Abstract

本发明公开了一种竖式冷却器,它包括箱体、封头、观察孔、排污口、孔板、孔板、进水管、出水管、观察孔、出气管、隔板、进气管、孔板以及冷却管,所述的箱体为圆柱形,底部设置有孔板,上部设置有孔板,所述的冷却管-端设置在孔板上,另-端穿过孔板设置在封头的孔板上,箱体与封头之间相间隔。所述的封头的底板为斜圆锥体,底板设置有排污口。该竖式冷却器结构简单,封头的底板喷涂有碳化硅涂层,方便清理冷凝酸和灰渣,使用寿命更长。

一种竖式冷却器
技术领域
本发明涉及化工机械技术领域,尤其是一种竖式冷却器。
背景技术
目前,公知的化工厂SO2系统的冷却器的结构都是采用立式冷却器,在硫磺炉燃烧硫磺时产生SO2气体,当SO2气体在卧式冷却器冷却过程中会产生大量的冷凝酸和灰渣堆积在封头的倾斜式或圆锥式底板上,非常难清理。另外封头的底板腐蚀严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种改进竖式冷却器,不仅能方便清理冷凝酸和灰渣,而且能抗腐蚀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括箱体、封头、观察孔、排污口、孔板、孔板、进水管、出水管、观察孔、出气管、隔板、进气管、孔板以及冷却管,所述的箱体为圆柱形,底部设置有孔板,上部设置有孔板,箱体内的顶部用隔板一分为二隔成两个腔并在侧面设置有有观察孔,箱体上部设置有出水管、出气管和进气管,下部设置有进水管,所述的封头为圆柱形,上部设置有孔板,侧面设置有观察孔,所述的冷却管-端设置在孔板上,另-端穿过孔板设置在封头的孔板上,箱体与封头之间相间隔。所述的封头的底板为斜圆锥体,底板设置有排污口。
所述的底板上喷涂有碳化硅涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,封头的底板喷涂有碳化硅涂层,方便清理冷凝酸和灰渣,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
在图1中,箱体1用钢板制成圆桶体,一端用电焊焊接有钢板制成的孔板6,另一端用电焊焊接有钢板制成的孔板13和盖板。箱体1内的顶部用电焊焊接隔板11一分为二隔成两个腔并在侧面用电焊焊接观察孔9,箱体1上部用电焊焊接出水管8、出气管10和进气管12,下部用电焊焊进水管7。冷却管14-端用电焊焊接在孔板13上,另-端穿过孔板6用电焊焊接在封头2的孔板5上,箱体1和封头2之间相间隔,冷却管的与封头的焊缝处不直接接触冷却水,避免焊缝处因温差大热胀冷缩产生热变形开裂。下部封头2用钢板制成圆柱形,一端用电焊焊接有钢板制成的孔板5,另一端用电焊焊接有钢板制成底板,底板为斜圆锥体,容易收集冷凝酸和灰渣。封头2用电焊焊接有观察孔3和底板上用电焊焊接有排污口4用于观察和清理冷凝酸和灰渣。

1.一种竖式冷却器,其特征在于:它包括箱体(1)、封头(2)、观察孔(3)、排污口(4)、孔板(5)、孔板(6)、进水管(7)、出水管(8)、观察孔(9)、出气管(10)、隔板(11)、进气管(12)、孔板(13)以及冷却管(14),所述的箱体(1)为圆柱形,底部设置有孔板(6),上部设置有孔板(13),箱体(1)内的顶部用隔板(11)一分为二隔成两个腔并在侧面设置有有观察孔(9),箱体(1)上部设置有出水管(8)、出气管(10)和进气管(12),下部设置有进水管(7),所述的封头(2)为圆柱形,上部设置有孔板(5),侧面设置有观察孔(3),所述的冷却管(14)-端设置在孔板(13)上,另-端穿过孔板(6)设置在封头(2)的孔板(5)上,箱体(1)与封头(2)之间相间隔,所述的封头(2)的底板为斜圆锥体,底板设置有排污口(4)。
