本发明属于日用化学领域,具体涉及一种厨房油污清洗剂。
背景技术
由于我国饮食的烹饪方式和传统生活习惯等方面的原因,使得厨房环境中油烟不但重,而且器具表面及周边物品上污垢的油性很重,尤其像抽油烟机、换气扇、燃气灶、瓷砖及墙壁等硬表面上更是如此,既影响厨房环境的清洁与卫生,又不利于健康。厨房污垢的形成主要是食用油滴落和受热部分蒸发而污染于用具上,加上尘埃日积月累便形成了一层粘稠附着力极强的油垢。这种油垢一般的清洗剂是难以除去的,所以人们希望有一种高效、安全的清洗剂。
中国专利申请(CN105754735A)公开了一种厨房清洁剂及其制备方法,该清洁剂由下述重量份原料制备而成:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0-10.0重量份、癸基葡萄糖苷1.0-3.0重量份、脱脂剂4.0-8.0重量份、驱虫剂0.10-0.5重量份、抑菌剂0.01-0.50重量份、柠檬酸0.01-0.10重量份,剩余量为水。该清洁剂中通过使用复合表面活性剂,即使用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷,从而促进抑菌剂和杀菌剂的作用。该清洁剂中使用柠檬酸为pH调节剂,使清洁剂具有更好的稳定性。但是在该清洁剂中原材料乙二胺四乙酸四钠对眼睛、皮肤有刺激作用,同时对环境有危害,对水体、土壤和大气可造成污染,因此不利于长期使用。
目前市面上应用于厨房重油垢的主要分为两大类:强碱型和溶剂型。强碱型油污清洗剂虽然对重油垢去除能力强,但是其腐蚀性较强,对被清洗物表面造成腐蚀,同时对使用者皮肤造成刺激和伤害;溶剂型油污清洗剂是利用有机溶剂对油垢良好溶解作用而使油垢去除的,但是有机溶剂易燃、易爆而且有毒,对人体和环境造成危害,同时溶剂的价格成本较高。
因此,去清洗能力强,使用安全,对环境友好且生产成本低的厨房油污清洁剂是目前人们所亟需的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种厨房油污清洁剂,其具有很强的清洗能力和防腐蚀能力,使用安全方便,稳定性好,同时具有杀菌驱虫的效果;并且本发明厨房油污清洁剂原材料无毒无刺激,易生物降解且成本低。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种厨房油污清洗剂,主要由以下重量百分比成分组成:表面活性剂14-42%,三乙二醇丁醚10-20%,椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物5-10%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5-5%,二甲苯磺酸钠0.1-3%,三乙醇胺1-3%,碱性助剂0.1-0.5%,柠檬桉油0.3-0.5%,二氧化钛1-3%,杀菌剂0.5-1.5%和水11.5-67.5%。
优选地,所述厨房油污清洗剂由以下重量百分比成分组成:表面活性剂35%,三乙二醇丁醚12%,椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物7.5%,葡萄糖酸钠2.5%,二甲苯磺酸钠1.5%,三乙醇胺2.5%,碱性助剂0.2%,柠檬桉油0.4%,二氧化钛2.4%,杀菌剂1%和水35%。
优选地,所述表面活性剂由α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量百分比3:4组成。

α-烯基磺酸钠具有优良的润湿性、去污力,良好的起泡力、泡沫稳定性、乳化力;具有极强的钙造分散力,抗硬水能力;具有良好的生物降解性,且对皮肤温和;配伍性能好。α-烯基磺酸钠被广泛用于各种洗涤化妆品,用作洗衣粉、复合皂、餐具洗涤剂,无磷洗涤剂的首选主要原料。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(分子式:RO(CH2CH2O)n-SO3Na;CAS号:9004-82-4)阴离子表面活性剂,易溶于水,具有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤。广泛应用于香波、浴液、餐具洗涤剂、复合皂等洗涤化妆用品;用于纺织工业润湿剂、清洁剂等。
三乙二醇丁醚是一种良好的高沸点溶剂,能用作溶剂及着色剂,在金属表面处理中,用作金属清洗剂清除油污、油漆等污物;集成电路、电子原件清洗剂;农药分散剂;有机合成中间体,同时还可作为性能温和,无刺激性的家用液体涤剂。
椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物在水中全部溶解成为透明液体,具有使水溶液变稠的特性,能稳定其他洗涤剂的泡沫,对动植物油和矿物油都有良好的脱油力,并有显著悬浮污垢的作用,同时具有润湿性、抗静电性能和软化性能。
葡萄糖酸钠(分子式:C6H11NaO7,CAS号:527-07-1)为白色结晶颗粒或粉末,极易溶于水,略溶于酒精,不能够溶于乙醚;无毒。葡萄糖酸钠可以在建筑、纺织印染和金属表面处理以及水处理等行业作高效螯合剂,钢铁表面清洗剂,玻瓶清洗剂。
二甲苯磺酸钠(分子式C8H9NaO3S;CAS号:1300-72-7)广泛用于日用洗涤用品的制造,是一种新型高效的低毒性洗涤用品增溶调理剂,使用该产品的洗涤用品与使用传统增溶剂的产品相比,其不同点是使用二甲苯磺酸钠的产品具有手感好、刺激性低、产品品质纯度高的特点。
九水偏硅酸钠有良好的防腐性能,保持碱浓度,使油性污垢易溶,有抗油污再沉积的作用,在一定温度下有消毒作用。
二氯异氰尿酸钠为白色粉末状或颗粒状的固体,是氧化性杀菌剂中杀菌最为广谱、高效、安全的消毒剂,也是氯代异氰尿酸类中的主导产品。可强力杀灭细菌芽孢、细菌繁殖体、真菌等各种致病性微生物,对肝炎病毒有特效杀灭作用,快速杀灭并强力抑制循环水、冷却塔、水池等系统的蓝绿藻、红藻、海藻等藻类植物。对循环水系统的硫酸还原菌、铁细菌、真菌等有彻底的杀灭作用。
二氧化钛具有光敏性和亲水性,使得黏稠物质不宜堆积其上,或者即使堆积也很容易清洁。
柠檬桉油无色至淡黄色液体,有似樟脑和冰片的气味。柠檬桉油用于医药配制止咳剂、漱口剂、除虫剂油膏和配制牙膏、牙粉、糖果等的香精。

1.一种厨房油污清洗剂,其特征在于,主要由以下重量百分比成分组成:表面活性剂14-42%,三乙二醇丁醚10-20%,椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物5-10%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5-5%,二甲苯磺酸钠0.1-3%,三乙醇胺1-3%,碱性助剂0.1-0.5%,柠檬桉油0.3-0.5%,二氧化钛1-3%,杀菌剂0.5-1.5%和水11.5-67.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述厨房油污清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比成分组成:表面活性剂35%,三乙二醇丁醚12%,椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物7.5%,葡萄糖酸钠2.5%,二甲苯磺酸钠1.5%,三乙醇胺2.5%,碱性助剂0.2%,柠檬桉油0.4%,二氧化钛2.4%,杀菌剂1%和水35%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量百分比3:4组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述碱性助剂为九水偏硅酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述厨房清洁剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为二氯异氰尿酸钠。
