背景技术
涂层面料是一种经特殊工艺处理的面料。就是利用溶剂或水将所需要的涂层胶粒(有PU胶,A/C胶,PVC,PE胶)等溶解成流涎状,再以一种某种方式(圆网,刮刀或者滚筒)均匀的涂在布料上(有棉,涤纶,锦纶等基材),然后再经过烘箱内温度的固着,使在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水,防风,透气等功能。
由于涂层面料应用领域的不同,涂层面料所需要的各项性能指标也不同。对于目前的涂层面料使用领域,沙滩椅面料由于其特殊的使用环境,易出现腐蚀和产生静电,所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,生产出耐腐蚀、抗静电又舒适的沙滩椅面料具有很大的市场前景。
但是,对该种沙滩椅面料进行加工的过程中,也就是在基布与面布复合的过程中,易出现厚度过大或过小等问题。所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,还有待对这种沙滩椅面料进行复合时的设备进行研发和生产加工。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,本发明具有舒适、抗静电的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于,所述的面料本体由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,亚麻和棉线的质量比为3:5,所述的纬线由氨纶丝和涤纶丝复合而成,氨纶丝和涤纶丝的质量比为2:3,所述的面料本体的一侧由内到外依次覆有耐腐蚀层、耐磨层、抗静电层和簇绒层。
本柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,在耐腐蚀层的作用下,可以提高面料的耐腐蚀性能;在耐磨层的作用下,可以提高面料的耐磨性能;在抗静电层的作用下,可以提高面料的抗静电性能;在簇绒层的作用下,可以提高面料的舒适性能。
所述的耐腐蚀层为硼酚醛环氧树脂涂料层,耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
所述的耐磨层为锦纶纤维,耐磨层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
所述的抗静电层由涤纶长丝与导电纤维复合而成,抗静电层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
所述的抗静电层靠近簇绒层的一侧设有魔术公贴,所述的簇绒层靠近抗静电层的一侧设有魔术母贴。簇绒层易从抗静电层上拆卸下来,也容易装到抗静电层上。

如图1所示,一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,包括面料本体1,所述的面料本体1由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,亚麻和棉线的质量比为3:5,所述的纬线由氨纶丝和涤纶丝复合而成,氨纶丝和涤纶丝的质量比为2:3。面料本体1的厚度为0.25mm,具体的,该面料本体1的厚度可以根据制作本涂层面料实际的情况,在0.2-0.3mm之间波动。
面料本体1的一侧由内到外依次覆有耐腐蚀层1a、耐磨层1b、抗静电层1c和簇绒层1d。
耐腐蚀层1a为硼酚醛环氧树脂涂料层,耐腐蚀层1a的厚度为0.07mm。具体的,该耐腐蚀层1a的厚度可以根据制作本面料实际的情况,在0.05-0.1mm之间波动,通过设置耐腐蚀层1a使面料具备耐腐蚀的性能。
耐磨层1b为锦纶纤维,耐磨层1b的厚度为0.15mm。具体的,该耐磨层1b的厚度可以根据制作本面料实际的情况,在0.1-0.2mm之间波动,通过设置耐磨层1b使面料具备耐磨的性能。
抗静电层1c由涤纶长丝与导电纤维复合而成,抗静电层1c的厚度为0.15mm。具体的,该抗静电层1c的厚度可以根据制作本面料实际的情况,在0.1-0.2mm之间波动,通过设置抗静电层1c使面料具备抗静电的性能。
抗静电层1c靠近簇绒层1d的一侧设有魔术公贴,所述的簇绒层1d靠近抗静电层1c的一侧设有魔术母贴。簇绒层1d易从抗静电层1c上拆卸下来,也容易装到抗静电层1c上。在簇绒层1d的作用下,可以提高面料的舒适性能。
如图2所示,一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,包括机架2,机架2的一端设有基布放卷机构,基布放卷机构包括放卷辊一3,放卷辊一3以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,机架2的另一端设有面布放卷机构,面布放卷机构包括放卷辊二4,放卷辊二4以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上。
基布放卷机构与面布放卷机构之间设有一能分别对基布和面布涂胶的上胶机构,上胶机构包括上胶辊一5,上胶辊一5以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,上胶辊一5的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用支架一6连接,所述的支架一6与一升降气缸一7相连;上胶机构还包括上胶辊二12,上胶辊二12以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,上胶辊二12的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用支架二13连接,所述的支架二13与一升降气缸二14相连。
上胶辊一5内设有一空腔一,上胶辊一5均匀开设有若干出胶孔一,出胶孔一中均安装有出胶喷头一,上胶辊二12内设有一空腔二,上胶辊二12均匀开设有通过出胶孔二,出胶孔二中分别安装有出胶喷头二,所述的机架2上固定有存胶箱23,存胶箱23通过输胶管一24与输胶管二25分别和上胶辊一5与上胶辊二12相连通。
上胶辊一5远离放卷辊一3的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷一,刮胶刷一包括转轴一8与刷毛一9,转轴一8以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,刷毛一9均固定在转轴一8的表面。转轴一8的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架一10连接,所述的连接架一10与一调节气缸一11相连。
上胶辊二12远离放卷辊二4的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷二,刮胶刷二包括转轴二15与刷毛二16,转轴二15以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,刷毛二16均固定在转轴二15的表面。转轴二15的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架二17连接,所述的连接架二17与一调节气缸二18相连。
刮胶刷一与刮胶刷二之间设有一能将基布和面布贴合的贴合机构,贴合机构包括复合辊一19和复合辊二20,所述的复合辊一19以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,复合辊一19靠近刮胶刷一,复合辊二20靠近刮胶刷二。复合辊二20上设有能调节复合辊一19和复合辊二20之间间隙的调节结构,调节结构包括设置在复合辊二20两端的轴承一和轴承二,轴承一的内圈与复合辊二20的一端固定,轴承一的外圈固定有轴承座一,轴承座一滑动设置在机架2上,轴承二的内圈与复合辊二20的另一端固定,轴承二的外圈固定有轴承座二,轴承座二滑动设置在机架2上。机架2上开设有滑槽一和滑槽二,轴承座一滑动设置在滑槽一中,轴承座二滑动设置在滑槽二中,轴承座一与轴承座二之间通过一连接杆21连接,所述的机架2上还固定有移动气缸22,移动气缸22的活塞杆端部与连接杆21固连。
本柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,其工作原理是这样的:首先,通过基布放卷机构将基布送入至设备内,然后,通过升降气缸一7调节上胶辊一5距离基布的高度,基布在上胶辊一5的作用下进行涂胶,并且通过调节气缸一11调节转轴一8距离基布的高度,利用刮胶刷一将胶水涂匀;与此同时,通过面布放卷机构将面布送入至设备内,通过升降气缸二14调节上胶辊二12距离面布的高度,面布在上胶辊二12的作用下进行涂胶,并且通过调节气缸二18调节转轴二15距离面布的高度,利用刮胶刷二将胶水涂匀;最后,通过移动气缸22调节复合辊一19和复合辊二20之间的距离,基布与面布在复合辊一19和复合辊二20的作用下进行贴合,本柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置具有贴合效果好、贴合速度快等优点。

