技术领域
本发明一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物属于齿轮润滑剂领域。
背景技术
齿轮齿条传动机构简单,适用于大载荷、工况环境条件恶劣的场所中。它可以实现将圆周运动与直线运动之间的转换,被广泛应用于海洋工程、矿山、航运等行业中的换向机构中。由于齿条轮廓的开放性,导致齿轮齿条机构多为开式传动,润滑困难。特别是在特殊工况低速重载高盐雾、高湿环境开式齿轮齿条传动。由于相对滑动速度较低,载荷大、潮湿、水分的侵蚀,齿轮齿条啮合过程中接触面不易实现流体动力润滑;同时,在齿轮齿条传动机构运转过程中,还存在换向。在换向时,齿轮转速极低,甚至为零的状况,润滑状态极为复杂,容易导致发生胶合。若发生胶合现象,将会迅速扩散,导致动载、振动、噪音、齿面温度升高,造成齿面损伤,严重时将引起断齿。
通常齿轮齿条载荷和工况环境条件不同,其润滑状态是有差异的。大致可分为流体动力润滑、弹性流体动力润滑、混合润滑、边界润滑。由于齿轮齿条的接触是线接触,接触应力大,且啮合过程中,两齿面间还存在滑动和滚动两种方法,因此很难对齿轮副间的润滑状态做出准确判定。实验发现:对于上述低速重载传动,接触面润滑状态更复杂,不仅与润滑剂油膜厚度有关,而且还与接触面制造精度密不可分。造成齿轮传动装置损坏有一部分原因是由于过度磨损甚至胶合引起的,为了避免在运行过程中磨损失效形成的出现,合理设计制造齿轮齿条和润滑剂尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的粘附性和粘温特性,为低速重载运动的齿面提供足够的油膜厚度,不易冲刷掉,具有良好的极压性和抗磨性,以保证油膜温度,良好的抗氧化、防锈、低温泵送性、抗水侵蚀和抗盐雾特性的环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:

Claims (6)

1.一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比85%~95%的茂金属聚-α烯烃与15%~5%的烷基萘作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
组分 质量百分比含量 基础油 余量 抗氧防腐剂 0.8%~1.5% 抗磨剂 4%~6% 极压剂 2%~3% 油性剂 1%~3% 摩擦改进剂 1%~2% 抗氧剂 0.1%~0.3% 金属减活剂 0.1%~0.5% 防锈剂 0.2%~1% 抗雾剂 0.1%~1% 抗水剂 0.05%~0.2% 填充剂 2%~6%
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202;抗磨剂是质量比50%的硫化异丁烯T321与50%的磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是硼化磷胺酯T3011;油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的合铜抗氧剂T543与50%的二烷基二苯胺T534;金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的噻二唑衍生物T561。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702与50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747;抗雾剂是聚丙烯酰胺。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低速重载防锈抗盐雾开式齿轮齿条传动润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗水剂是十六烷基丁烯酸;填充剂是微晶蜡。
