Abstract
本发明公开了一种头套的生产方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将海绵和PU皮剪切成弧形状并使海绵放置在PU皮的凹槽内;(2)将PETG材料放置在胶片模具的下模的弧形的凹槽内,对胶片模具进行加热并将胶片模具的上模向下压使上模的凸块压在下模的凹槽内,使凸块底部的透气针插入凹槽的顶部的圆孔内,上模和下模合压制得到带有透气孔的弧形胶片;(3)将胶片覆盖在海绵的表面并使其边缘与PU皮的边缘对齐;(4)将胶片、海绵和PU皮放置在高周波电压模具中,在胶片和PU皮的接合处贴合热熔胶,接通电源,高周波电压模具对胶片、热熔胶和PU皮进行加热合压使胶片和PU皮紧粘得到头套本体。本发明生产的头套结构牢固,生产效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种头套的生产方法,属于头套生产工艺技术领域。
背景技术
现有的头套大多数是由海绵和包裹在海绵外表的保护层构成,其生产工艺是将保护层直接包裹在海绵的外表面,然后进行粘合。这种工艺生产出来的头套存在结构容易变形、散热效果差,佩带舒适度不好的缺点,不利于使用。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种头套的生产方法。
本发明通过采取以下技术方案予以实现:
一种头套的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好海绵和PU皮,将海绵和PU皮剪切成弧形状并使海绵放置在PU皮的凹槽内;
(2)将PETG材料放置在胶片模具的下模的弧形的凹槽内,对胶片模具进行加热并将胶片模具的上模向下压使上模的凸块压在下模的凹槽内,使凸块底部的透气针插入凹槽的顶部的圆孔内,上模和下模合压制得到带有透气孔的弧形胶片;
(3)将胶片覆盖在海绵的表面并使其边缘与PU皮的边缘对齐;
(4)将胶片、海绵和PU皮放置在高周波电压模具中,在胶片和PU皮的接合处贴合热熔胶,接通电源,高周波电压模具对胶片、热熔胶和PU皮进行加热合压使胶片的边缘和PU皮的边缘通过热熔胶紧粘在一起得到头套本体。
优选的是,该头套的生产方法还包括以下步骤:(5)对头套本体的外边进行裁剪得到头套。
优选的是,在步骤(2)中,所述胶片模具的加热温度为140~160度,加热时间为10~20秒,上模和下模合压压力为3~5吨,合压时间为10~15秒。
优选的是,在步骤(4)中,高周波电压模具的合压压力为3~5吨,高周波输出功率为4~6千瓦。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用模具对胶片进行热成型,利用高周波电压模具对胶片和PU皮进行热熔胶粘合,使头套边缘粘合牢固,同时,头套生产采用胶片、海绵和PU皮结合,胶片能对整个头套进行定型,海绵能进行缓压,PU皮增加与头部的贴合舒适度,使整个头套既佩带舒适又结构牢固;另外,头套的透气孔是与胶片一次成型的,减少了透气孔的生产步骤,提高了整个头套的生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细描述。
如图1所示,一种头套的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好海绵和PU皮,将海绵和PU皮剪切成弧形状并使聚氨酯海绵旋转在PU皮的凹槽内,其中,海绵可以是聚氨酯海绵或其他材料的海绵;
(2)将PETG材料放置在胶片模具的下模的弧形的凹槽内,对胶片模具进行加热并将胶片模具的上模向下压使上模的凸块压在下模的凹槽内,使凸块底部的透气针插入凹槽的顶部的圆孔内,上模和下模合压制得到带有透气孔的弧形胶片;
(3)将胶片覆盖在海绵的表面并使其边缘与PU皮的边缘对齐;
(4)将胶片、海绵和PU皮放置在高周波电压模具中,在胶片和PU皮的接合处贴合热熔胶,接通电源,高周波电压模具对胶片、热熔胶和PU皮进行加热合压使胶片的边缘和PU皮的边缘通过热熔胶紧粘在一起得到头套本体;
(5)对头套本体的外边进行裁剪得到头套。
优选的是,在步骤(2)中,所述胶片模具的加热温度为140~160度,加热时间为10~20秒,上模和下模合压压力为3~5吨,合压时间为10~15秒;在步骤(4)中,高周波电压模具的合压压力为3~5吨,高周波输出功率为4~6千瓦。

Claims (4)
1.一种头套的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好海绵和PU皮,将海绵和PU皮剪切成弧形状并使海绵放置在PU皮的凹槽内;
(2)将PETG材料放置在胶片模具的下模的弧形的凹槽内,对胶片模具进行加热并将胶片模具的上模向下压使上模的凸块压在下模的凹槽内,使凸块底部的透气针插入凹槽的顶部的圆孔内,上模和下模合压制得到带有透气孔的弧形胶片;
(3)将胶片覆盖在海绵的表面并使其边缘与PU皮的边缘对齐;
(4)将胶片、海绵和PU皮放置在高周波电压模具中,在胶片和PU皮的接合处贴合热熔胶,接通电源,高周波电压模具对胶片、热熔胶和PU皮进行加热合压使胶片的边缘和PU皮的边缘通过热熔胶紧粘在一起得到头套本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头套的生产方法,其特征在于还包括以下步骤:(5)对头套本体的外边进行裁剪得到头套。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的头套的生产方法,其特征在于在步骤(2)中,所述胶片模具的加热温度为140~160度,加热时间为10~20秒,上模和下模合压压力为3~5吨,合压时间为10~15秒。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的头套的生产方法,其特征在于在步骤(4)中,高周波电压模具的合压压力为3~5吨,高周波输出功率为4 ~6千瓦。
