Abstract

本发明公开了一种双通道纺丝成网系统,包括两组纺丝机组与两吹风装置,每组所述的纺丝机组均包括有序相连的螺杆挤压机、溶体过滤器、纺丝泵和纺丝箱,所述熔体过滤器设于所述螺杆挤压机后侧用于接收并过滤螺杆挤压机输出熔体,所述纺丝泵设于所述熔体过滤器后侧用于接收过滤后的熔体并控制熔体输出的流量,所述纺丝箱用于喷出纤维;两纺丝机组的两纺丝箱并排设置,且两纺丝箱下侧出口共同连接有牵伸通道;本发明通过两组纺丝机组,使本发明的纺丝成网系统可同时挤出两种不同材料的熔体细流,而且冷风配合牵伸通道将熔体细流牵伸成细丝,最后两种不同材料丝的在扩散通道内混合成网,经热轧加固后形成具有两种成分的无纺布。

一种双通道纺丝成网系统
技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝技术领域,尤其是涉及一种双通道纺丝成网系统。
背景技术
纺粘无纺布是由随机排列的纤维层构成,因其生产流程短,速度高,成本低,受到广泛应用;现有的纺丝系统,除了双组分或多组分纺丝系统可以在单纺丝通道实现同一根纤维具有双组分或多组分,从而让无纺布具有双组分或多组分的特性。但双组分或多组分纺丝系统的设备成本较高,前期的投入非常大。而目前单组分纺丝系统基本都是单通道设计,只能一次成型一种单组分无纺布,使产品的特性受到限制。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于在不明显提高设备投入成本的前提下,提供一种可同时分别使用两种不同的组分原料、在独立的两个纺丝通道中进行纺丝,然后混合铺网的纺丝成网系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的方案为:一种双通道纺丝成网系统,包括两组纺丝机组与两吹风装置,每组所述的纺丝机组均包括有序相连的螺杆挤压机、溶体过滤器、纺丝泵和纺丝箱,所述熔体过滤器设于所述螺杆挤压机后侧用于接收并过滤螺杆挤压机输出熔体,所述纺丝泵设于所述熔体过滤器后侧用于接收过滤后的熔体并控制熔体输出的流量,所述纺丝箱用于喷出纤维;两纺丝机组的两纺丝箱并排设置,且两纺丝箱下侧出口共同连接有牵伸通道,同时在两纺丝箱体的底面之间设有一延伸至所述牵伸通道底端的分隔板用于将牵伸通道分隔成两通道使两纺丝箱体喷出的纤维在牵伸通道内独立牵伸,所述牵伸通道下侧连接有扩散通道供纤维扩散混合铺网。
进一步地,所述牵伸通道的宽度向下递减,所述扩散通道的宽度向下递增。
本方案的有益效果为:通过两组纺丝机组,使本方案的纺丝成网系统可同时挤出两种不同材料的熔体细流,而且冷风配合牵伸通道将熔体细流牵伸成细丝,最后两种不同材料丝的在扩散通道内混合成网,经热轧加固后形成具有两种成分的无纺布。本方案生产的无纺布与传统单组分单纺丝通道生产的无纺布性能相比,特性更多样化,能根据用户或市场的需求,随意采用不同的材料,灵活性高,实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
参见附图1所示,一种双通道纺丝成网系统,包括两组纺丝机组、两吹风装置5、牵伸通道61与扩散通道62,其中每组纺丝机组包括依次相连的螺杆挤压机1、熔体过滤器2、纺丝泵3与纺丝箱4;其中螺杆挤出机1可挤出熔体,优选地,可选用双螺杆挤出机;熔体过滤器2设于螺杆挤出机1的后侧用于接收并过滤螺杆挤出机1输出熔体;纺丝泵3设于熔体过滤器2后侧用于接收过滤后的熔体,而且纺丝泵3可以控制向纺丝箱4输出的熔体流量,纺丝箱4设于纺丝泵3的后侧用于接收纺丝泵3输出的熔体,纺丝箱4用于喷出纤维,同时在纺丝箱4下侧设有一单体抽吸口41,用于将在纺丝箱4喷出纤维过程中产生的单体排出;两吹风装置5设置于纺丝箱4的下侧用于将纺丝箱4上的丝条拉出,具体地,吹风装置5水平设置于纺丝箱4的外侧并向纺丝箱4内吹出水平方向的冷风;两纺丝机组的两纺丝箱4并列设置,且两纺丝箱4的下侧出口共同连接牵伸通道61,同时在两纺丝箱4体的底面之间设有一延伸至牵伸通道61底端的分隔板62,该分隔板62可将牵伸通道61分隔成两通道,使两纺丝箱4体喷出的纤维在牵伸通道61内独立牵伸互不干涉,扩散通道63设于牵伸通道61下侧供纤维扩散混合形成无纺布,而且牵伸通道61的宽度向下递减,扩散通道63的宽度向下递增。
本实施例的工作过程:选定制造无纺布所需的两种不同组分的高分子聚全物,然后分别注入两螺杆挤压机1内,通过两螺杆挤压机1分别输出两种不同组分的熔体,每一螺杆挤压机1后侧依次设有熔体过滤器2、纺丝泵3与纺丝箱4,用于将螺杆挤压机1输出的熔体依次进行过滤、流量控制输出与将熔体造丝,使本实施例可同时分别输出两种不同组分的纤维,此时通过在两纺丝箱4下侧设有的吹风装置5吹出的冷风将纺丝箱4输出的熔体细流进行牵伸,分别进入牵伸通道61的双通道内独立牵伸形成细丝,最后两种不同组分的丝进入扩散通道63后扩散混合成网,经热轧加固后形成无纺布。

1.一种双通道纺丝成网系统,其特征在于:包括两组纺丝机组与两吹风装置(5),每组所述的纺丝机组均包括有序相连的螺杆挤压机(1)、溶体过滤器(2)、纺丝泵(3)和纺丝箱(4),所述熔体过滤器(2)设于所述螺杆挤压机(1)后侧用于接收并过滤螺杆挤压机(1)输出熔体,所述纺丝泵(3)设于所述熔体过滤器(2)后侧用于接收过滤后的熔体并控制熔体输出的流量,所述纺丝箱(4)用于喷出纤维;两纺丝机组的两纺丝箱(4)并排设置,且两纺丝箱(4)下侧出口共同连接有牵伸通道(61),同时在两纺丝箱(4)体的底面之间设有一延伸至所述牵伸通道(61)底端的分隔板(62)用于将牵伸通道(61)分隔成两通道使两纺丝箱(4)体喷出的纤维在牵伸通道(61)内独立牵伸,所述牵伸通道(61)下侧连接有扩散通道(63)供纤维扩散混合铺网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双通道纺丝成网系统,其特征在于:所述牵伸通道(61)的宽度向下递减,所述扩散通道(63)的宽度向下递增。
