Abstract
本发明一种夹盘拆卸转运装置,由伸缩气缸(9)、气缸支架(10)、直线导轨B(11)、导轨滑座B(12)、升降支架(13)、夹盘(14)、吊链(15)、提升气缸(16)等组成,气缸支架(10)和直线导轨B(11)固定在机架(3)上,升降支架(13)通过导轨滑座B(12)与直线导轨B(11)连接,伸缩气缸(9)能够带动升降支架(13)和夹盘(14)沿着直线导轨B(11)水平运动;提升气缸(16)固定在升降支架(13)上,夹盘(14)通过吊链(15)与提升气缸(16)的输出轴连接,提升气缸(16)能够带动夹盘(14)垂直运动。本发明在使用中能满足夹盘转运和拆卸的需求,并且具有结构简单,工作可靠,精度高等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种换夹装置,具体地说是车轮加工过程中,一种用于车床夹盘拆卸和转运的装置。
背景技术
在汽车车轮的生产行业中,由于车轮的大小和结构多种多样,在更换轮型的时候时常需要更换夹盘。考虑到车间现场单元内部空间狭小,以及立车内部空间结构的限制,天车或叉车等常用工具不能满足夹盘拆卸和转运的需要,机加车间更换夹盘通常是多人借助简单的工具,人工将夹盘拆卸和转运,这种方法不但费力费时,同时存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种夹盘拆卸转运装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种夹盘拆卸转运装置,由可调支腿、万向滚轮、机架、护板、直线导轨A、导轨滑座A、安装板、配重、伸缩气缸、气缸支架、直线导轨B、导轨滑座B、升降支架、夹盘、吊链、提升气缸组成。
万向滚轮和可调支腿安装在机架上。本装置在转运过程中,可调支腿收起,万向滚轮支撑整个装置;夹盘起吊时,可调支腿升起,并支撑整个装置。
护板、和直线导轨A固定在机架上,安装板通过导轨滑座A与直线导轨A连接,配重固定在安装板上,护板和安装板上有一系列对应的限位孔和螺纹孔,通过直线导轨A和导轨滑座A,配重能够沿着直线导轨A直线运动,依据夹盘的重量不同,螺栓穿过护板的限位孔,并拧入安装板的螺纹孔内,将配重固定在指定位置。
气缸支架和直线导轨B固定在机架上,升降支架通过导轨滑座B与直线导轨B连接,伸缩气缸能够带动升降支架和夹盘沿着直线导轨B水平运动。
提升气缸固定在升降支架上,夹盘通过吊链与提升气缸的输出轴连接,提升气缸能够带动夹盘垂直运动。
实际使用时,当本装置需要转运夹盘时,可调支腿收起,万向滚轮支撑整个装置;同时,通过人力推动配重,配重沿着直线导轨A移动到本装置的中间位置,螺栓穿护板的限位孔,并拧入安装板的螺纹孔内,将配重固定在此位置。本装置可以轻快灵活的转运夹盘。
卸夹盘时,首先,将本装置移动到单元内部指定位置,可调支腿升起,并支撑整个装置,万向滚轮悬空;依据夹盘的重量,通过人力推动配重,配重沿着直线导轨A移动到本装置的制定位置,螺栓穿护板的限位孔,并拧入安装板的螺纹孔内,将配重固定在此位置。伸缩气缸能够带动升降支架和提升气缸16沿着直线导轨B水平运动至夹盘正上方,吊链连接夹盘和提升气缸,提升气缸将夹盘提起,接着,伸缩气缸将夹盘移动到本装置上方,然后,提升气缸将夹盘放到本装置上。至此,夹盘拆卸完成。
本发明在使用中能满足夹盘转运和拆卸的需求,并且具有结构简单,工作可靠,精度高等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
本发明一种夹盘拆卸转运装置,由可调支腿1、万向滚轮2、机架3、护板4、直线导轨A5、导轨滑座A6、安装板7、配重8、伸缩气缸9、气缸支架10、直线导轨B11、导轨滑座B12、升降支架13、夹盘14、吊链15、提升气缸16组成。
万向滚轮2和可调支腿1安装在机架3上。本装置在转运过程中,可调支腿1收起,万向滚轮2支撑整个装置;夹盘起吊时,可调支腿1升起,并支撑整个装置。
护板4、和直线导轨A5固定在机架3上,安装板7通过导轨滑座A6与直线导轨A5连接,配重8固定在安装板7上,护板4和安装板7上有一系列对应的限位孔和螺纹孔,通过直线导轨A5和导轨滑座A6,配重8能够沿着直线导轨A5直线运动,依据夹盘的重量不同,螺栓传过护板4的限位孔,并拧入安装板7的螺纹孔内,将配重固定在指定位置。
气缸支架10和直线导轨B11固定在机架3上,升降支架13通过导轨滑座B12与直线导轨B11连接,伸缩气缸9能够带动升降支架13和夹盘14沿着直线导轨B11水平运动。
提升气缸16固定在升降支架13上,夹盘14通过吊链15与提升气缸16的输出轴连接,提升气缸16能够带动夹盘14垂直运动。
实际使用时,当本装置需要转运夹盘时,可调支腿1收起,万向滚轮2支撑整个装置;同时,通过人力推动配重8,配重8沿着直线导轨A5移动到本装置的中间位置,螺栓穿护板4的限位孔,并拧入安装板7的螺纹孔内,将配重8固定在此位置。本装置可以轻快灵活的转运夹盘14。
卸夹盘时,首先,将本装置移动到单元内部指定位置,可调支腿1升起,并支撑整个装置,万向滚轮2悬空;依据夹盘14的重量,通过人力推动配重8,配重8沿着直线导轨A5移动到本装置的制定位置,螺栓穿护板4的限位孔,并拧入安装板7的螺纹孔内,将配重8固定在此位置。伸缩气缸9能够带动升降支架13和提升气缸16沿着直线导轨B11水平运动至夹盘14正上方,吊链15连接夹盘14和提升气缸16,提升气缸16将夹盘14提起,接着,伸缩气缸9将夹盘14移动到本装置上方,然后,提升气缸16将夹盘放到本装置上。至此,夹盘拆卸完成。

1.一种夹盘拆卸转运装置,由可调支腿(1)、万向滚轮(2)、机架(3)、护板(4)、直线导轨A(5)、导轨滑座A(6)、安装板(7)、配重(8)、伸缩气缸(9)、气缸支架(10)、直线导轨B(11)、导轨滑座B(12)、升降支架(13)、夹盘(14)、吊链(15)、提升气缸(16)组成,其特征在于:万向滚轮(2)和可调支腿(1)安装在机架(3)上; 护板(4)、和直线导轨A(5)固定在机架(3)上,安装板(7)通过导轨滑座A(6)与直线导轨A(5)连接,配重(8)固定在安装板(7)上,护板(4)和安装板(7)上有一系列对应的限位孔和螺纹孔,通过直线导轨A(5)和导轨滑座A(6),配重(8)能够沿着直线导轨A(5)直线运动,螺栓穿过护板(4)的限位孔,并拧入安装板(7)的螺纹孔内,将配重固定在小车的指定位置;气缸支架(10)和直线导轨B(11)固定在机架(3)上,升降支架(13)通过导轨滑座B(12)与直线导轨B(11)连接,伸缩气缸(9)能够带动升降支架(13)和夹盘(14)沿着直线导轨B(11)水平运动;提升气缸(16)固定在升降支架(13)上,夹盘(14)通过吊链(15)与提升气缸(16)的输出轴连接,提升气缸(16)能够带动夹盘(14)垂直运动。
