Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法,包括灯管外壳的制造方法和灯罩的制造方法,所述灯管外壳的制造方法为:将用于制造外壳的塑料放入注塑成型机的料筒内,融化至熔融状态,然后向熔融的塑料材料中加入玻璃纤维,通过螺杆搅拌均匀,用高压射入模具,经过冷却固化、热处理后,得到灯管外壳;所述灯罩的制造方法为:将用于制造灯罩的塑料放入注塑成型机的料筒内,加热至融化温度,将熔融的塑料材料表面的杂质清除干净;然后向熔融的塑料材料中加入纳米级扩散粉和发泡材料,通过螺杆搅拌均匀,用高压射入模具,经过冷却固化、热处理后,得到灯罩。根据本发明的方法制造出来的灯管外壳,强度高,灯罩的透光性好,扩大了光线照射范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯管照明技术领域,具体涉及为一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法。
背景技术
LED灯是一种直接将电能转化成可见光的原件,LED灯的发光效果好,被广泛的认为是本世纪最最优质的照明灯具。LED灯具有一系列的优点,比如工作电压低,耗电量小,发光率高,无污染,使用寿命长等。在节能减排的当下社会,被广泛的应用于各行各业。
LED灯管的外壳可采用铝材也可以采用塑料制成,铝制外壳的强度高,而塑料外壳的强度较低。灯罩一般采用塑料制成,采用塑料制成的灯罩,光线不够柔和,而且透光率也受到了影响。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法,包括灯管外壳的制造方法和灯罩的制造方法,从而提高塑料灯管外壳的强度和灯罩的透光率,包括如下步骤:
所述灯管外壳的制造方法为:所述灯管外壳的制造,采用的是注塑的方式,所述注塑方式中:注塑温度在265-330℃之间;喷嘴的温度220-260℃之间;料筒温度在255-285℃之间;注塑压力在70-130兆帕之间;注塑压力维持时间为2-3分钟;注塑速度采用中速注塑;模具温度在70-110℃之间;螺杆转速在25-65r/min之间;背压取注塑压力的10-15%;将用于制造外壳的塑料放入注塑成型机的料筒内,加热至融化温度,融化至熔融状态,保持温度不变,通过螺杆充分搅拌完全熔融的塑料材料,将熔融的塑料材料表面的杂质清除干净;然后向熔融的塑料材料中加入玻璃纤维,通过螺杆搅拌均匀,用高压射入模具,经过冷却固化、热处理后,得到灯管外壳;

作为上述方案的改进,所述灯管外壳和所述灯罩所采用的塑料为PC塑料。
作为上述方案的改进,所述制造外壳的塑料与玻璃纤维的质量比为15∶1。
作为上述方案的改进,所述制造灯罩的塑料、纳米级扩散粉和发泡材料的质量比为100∶1∶1。
作为上述方案的改进,所述热处理为:将冷却固化好的灯管外壳和灯罩放入液体石蜡中,放到110-135℃的温度下,处理1-3小时。
作为上述方案的改进,所述发泡材料为石油醚。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述的一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法,制造出来的灯管外壳的强度高,在灯罩内加入纳米级扩散粉在不改变雾度的前提下,提高了灯罩的透光性,发泡材料的加入使灯罩上产生材料气孔,光线通过气孔形成漫反射,扩大了光线照射范围。

所述灯管外壳的制造方法为:所述灯管外壳的制造,采用的是注塑的方式,所述注塑方式中:注塑温度在265-330℃之间;喷嘴的温度220-260℃之间;料筒温度在255-285℃之间;注塑压力在70-130兆帕之间;注塑压力维持时间为2-3分钟;注塑速度采用中速注塑;模具温度在70-110℃之间;螺杆转速在25-65r/min之间;背压取注塑压力的10-15%;将用于制造外壳的塑料放入注塑成型机的料筒内,加热至融化温度,融化至熔融状态,保持温度不变,通过螺杆充分搅拌完全熔融的塑料材料,将熔融的塑料材料表面的杂质清除干净;然后向熔融的塑料材料中加入玻璃纤维,通过螺杆搅拌均匀,用高压射入模具,经过冷却固化、热处理后,得到灯管外壳;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述制造灯罩的塑料、纳米级扩散粉和发泡材料的质量比为100∶1∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米全塑LED灯管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述热处理为:将冷却固化好的灯管外壳和灯罩放入液体石蜡中,放到110-135℃的温度下,处理1-3小时。
