背景技术
氨酯泡沫填缝剂,俗称发泡剂、发泡胶、PU填缝剂,是气雾技术和聚氨酯泡沫技术交叉结合的产物。当物料从气雾罐中喷出时,泡沫状的聚氨酯物料会迅速膨胀并与空气或接触到的基体中的水分发生固化反应形成泡沫。固化后的聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂泡沫具有填缝、粘结、密封、隔热、吸音等多种效果,是一种环保节能、使用方便的建筑材料,可适用于密封堵漏、填空补缝、固定粘结,保温隔音,尤其适用于塑钢或铝合金门窗和墙体间的密封堵漏及防水,使用也越来越广泛。
现有的氨酯泡沫填缝剂泡沫硬度不够,粘结性差,影响施工质量,经常需要返工,带来不必要的麻烦。

根据本发明实施例,提供一种聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂,所述聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氨酯预聚体150~200份,发泡剂20~60份,催化剂2~6份,泡沫稳定剂2~7份,阻燃剂2~5份和粘合剂1~3份。
可选地,粘合剂为聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺和聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶混合物,聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺和聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶混合物按照重量1∶1∶1.5混合。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂包括有机硅酮泡沫稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂包括三氧化氯和氧化锑复合物或者氯化石蜡。
