本发明公开了一种带散热结构的风管机组件,包含一蜗壳,所述的蜗壳内设有一叶轮,所述的蜗壳的侧壁上设有一可拆卸的散热机座,所述的散热机座包含一圆盘形的机座底板和一环形的散热环筒,所述的机座底板上设有一由散热开口组成的散热开口阵列和一由连接圆孔组成的连接圆孔阵列,所述的散热环筒上设有一由贯穿的散热弧槽组成的散热弧槽阵列,所述的散热机座上设有一可拆卸的驱动电机。使用时,当驱动电机高速转动时,叶轮带动的螺旋气流在散热开口和散热弧槽之间快速流动,将驱动电机产生的热量快速带走,防止驱动电机过热停机,大大提高了风管机的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调装置,更确切地说,是一种带散热结构的风管机组件。
背景技术
风管机是空调机的一种,它的原理跟中央空调基本是一样的,因为体积较大,一般需要为了美观而藏在天花板内部。由于天花板的内部空间有限,风管机的电机在高速运转时,极容易因为过热而停机,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种带散热结构的风管机组件。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种带散热结构的风管机组件,其特征在于,所述的带散热结构的风管机组件包含一蜗壳,所述的蜗壳内设有一叶轮,所述的蜗壳的侧壁上设有一可拆卸的散热机座,所述的散热机座包含一圆盘形的机座底板和一环形的散热环筒,所述的机座底板上设有一由散热开口组成的散热开口阵列和一由连接圆孔组成的连接圆孔阵列,所述的散热环筒的周向上设有一由固定凸缘组成的固定凸缘阵列,所述的固定凸缘上分别设有一固定螺钉,所述的散热环筒上设有一由贯穿的散热弧槽组成的散热弧槽阵列,所述的叶轮包含一环形的固定圈和一圆盘状的固定盘,所述的固定圈与固定盘之间设有一由叶片组成的叶片阵列,所述的固定盘的中心设有一配重轴筒,所述的散热机座上设有一可拆卸的驱动电机。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的散热机座为不锈钢制成。
本发明的带散热结构的风管机组件的优点是:使用时,当驱动电机高速转动时,叶轮带动的螺旋气流在散热开口和散热弧槽之间快速流动,将驱动电机产生的热量快速带走,防止驱动电机过热停机,大大提高了风管机的可靠性。该带散热结构的风管机组件结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。

如图1至图6所示,该带散热结构的风管机组件1包含一蜗壳2,该蜗壳2内设有一叶轮5,该蜗壳2的侧壁上设有一可拆卸的散热机座3,该散热机座3包含一圆盘形的机座底板31和一环形的散热环筒34,该机座底板31上设有一由散热开口311组成的散热开口阵列和一由连接圆孔312组成的连接圆孔阵列,该散热环筒34的周向上设有一由固定凸缘32组成的固定凸缘阵列,该固定凸缘32上分别设有一固定螺钉33,该散热环筒34上设有一由贯穿的散热弧槽341组成的散热弧槽阵列,该叶轮5包含一环形的固定圈51和一圆盘状的固定盘52,该固定圈51与固定盘52之间设有一由叶片54组成的叶片阵列,该固定盘52的中心设有一配重轴筒53,该散热机座3上设有一可拆卸的驱动电机4。
该散热机座3为不锈钢制成。
使用时,如图1和图2所示,当驱动电机4高速转动时,叶轮5带动的螺旋气流在散热开口311和散热弧槽341之间快速流动,将驱动电机4产生的热量快速带走,防止驱动电机4过热停机,大大提高了风管机的可靠性。
该带散热结构的风管机组件结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种带散热结构的风管机组件,其特征在于,所述的带散热结构的风管机组件(1)包含一蜗壳(2),所述的蜗壳(2)内设有一叶轮(5),所述的蜗壳(2)的侧壁上设有一可拆卸的散热机座(3),所述的散热机座(3)包含一圆盘形的机座底板(31)和一环形的散热环筒(34),所述的机座底板(31)上设有一由散热开口(311)组成的散热开口阵列和一由连接圆孔(312)组成的连接圆孔阵列,所述的散热环筒(34)的周向上设有一由固定凸缘(32)组成的固定凸缘阵列,所述的固定凸缘(32)上分别设有一固定螺钉(33),所述的散热环筒(34)上设有一由贯穿的散热弧槽(341)组成的散热弧槽阵列,所述的叶轮(5)包含一环形的固定圈(51)和一圆盘状的固定盘(52),所述的固定圈(51)与固定盘(52)之间设有一由叶片(54)组成的叶片阵列,所述的固定盘(52)的中心设有一配重轴筒(53),所述的散热机座(3)上设有一可拆卸的驱动电机(4)。
