本专利公开了涉及一种豆品压榨设备。豆品压榨设备,包括进料斗和榨笼,所述进料斗内设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有螺旋叶片和转动板,所述进料斗呈倒锥形,所述转动板与进料斗内壁呈平行状态、且两者之间存在间隙,所述搅拌轴表面涂布有防划隔膜,所述防划隔膜由如下质量比例的原料制成:C5石油树脂112份、丙烯酸‑丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物6份、甲基丙烯酸酯15份、玻璃颗粒2份与乳酸乙酯1份;所述防划隔膜还包括原料聚谷氨酸钠5份。本专利提供了一种通过涂层材料,提高产品的防划能力的豆品压榨设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品处理设备,尤其是涉及豆品压榨设备。
背景技术
从大豆中提取大豆油的压榨法有悠久的历史,它的工艺过程比较简单:把油料蒸熟、炒熟以后,用机械的方法把油从油料中挤压出来。古老的压榨法需要操作人员付出繁重的体力劳动,而挤压过的油渣(油饼)中,残油含量相当高,因此现有技术中大都采用机械化压榨的方法,但是由于大豆体积较小,在进入压榨装置时容易堵塞进料斗,影响压榨过程顺利进行。
为解决上述技术问题,中国专利CN205631453U提供一种防堵料的油脂压榨装置,包括进料斗和榨笼,所述进料斗内设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有螺旋叶片和转动板,所述进料斗呈倒锥形,所述转动板与进料斗内壁呈平行状态、且两者之间存在间隙。该技术方案通过在进料斗中设置搅拌轴,提高进料斗内芝麻物料的流动性,避免其在进料斗和榨笼之间发生堵塞,而螺旋叶片与转动板相配合,则能够实现进料斗内物料的充分搅动。
然而上述专利技术仍存在如下技术缺陷:
采用螺旋叶片和转动板与大豆直接接触,在冲击大豆的同时螺旋叶片和转动板也会受到大豆的冲击,所以每次工作结束后,螺旋叶片和转动板上均会留下不同程度的划痕。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种豆品压榨设备,通过涂层材料,提高产品的防划能力。
本方案中的豆品压榨设备,包括进料斗和榨笼,所述进料斗内设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有螺旋叶片和转动板,所述进料斗呈倒锥形,所述转动板与进料斗内壁呈平行状态、且两者之间存在间隙,所述搅拌轴表面涂布有防划隔膜,所述防划隔膜由如下质量比例的原料制成:C5石油树脂112份、丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物6份、甲基丙烯酸酯15份、玻璃颗粒2份与乳酸乙酯1份;所述防划隔膜还包括原料聚谷氨酸钠5份。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
本本实施例豆品压榨设备,包括进料斗和榨笼,所述进料斗内设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有螺旋叶片和转动板,所述进料斗呈倒锥形,所述转动板与进料斗内壁呈平行状态、且两者之间存在间隙,所述搅拌轴表面涂布有防划隔膜,所述防划隔膜由如下质量比例的原料制成:A=C5石油树脂112份、B=丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物6份、C=甲基丙烯酸酯15份、D=玻璃颗粒2份、E=乳酸乙酯1份与F=聚谷氨酸钠5份。每份1公斤。
其中防划隔膜的制备方法是:先将F、B和C混合,加入5倍于该混合物质量的去离子水,搅拌40分钟后密封加热,加热温度维持在40~50℃,加热时间为15分钟,加热完毕后静置冷却至室温;然后加入A、E,搅拌30分钟后用旋转蒸发仪以60℃处理,直至液体体积减少30%~50%后添入D,得到用于制成防划隔膜的涂料。
为了验证本发明中防划隔膜的特点,特制作如下三个实验例:
各实验例的配制方法一致,参见上述“防划隔膜的制备方法”,从而得到三种样品涂料,涂料干化后形成样品涂层,现将三种样品作如下测试:
干附着力测试
测试方法:将粘着力大于10N/25mm的粘胶带覆盖在样品涂层上,压紧以排去粘胶带下的空气,然后以垂直于涂层表面的角度快速拉起粘胶带,观察涂层的脱落情况。
实施例一胶带上无附着物,涂层颜色无变化;对比例二胶带上沾有大量附着物,涂层明显脱落;对比例一胶带上沾有少量附着物,涂层出现部分脱落。
湿附着力测试
将样品置于38℃±5℃的水中浸泡24h,取出样品并利用擦布擦干,在5min内按干附着力测试方法进行重新纪录:实施例一胶带上无附着物,涂层颜色依然无变化;对比例二胶带上沾有大量附着物,涂层明显脱落;对比例一胶带上沾有大量附着物,涂层明显脱落。
划痕测试
用瑞士军刀在各样品上施以100N力,然后划上10cm的划痕,观察划痕的深度范围。实施例一的深度范围在15-17cm之间;对比例一的深度范围在21-36cm之间;对比例一的深度范围在31-37cm之间。
由上述可见实施例一具有更强的耐划性能,所留下的划痕深度不大,而且不易被外界粘性物附着。

1.豆品压榨设备,包括进料斗和榨笼,所述进料斗内设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有螺旋叶片和转动板,所述进料斗呈倒锥形,所述转动板与进料斗内壁呈平行状态、且两者之间存在间隙,所述搅拌轴表面涂布有防划隔膜,所述防划隔膜由如下质量份的原料制成:C5石油树脂112份、丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物6份、甲基丙烯酸酯15份、玻璃颗粒2份与乳酸乙酯1份;所述防划隔膜还包括原料聚谷氨酸钠5份。
