本发明涉及食品加工机械领域,尤其涉及一种葛根旋切机,包括:旋砍刀、拉刀、料仓和数控推进机构,料仓前端为数控推进机构,料仓后端依次为拉刀和旋砍刀,旋砍刀切面方向与拉刀的切面方向垂直,旋砍刀下方为集料槽,旋砍刀的旋转轴位于料仓出料口侧边,对出料口处的葛根进行旋切,拉刀位于料仓出料口内,拉刀安装在可横向来回动作的刀座上,纵向切割葛根;本发明所述葛根旋切机能实现连续横向和纵向切割,效率高,其葛根块或葛根片的形态差异较小。

一种葛根旋切机
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工机械领域,尤其涉及一种葛根旋切机。
背景技术
葛根食品含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、多种微量元素、黄酮、葛根素、氨基酸等营养保健药用物质,具有很大的开发潜力。在现有葛根食品加工中,为了节省人工,大部分加工企业直接将葛根粉碎和水洗,这种方法容易破坏葛根内含有的特殊营养物质;为尽量保留葛根内含物的特殊营养物质,部分企业采用葛根切片切粒的工艺。
葛根切片切粒的工艺过程,首先需要对葛根改型,将长短不一的葛根切割成工艺要求的标准尺寸,以达到后续连续化、自动化生产的要求。定尺标准长度的葛根棒直段专门用于切片、切粒、或切块,其余不规则的葛根梢头、节段、弯段全部切割成以下的短料段经清洗后送入盘式破碎机粉碎、挤出浆液、烘干后磨成葛粉。
现有的葛根改型设备主要有葛根切片机和葛根切条机,该类设备的输送机构与切割机构垂直,其切割面为葛根的径向断面,能实现连续切段或切片,且在切段的长度或切片的厚度上能保持一致,但其半径或宽度存在较大的差异,同时,其切片后的片状面积偏小了;其形状、大小的较大差异不仅给葛根食品自动化深加工带来较大不便,同时也影响到外观上的品质。
针对上述问题切片或切段存在的形状差异问题,本发明设计了一种葛根旋切机,能较好地对葛根进行定尺切割,实现形状的标准化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为:现有葛根加工机械加工出的葛根段或葛根片存在较大的形态差异,切割面积偏小。
为解决其技术问题本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种葛根旋切机,包括:旋砍刀、拉刀、料仓和数控推进机构,
其特征在于:料仓前端为数控推进机构,料仓后端依次为拉刀和旋砍刀,旋砍刀切面方向与拉刀的切面方向垂直,旋砍刀下方为集料槽,旋砍刀的旋转轴位于料仓出料口侧边,对出料口处的葛根进行旋切,拉刀位于料仓出料口内,拉刀安装在可横向来回动作的刀座上,纵向切割葛根。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀包括多层刀片。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀包含多层刀片,刀片间相互平行。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀包含两层刀片,两层刀片呈上、下层分布。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀包含多层刀片,刀片间呈夹角分布。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀包含两层刀片,刀片间相互垂直。
作为进一步优化,所述拉刀分前、后两部分刀片,前部刀片与后部刀片相互垂直。

作为进一步优化,所述旋砍刀和拉刀共同由同一电机通过不同外径的皮带轮传动。

作为进一步优化,所述数控推进机构的前侧边还设置有刀具仓。
工作过程:将葛根放入料仓后,合上仓门,数控推进机构按设定的速度将葛根缓慢向前推进,推进的速度连续可调,设定不同的推进速度即可切出不同尺寸的葛根颗粒;由于料仓后端依次设置有拉刀和旋砍刀,葛根可实现横向和纵向的切割,其横向切割间距由数控推进机构的推进速度和旋砍刀的转速决定,其纵向切割间距由拉刀中刀片的间距决定。
有益效果:本发明所述葛根旋切机可实现连续横向和纵向切割,可切出长条形片状的葛根片和方条形块状的葛根块,形状大小较为统一,形态差异较小,切割出葛根片的面积可连续调节,能切出较大面积的葛根片。

实施例一(如图1所示): 一种葛根旋切机,包括:旋砍刀1、拉刀2、料仓3和数控推进机构4,料仓3前端为数控推进机构4,料仓3后端依次为拉刀2和旋砍刀1,旋砍刀1切面方向与拉刀2的切面方向垂直,旋砍刀1下方为集料槽5,旋砍刀1的旋转轴位于料仓3出料口侧边,对出料口处的葛根进行旋切,拉刀2位于料仓3出料口内,拉刀2安装在可横向来回动作的刀座21上,纵向切割葛根。
作为进一步具体说明,所述拉刀2包含两层刀片22,两层刀片22呈上、下层分布。
作为进一步具体说明,所述料仓3上方设置有备料盘6。
作为进一步具体说明,所述旋砍刀1和拉刀2共同由同一电机7通过不同外径的皮带轮传动。
作为进一步具体说明,所述电机7连接有变频器71,所述旋砍刀1的旋砍速度由变频器71调整。

1.一种葛根旋切机,包括:旋砍刀(1)、拉刀(2)、料仓(3)和数控推进机构(4),其特征在于:料仓(3)前端为数控推进机构(4),料仓(3)后端依次为拉刀(2)和旋砍刀(1),旋砍刀(1)切面方向与拉刀(2)的切面方向垂直,旋砍刀(1)下方为集料槽(5),旋砍刀(1)的旋转轴位于料仓(3)出料口侧边,对出料口处的葛根进行旋切,拉刀(2)位于料仓(3)出料口内,拉刀(2)安装在可横向来回动作的刀座(21)上,纵向切割葛根。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葛根旋切机,其特征在于:所述拉刀(2)包含多层刀片(22),刀片(22)间相互平行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葛根旋切机,其特征在于:所述拉刀(2)包含两层刀片(22),两层刀片(22)呈上、下层分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葛根旋切机,其特征在于:所述料仓(3)上方设置有备料盘(6)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的葛根旋切机,其特征在于:所述旋砍刀(1)和拉刀(2)共同由同一电机(7)通过不同外径的皮带轮传动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的葛根旋切机,其特征在于:所述电机(7)连接有变频器(71),所述旋砍刀(1)的旋砍速度由变频器(71)调整。
