本发明属于汽车内饰布领域,具体涉及一种免洗型抗静电汽车内饰布。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来,我国汽车工业和汽车消费市场得到迅猛的发展。私家车不再是普通人民生活中的奢侈品,转而逐渐走进人们的日常生活,随着汽车的普遍化,汽车内饰布的消耗量也在不断的提升,常见的汽车内饰布多采用皮料和布料两种,这两种需要经常的打理,尤其是采用布料制成的汽车坐垫,因为经常有人乘坐,与人接触,使得座椅的表面容易受到污染,因此就需要经常的对座椅进行清洗,非常的不便,并且人与座椅进行摩擦时经常会出现静电,刺痛人体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种免洗
的、并且抗静电的免洗型抗静电汽车内饰布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种免洗型抗静电汽车内饰布,其创新点在于:包括免洗层、抗静电层、泡沫层和基布层,所述免洗层和基布层之间依次设置有泡沫层和抗静电层,所述免洗层、泡沫层、抗静电层和基布层通过纱线编织连接而成。
进一步的,所述免洗层由水性PU涂布制成。
进一步的,所述抗静电层由若干具有导电性能的穗条编织而成。
进一步的,所述基布层采用亲肤、吸湿、导湿、散湿性能好同时具有发热功能纤维制作的面料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的表层为水性PU涂布制成的免洗层,在污染程度不严重的情况下,不需要进行拆卸式清洗。
(2)本发明的基布层和泡沫层的面料的选择,增加了汽车内饰布的使用舒适性。
(3)本发明通过设置抗静电层,能够有效避免布料在与乘客身体摩擦时,产生静电,对人造成刺痛感。

如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,一种免洗型抗静电汽车内饰布,包括免洗层1、抗静电层2、泡沫层3和基布层4,免洗层1和基布层4之间依次设置有泡沫层3和抗静电层2,免洗层1、泡沫层3、抗静电层2和基布层4通过纱线编织连接而成。
免洗层1由水性PU涂布制成,本发明的表层为水性PU涂布制成的免洗层1,在污染程度不严重的情况下,不需要进行拆卸式清洗。
抗静电层2由若干具有导电性能的穗条编织而成。本发明通过设置抗静电层2,能够有效避免布料在与乘客身体摩擦时,产生静电,对人造成刺痛感。
基布层4采用亲肤、吸湿、导湿、散湿性能好同时具有发热功能纤维制作的面料。本发明的基布层4和泡沫层3的面料的选择,增加了汽车内饰布的使用舒适性。
