本发明公开了一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,通过聚合反应生成聚偏二氯乙烯乳液,与可膨胀石墨进行复配,生成阻燃乳液添加到涂料的制备中,协同作用提高了阻燃效果,而且热稳定性良好;本发明制成的多彩岩片涂料质量均一,岩片不易破碎、不易褪色,仿花岗岩效果好,而且节约自然资源,同时阻燃性能优异,提高了涂料的附加价值,适合建筑内墙装饰、改造等。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料。
背景技术
水性复合岩片仿花岗岩涂料也叫岩片漆、花岗岩石漆,属新型纯水性化的不含任何溶剂型物质的砂壁状建筑涂料,富有花岗岩的风格,花岗岩的内涵,花岗岩的高贵,花岗岩的品位,是传统天然真石漆的升级换代品种。随着新型涂料在建筑市场上的广泛应用,对建筑涂料中复合岩片的配方的研究越来越受到广大研究工作者的关注。水性复合岩片仿花岗岩涂料是以优质合成树脂乳液、涂料用彩色复合岩片、填料、助剂等配制而成,与传统合成树脂乳液砂壁状涂料相比,其施工性、低温热存稳定性、耐水和耐碱性、涂层耐温变性优良,施工初期不裂,耐冲击,耐沾污,耐候、粘结强度高,涂层酷似天然花岗岩,可用于建筑内墙和外墙的装饰,也可作为建筑外墙外保温系统的饰面层,以替代质重的天然花岗岩干挂,减轻建筑物负重,减少花岗岩矿的开釆,有利于生态环境的保护。
多彩复合岩片由高分子聚合物合成,因此具有超强耐水、耐候性,能与各类水性石漆紧密结合。复合岩片的耐拉强度以及吸液率决定复合岩片的质量,从而决定水性涂料的质量。《外墙建筑涂料中复合岩片配方的改进》一文中通过对配方进行改性,添加润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、成膜助剂、防霉防腐剂、pH 值调节剂,配合醋丙乳液与苯丙乳液复配,制成耐候性优异的复合岩片。虽然苯丙乳液与醋丙乳液复合能够提升制成复合岩片的耐候性,但是对于复合岩片的抗拉强度、吸液率的提升改性有限,需要进一步对复合岩片配方中的乳液进行进一步改性,以满足高质量复合岩片的需求,同时对水性涂料进行一系列功能型改性,以满足内墙用多彩岩片涂料发展的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:聚丙烯酸钠0.45-0.5、十二碳醇酯1-1.1、柠檬酸三辛酯0.5-0.55、超细天然颜填料60-65、去离子水适量、苯乙烯4-4.5、丙烯酸正丁酯6-6.4、过硫酸钾0.6-0.65、水性聚氨酯预聚体5-6、纯丙乳液80-85、消泡剂NXZ1-1.2、丙二醇2.5-3、乙二醇丁醚4-5、立德粉5-6、羟丙甲基纤维素4.5-5.5、可膨胀石墨6-7、偏氯乙烯2-3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯9-10、丙烯酸6-7、过硫酸铵0.03-0.032、苯乙烯磺酸钠1-1.2、十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1;
所述超细天然颜填料包括超细碳酸钙、超细硫酸钡、超细云母粉、超细硅藻土中的两种或者几种。
所述一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将水性聚氨酯预聚体放入反应釜中,常温下加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯以及总量4倍量的去离子水,以800-1000转/分的速度下搅拌乳化40-50分钟,然后加入过硫酸钾,加热至80-85℃,保温反应90-120分钟,冷却后出料,得到改性苯丙乳液;将改性苯丙乳液加入分散机中,以1500-1800转/分的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入十二碳醇酯、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸三辛酯以及总量等量的去离子水,继续搅拌10-15分钟后加入超细天然颜填料,继续搅拌8-10分钟后制成厚度为18-19微米的薄膜,在温度为155-160℃条件下烘干,产品冷却后,进行破碎,然后用7-9毫米网孔的网筛筛分,得到改性多彩复合岩片;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠分散于30-35倍量的去离子水中,加入偏氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,加热至75-80℃,加入过硫酸铵搅拌反应5-6小时后加入可膨胀石墨、苯乙烯磺酸钠,以1000-1200转/分的速度搅拌30-40分钟,得到阻燃乳液;
(3)将羟丙甲基纤维素加入总量22-24倍量的去离子水,加热至50-60℃,以500-600转/分的速度搅拌15-20分钟后冷却至室温,加入纯丙乳液、丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚,继续以800-1000转/分的速度搅拌10-15分钟后加入步骤(2)产物以及其余剩余成分,搅拌20-30分钟;
(4)在750-1000转/分搅拌的状态下向步骤(3)得到的产物中缓慢加入步骤(1)得到的改性多彩复合岩片,充分搅拌10-15分钟后即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明首先利用水性聚氨酯预聚体添加到苯丙乳液的制备中,不添加任何乳化剂,使用水性聚氨酯预聚体作为乳化剂,提升了乳液的断裂伸长率、耐水性,增强了复合岩片的抗拉强度以及降低了吸液率,同时由于添加柠檬酸三辛酯与十二碳醇酯的相互配合,提高了复合岩片的成型形,不易破碎;本发明将符合岩片与纯丙乳液相结合,制备出的内墙涂料仿花岗岩效果好、自重轻、贮存稳定性高,全水性安全无毒,同时减少花岗岩的开采,有利于生态保护。
本发明通过聚合反应生成聚偏二氯乙烯乳液,与可膨胀石墨进行复配,生成阻燃乳液添加到涂料的制备中,协同作用提高了阻燃效果,而且热稳定性良好;本发明制成的多彩岩片涂料质量均一,岩片不易破碎、不易褪色,仿花岗岩效果好,而且节约自然资源,同时阻燃性能优异,提高了涂料的附加价值,适合建筑内墙装饰、改造等。
具体实施方式
