技术领域
本发明属于厨房清洁剂领域,具体涉及一种厨房清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,关于厨房清洁技术和清洁产品上大致分为三种:第一种是强碱型,这种清洁剂对重油污具有很好的去除能力,但是由于碱性强,容易引起使用者手部不适或者对器具表面产生损伤,具有一定的危险性。第二种是溶剂型,这种清洁剂主要是通过有机溶剂对油垢的溶解脱落以及表面活性剂的乳化增溶作用来达到去除油污的目的,然而这种产品由于含有较多的有机溶剂,本身气味比较大,同时有机溶剂有可能对厨房器具的油漆表面造成一定的损伤,对使用者造成损失。目前市售的厨房清洁剂大多属于前两种类型。第三种是纯粹的表面活性剂配方,这种配方充分发挥了表面活性剂的渗透、乳化和增溶的作用,实现对油污的去除。这类产品在配方技术上具有一定的高度,而且一般去污力较差,配方复杂,成本较高。然而目前更多地关注于如何高效地去污,对清洁剂其它功能的研究不足。我们知道,厨房物品如餐具、墙壁、地面都是与我们的食物有着直接或间接的关系,一般残留有食品原料或食物腐败产生的细菌、恶臭物等,因而有必要提高清洁剂的杀菌和除臭效果。
目前为了产生杀菌、除臭的效果,一般添加的杀菌消毒剂有阳离子活性剂、氯化合物、含碘化合物、化学氧化剂等。其中阳离子活性剂可以非离子、两性离子活性剂复合,代表是季铵盐型化合物,但是杀菌效果不构强。含碘清洁剂将碘与表面活性剂络合发挥作用,较含氯化合物效果好,但是这些化合物对皮肤具有一定的刺激性。化学氧化剂的代表是氯胺及氯酚类化合物,也能与表面活性剂复合,但这些化合物对于接触的皮肤或呼吸道均具有刺激性。因而,有必要开发新型温和高效的杀菌消毒剂。
发明内容
基于上述原因,申请人经过多年研究,发现一种新的厨房清洁剂,该清洁剂中通过使用复合表面活性剂,即使用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷,从而促进抑菌剂和杀菌剂的作用;该清洁剂中使用柠檬酸为pH调节剂,使清洁剂具有更好的稳定性。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现的。
一种厨房清洁剂,由下述重量份原料制备而成:
所述的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述的脱脂剂是浓度为≧99%的脱臭乙醇。
所述的驱虫剂为香茅油;香茅油是从亚香茅植物(Cymbopogon nardus)中提取出来的,是一种驱虫精油。
所述的抑菌剂为羟基二氯二苯醚。
所述的软水剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
所述的杀菌剂为季铵盐-15。
所述原料用于厨房去污渍、驱爬虫、抑细菌。
所述的一种厨房清洁剂制备方法为:
步骤一:在主搅拌锅加入水后加入软水剂与杀菌剂搅拌至完全溶解;接着加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷搅拌均匀得到混合物A;
步骤三:在另一个锅/桶中加入脱脂剂,再加入驱虫剂与抑菌剂并搅拌均匀得混合物B;
步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。

步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。

步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。
试验例1去污试验
试验方法::从普通家用油烟机的集油盒中收集4-6个油污样品并混合,然后与正丙醇按3:1(质量比)的比例混合,混合均匀后将所得混合液均匀涂敷在45号钢片的表面,并在室温下放置3小时,然后继续在室温下老化24-36小时后划开成5×4的小方格,每个小方格的涂布重量约0.3g。在每个个方格区域滴加相同质量百分比浓度的测试样水溶液(质量百分比浓度为5%),静置2天后按照标准《JB/T4323.1-1999水基金属清洗剂》中的测试方法,使用通用的硬表面摆洗机进行去污力的定量测定,记录摆洗前与摆洗后污垢量,计算去污效率。
其中市售样品1、2分别为“威猛先生”、“金鱼洗涤灵”,结果示于表1中:

步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。
对比例2
厨房清洁剂,由下述重量份原料制备而成:
所述的厨房清洁剂制备方法为:
步骤一:在主搅拌锅加入水后加入软水剂与杀菌剂搅拌至完全溶解;接着加入癸基葡萄糖苷搅拌均匀得到混合物A;
步骤三:在另一个锅/桶中加入脱脂剂,再加入驱虫剂与抑菌剂并搅拌均匀得混合物B;
步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。

试验结论:去污试验表明,本发明的厨房清洁剂与市售样品去污能力相当,而对比例去污能力相对较差,充分说明使用复合表面活性剂具有更好的作用。
2、杀菌能力测试
试验方法:取同等质量的各个实施例和对比例的样品(同试验1),然后用无菌水稀释200倍。杀菌试验试验温度为25℃,采用10W的荧光灯(F8T5DL,Youngwha Lamp Co.)提供400-720nm的可见光照,光照杀菌时间为1小时。检测依据为中国卫生部《消毒技术规范》(第2002版),第2.1.1.5.5节及2.1.1.7.4节,采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,杀菌试验结果列于表2。

试验结论:本发明厨房清洁剂具有优异的杀菌效能,而使用一种表面活性剂时,杀菌效能显著降低,充分说明复合表面活性剂对杀菌效能具有促进作用。
3、稳定性试验

步骤一:在主搅拌锅加入水后加入软水剂与杀菌剂搅拌至完全溶解;接着加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷搅拌均匀得到混合物A;
步骤三:在另一个锅/桶中加入脱脂剂,再加入驱虫剂与抑菌剂并搅拌均匀得混合物B;
步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。
对比例2:
一种厨房清洁剂,由下述重量份原料制备而成:
所述的厨房清洁剂制备方法为:
步骤一:在主搅拌锅加入水后加入软水剂与杀菌剂搅拌至完全溶解;接着加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷搅拌均匀得到混合物A;
步骤三:在另一个锅/桶中加入脱脂剂,再加入驱虫剂与抑菌剂并搅拌均匀得混合物B;
步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。
试验方法:将上述实施例和对比例中的厨房清洁剂在锡箔纸中放置6个月后,再次测量其对杀菌性能,从而考察其稳定性。结果见表3。

试验结论:上述试验表明,采用酒石酸或苹果酸代替柠檬酸作为本发明厨房清洁剂的pH调节剂后,其稳定性较差,而本发明厨房清洁剂具有更好的稳定性。

Claims (9)
1.一种厨房清洁剂,其特征在于:由下述重量份原料制备而成:
各组分质量份数总和为100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的脱脂剂是浓度为≧99%的脱臭乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的驱虫剂为香茅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的抑菌剂为羟基二氯二苯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的软水剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为季铵盐-15。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其中所述原料用于厨房去污渍、驱爬虫、抑细菌。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种厨房清洁剂,其特征在于制备方法为:
步骤一:在主搅拌锅加入水后加入软水剂与杀菌剂搅拌至完全溶解;接着加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和癸基葡萄糖苷搅拌均匀得到混合物A;
步骤三:在另一个锅/桶中加入脱脂剂,再加入驱虫剂与抑菌剂并搅拌均匀得混合物B;
步骤四:将混合物B加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀;
步骤五:再加入pH调节剂,并搅拌至均匀,灌装即得。
