data corresponding to the geographic position information, wherein the advertisement release data corresponding to the geographic position information comprises advertisement attribute information which can be released and corresponds to the geographic position information and/or attribute information of advertisements with different release priority levels; if the advertisement release data corresponding to the geographic position information does not exist, acquiring advertisement release data corresponding to a higher-level administrative area of the geographic position information, wherein the advertisement release data corresponding to the higher-level administrative area of the geographic position information comprises advertisement attribute information which can be released and/or attribute information of advertisements with different release priority levels, and the advertisement attribute information corresponds to the higher-level administrative area of the geographic position information;
