Abstract

本发明公开了一种天然纯水制作工艺,包括以下步骤:⑴、将自来水流在功率200‑600w的超声波下超声10‑15s;⑵、再经过300‑600MHz高频电场作用5‑9s;⑶、最后螺旋经过磁场处理,螺旋轴向与磁场方向平行。本发明采用超声处理的水质,杂质和病菌少,水体得到净化;再经过高频电场作用,使得水体进一步微粒化,同时微粒带上静电,在螺旋经过磁场时杂质被分离出来,制得安全可靠的纯净水,可直接饮用,或作用高纯物使用。

本发明涉及饮料技术领域,尤其是一种天然纯水制作工艺。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对于健康的意识也随之提高了,对日常饮食的水质也逐步提高了要求,但由于目前生存环境日益恶化,环境水质变差,水质中重金属元素难以彻底去除,并通过食物和饮用水在人体内累计,危害人体健康天然健康的饮用水成为非常稀缺的自然资源。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种天然纯水制作工艺,过程简单,制得的水质好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种天然纯水制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴、将自来水流在功率200-600w的超声波下超声10-15s;
⑵、再经过300-600MHz高频电场作用5-9s;
⑶、最后螺旋经过磁场处理,螺旋轴向与磁场方向平行。
进一步地,对超声处理后的水流进行过滤处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用超声处理的水质,杂质和病菌少,水体得到净化;再经过高频电场作用,使得水体进一步微粒化,同时微粒带上静电,在螺旋经过磁场时杂质被分离出来,制得安全可靠的纯净水,可直接饮用,或作用高纯物使用。

一种天然纯水制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴、将自来水流在功率200w的超声波下超声15s;
⑵、再经过300MHz高频电场作用9s;
⑶、最后螺旋经过磁场处理,螺旋轴向与磁场方向平行。
实施例2
一种天然纯水制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴、将自来水流在功率600w的超声波下超声10s;对超声处理后的水流进行过滤处理;
⑵、再经过600MHz高频电场作用5s;
⑶、最后螺旋经过磁场处理,螺旋轴向与磁场方向平行。

⑴、将自来水流在功率200-600w的超声波下超声10-15s;
⑵、再经过300-600MHz高频电场作用5-9s;
⑶、最后螺旋经过磁场处理,螺旋轴向与磁场方向平行。
2.如权利要求1所述天然纯水制作工艺,其特征在于:对超声处理后的水流进行过滤处理。