Claims (10)

1.一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于,所述的面料本体由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,亚麻和棉线的质量比为3:5,所述的纬线由氨纶丝和涤纶丝复合而成,氨纶丝和涤纶丝的质量比为2:3,所述的面料本体的一侧由内到外依次覆有耐腐蚀层、耐磨层、抗静电层和簇绒层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,其特征在于,所述的耐腐蚀层为硼酚醛环氧树脂涂料层,耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,其特征在于,所述的耐磨层为锦纶纤维,耐磨层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,其特征在于,所述的抗静电层由涤纶长丝与导电纤维复合而成,抗静电层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料,其特征在于,所述的抗静电层靠近簇绒层的一侧设有魔术公贴,所述的簇绒层靠近抗静电层的一侧设有魔术母贴。
6.一种柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,包括机架,机架的一端设有基布放卷机构,基布放卷机构包括放卷辊一,放卷辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,机架的另一端设有面布放卷机构,所述的面布放卷机构包括放卷辊二,放卷辊二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,其特征在于,基布放卷机构与面布放卷机构之间设有一能分别对基布和面布涂胶的上胶机构,所述的上胶机构包括上胶辊一,上胶辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,上胶辊一的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用支架一连接,所述的支架一与一升降气缸一相连,上胶辊一内设有一空腔一,上胶辊一均匀开设有若干出胶孔一,出胶孔一中均安装有出胶喷头一,上胶辊一远离放卷辊一的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷一;上胶机构还包括上胶辊二,上胶辊二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,上胶辊二的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用支架二连接,所述的支架二与一升降气缸二相连,上胶辊二内设有一空腔二,上胶辊二均匀开设有通过出胶孔二,出胶孔二中分别安装有出胶喷头二,上胶辊二远离放卷辊二的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷二,所述的机架上固定有存胶箱,存胶箱通过输胶管一与输胶管二分别和上胶辊一与上胶辊二相连通;所述的刮胶刷一与刮胶刷二之间设有一能将基布和面布贴合的贴合机构,所述的贴合机构包括复合辊一和复合辊二,所述的复合辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,复合辊一靠近刮胶刷一,复合辊二靠近刮胶刷二,复合辊二上设有能调节复合辊一和复合辊二之间间隙的调节结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的刮胶刷一包括转轴一与刷毛一,转轴一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,刷毛一均固定在转轴一的表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的刮胶刷二包括转轴二与刷毛二,转轴二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,刷毛二均固定在转轴二的表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的调节结构包括设置在复合辊二两端的轴承一和轴承二,轴承一的内圈与复合辊二的一端固定,轴承一的外圈固定有轴承座一,轴承座一滑动设置在机架上,轴承二的内圈与复合辊二的另一端固定,轴承二的外圈固定有轴承座二,轴承座二滑动设置在机架上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的机架上开设有滑槽一和滑槽二,轴承座一滑动设置在滑槽一中,轴承座二滑动设置在滑槽二中,轴承座一与轴承座二之间通过一连接杆连接,所述的机架上还固定有移动气缸,移动气缸的活塞杆端部与连接杆固连。
