技术领域
本发明属于钢材防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性钢结构防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在涂料行业油改水的环保大潮中,防腐涂料是个很难攻克的领域。防腐行业中90%用的都是油性涂料,在重防腐领域更是100%的油性涂料。
传统的油性防腐涂料涂装工艺复杂、工作条件恶劣、劳动强度大。C4以上的腐蚀环还需要增加富锌底漆,不但对环境带来重大污染,还大大增加了施工难度。由于目前的防腐涂料性能有限,通常在使用5年至10年,需重新清除基面重涂一次。所以,维护保养工作是防腐涂装行业的主要工作之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂,不仅具有良好的重防腐性能,而且施工简便,能够大大减轻涂装的劳动强度,同时具有较强的耐候性,能够实现长期保护

本发明还提供一种水性钢结构防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分制备碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂:
(2)称取以下组分和质量百分含量的原料:
(3)将碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂加入调漆罐中,开动搅拌,搅拌速度300-500转,中心液面出现漩涡。用pH调整剂调节pH值至8.5±0.5;
(4)用离子水将分散剂、润湿剂和消泡剂用搅拌棒混合均匀后缓慢加入调漆罐;
(5)加入预溶解好的抗闪锈剂和防沉降剂分散15分钟,然后加入颜料和填料,高速分散20分钟,用砂磨机研磨至细度小于55微米,用去离子水清洗研磨机;
(6)开启分散机,搅拌至中心产生漩涡,用去离子水将成膜助剂、杀菌剂混合均匀后缓慢加入,搅拌20分钟;
(7)用增稠剂调节粘度至60-80ku。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
首先按以下步骤制备碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂:
(1)称取以下质量的原料:
(2)将2400g去离子水与500g纳米碳钛复合物以及3g碳酸氢铵投入反应釜中搅拌升温至88℃;
(3)将2300g去离子水与400g纳米碳钛复合物以及20g磺基琥珀酸盐投入预乳化釜中搅拌状态下投入全部的丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯和丙烯酸,搅拌30分钟后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液体加入已升温至88℃的反应釜中搅拌;
(5)取去200g离子水与30g过硫酸铵配成溶液;
(6)将步骤(5)取得的溶液一半投入反应釜中,维持反应釜温度在85~86℃搅拌;
(7)在预乳化釜中投入200g去离子水和100g双丙酮丙烯酰胺以及步骤(5)配置的溶液另一半搅拌混合均匀;
(8)将步骤(7)的产品取出向反应釜中滴加,维持反应釜稳定83~84℃,滴加时间为3小时,滴加完成后反应釜升温至88℃并保持温度2小时,然后反应釜温度降至60℃投入矿物油搅拌均匀,然后降温至50℃并投入异噻唑啉酮搅拌均匀,然后降温至40℃并投入氨水搅拌均匀,即可获得碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂。
称取上面步骤制备的碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂制备水性钢结构防腐涂料,按下列组分称取准备原材料:碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂(500g)、AMP95(6g)、去离子水(118g)、聚羧酸钾盐(1.5g)、烷基硫酸盐(1.5g)、矿物油(1.5g)、亚硝酸钠(0.8g)、膨润土(7g)、钛白粉(15g)、铁红粉(72g)、滑石粉(36g)、云母粉(36g)、石英粉(72g)、磷铁粉(36g)、硫酸钡(58g)、醇酯(15g)、异噻唑啉酮(1g)、缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂(2g)。
按下列步骤制备水性钢结构防腐涂料:
(1)将碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂加入调漆罐中,开动搅拌,搅拌速度300-500转,中心液面出现漩涡。用AMP95调节pH值至8.5±0.5;
(2)用离子水将聚羧酸钾盐、烷基硫酸盐、矿物油用搅拌棒混合均匀后缓慢加入调漆罐;
(3)加入预溶解好的亚硝酸钠和膨润土分散15分钟,然后加入钛白粉、铁红粉、滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉、磷铁粉和硫酸钡,高速分散20分钟,用砂磨机研磨至细度小于55微米,用去离子水清洗研磨机;
(4)开启分散机,搅拌至中心产生漩涡,用去离子水将醇酯和异噻唑啉酮混合均匀后缓慢加入,搅拌20分钟;
(5)用缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂调节粘度至60-80ku,即可获得本发明的水性钢结构防腐涂料。

(3)将碳钛改性丙烯酸树脂加入调漆罐中,开动搅拌,搅拌速度300-500转,中心液面出现漩涡。用pH调整剂调节pH值至8.5±0.5;
(4)用离子水将分散剂、润湿剂和消泡剂用搅拌棒混合均匀后缓慢加入调漆罐;
(5)加入预溶解好的抗闪锈剂和防沉降剂分散15分钟,然后加入颜料和填料,高速分散20分钟,用砂磨机研磨至细度小于55微米,用去离子水清洗研磨机;
(6)开启分散机,搅拌至中心产生漩涡,用去离子水将成膜助剂、杀菌剂混合均匀后缓慢加入,搅拌20分钟;
(7)用增稠剂调节粘度至60-80ku。
