Abstract

一种VR设备用贴脸海绵垫及其制备方法、VR设备，海绵垫包括海绵垫主体(1)，海绵垫主体(1)为一个环形结构，海绵垫主体(1)的侧壁具有两个相对的面，分别为外凸的粘贴面(4)以及内凹的贴合面(2)；其中，粘贴面(4)用于与VR设备贴合连接，贴合面(2)用于与人脸贴合；还包括：包裹海绵垫主体(1)的面料层。通过将海绵垫制作成立体结构，即直接将海绵形成与人脸贴附的3D立体海绵，从而使得海绵垫主体(1)能够更好的与人脸贴合，提供良好的容差性和贴合感。