一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:聚丙烯酸钠0.45、十二碳醇酯1、柠檬酸三辛酯0.5、超细天然颜填料60、去离子水适量、苯乙烯4、丙烯酸正丁酯6、过硫酸钾0.6、水性聚氨酯预聚体5、纯丙乳液80、消泡剂NXZ1、丙二醇2.5、乙二醇丁醚4、立德粉5、羟丙甲基纤维素4.5、可膨胀石墨6、偏氯乙烯2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯9、丙烯酸6、过硫酸铵0.03、苯乙烯磺酸钠1、十二烷基硫酸钠0.8;
所述超细天然颜填料包括超细碳酸钙、超细硫酸钡、超细云母粉、超细硅藻土中的两种或者几种。
所述一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将水性聚氨酯预聚体放入反应釜中,常温下加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯以及总量4倍量的去离子水,以800转/分的速度下搅拌乳化40分钟,然后加入过硫酸钾,加热至80℃,保温反应90分钟,冷却后出料,得到改性苯丙乳液;将改性苯丙乳液加入分散机中,以1500转/分的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入十二碳醇酯、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸三辛酯以及总量等量的去离子水,继续搅拌10分钟后加入超细天然颜填料,继续搅拌8分钟后制成厚度为18微米的薄膜,在温度为155℃条件下烘干,产品冷却后,进行破碎,然后用7毫米网孔的网筛筛分,得到改性多彩复合岩片;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠分散于30倍量的去离子水中,加入偏氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,加热至75℃,加入过硫酸铵搅拌反应5小时后加入可膨胀石墨、苯乙烯磺酸钠,以1000转/分的速度搅拌30分钟,得到阻燃乳液;
(3)将羟丙甲基纤维素加入总量22倍量的去离子水,加热至50℃,以500转/分的速度搅拌15分钟后冷却至室温,加入纯丙乳液、丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚,继续以800转/分的速度搅拌10分钟后加入步骤(2)产物以及其余剩余成分,搅拌20分钟;
(4)在750转/分搅拌的状态下向步骤(3)得到的产物中缓慢加入步骤(1)得到的改性多彩复合岩片,充分搅拌10分钟后即得。
本发明实施例制得的涂料搅拌后均匀无影快、施工性良好,易喷涂,流平性良好,低温贮存无结块,热贮存无结块、霉变、凝聚及组成物的变化,表干时间小于4小时;涂膜耐水、耐碱48小时无起鼓、开裂、脱落;粘结强度大于0.5MPa,符合国家标准。

1.一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:聚丙烯酸钠0.45-0.5、十二碳醇酯1-1.1、柠檬酸三辛酯0.5-0.55、超细天然颜填料60-65、去离子水适量、苯乙烯4-4.5、丙烯酸正丁酯6-6.4、过硫酸钾0.6-0.65、水性聚氨酯预聚体5-6、纯丙乳液80-85、消泡剂NXZ1-1.2、丙二醇2.5-3、乙二醇丁醚4-5、立德粉5-6、羟丙甲基纤维素4.5-5.5、可膨胀石墨6-7、偏氯乙烯2-3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯9-10、丙烯酸6-7、过硫酸铵0.03-0.032、苯乙烯磺酸钠1-1.2、十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1;
所述超细天然颜填料包括超细碳酸钙、超细硫酸钡、超细云母粉、超细硅藻土中的两种或者几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种添加可膨胀石墨聚偏二氯乙烯乳液的阻燃型多彩岩片涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将水性聚氨酯预聚体放入反应釜中,常温下加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯以及总量4倍量的去离子水,以800-1000转/分的速度下搅拌乳化40-50分钟,然后加入过硫酸钾,加热至80-85℃,保温反应90-120分钟,冷却后出料,得到改性苯丙乳液;将改性苯丙乳液加入分散机中,以1500-1800转/分的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入十二碳醇酯、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸三辛酯以及总量等量的去离子水,继续搅拌10-15分钟后加入超细天然颜填料,继续搅拌8-10分钟后制成厚度为18-19微米的薄膜,在温度为155-160℃条件下烘干,产品冷却后,进行破碎,然后用7-9毫米网孔的网筛筛分,得到改性多彩复合岩片;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠分散于30-35倍量的去离子水中,加入偏氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,加热至75-80℃,加入过硫酸铵搅拌反应5-6小时后加入可膨胀石墨、苯乙烯磺酸钠,以1000-1200转/分的速度搅拌30-40分钟,得到阻燃乳液;
(3)将羟丙甲基纤维素加入总量22-24倍量的去离子水,加热至50-60℃,以500-600转/分的速度搅拌15-20分钟后冷却至室温,加入纯丙乳液、丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚,继续以800-1000转/分的速度搅拌10-15分钟后加入步骤(2)产物以及其余剩余成分,搅拌20-30分钟;
(4)在750-1000转/分搅拌的状态下向步骤(3)得到的产物中缓慢加入步骤(1)得到的改性多彩复合岩片,充分搅拌10-15分钟后即得。
