本发明涉及一种气缸送料夹紧机构,包括:气缸、托辊、送料机身、丝杆螺母、可调螺母;料材放置在所述的托辊上端,所述的托辊两端连接所述的送料机身,所述的送料机身外侧固定设置有导轨,导轨通过导轨槽与送料台连接,丝杆螺母固定设置在送料滑台底板上,所述的可调螺母设置在送料滑台一侧的上端,所述的可调螺母一端设置有固定钳,所述的气缸设置在送料滑台的远离固定钳的一侧,活动钳设置在气缸的近送料机身的一端。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便;使料材的自由度得到了一定的控制、对固定材料起到了一定的作用,提高了工作效率的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动送料装置的一个重要组成部分即气动夹紧机构,具体的涉及一种气缸送料夹紧机构,属于自动化领域。
背景技术
目前,许多先进的工业生产部门以及引进的生产线,如汽车、冰箱、空调、电气电子元件、电视机、手表、轴承和基础件的生产线的许多加工和装配机械上,都大量使用了气动装置,气动技术已经应用于从民用到军工的各个领域。随着科学技术的发展,现代气动技术也有迅猛发展,与其它传动技术相比,也有了更多的优势,在可靠性方面,一般的气动电磁阀的寿命已高于3000万次,小型阀更是超过1亿次,已高于一般电器元件(数百万次)的寿命。气动技术采用压缩空气作为它的工作介质,由于空气的可压缩性比较大,气动元件在使用中会出现不稳定或者定位不精确的现象,气缸高速化运转需要对密封材料、形状、驱动方式及如何吸收冲击惯量进行缓冲的问题。
一方面为了保证自动送料装置夹紧机构稳定、安全夹紧。
另一方面为了提高气缸的可靠性,降低制造成本。
为此,如何提供一种气缸送料夹紧机构,提高气缸可靠性、实现高准确、稳定定位精度,提高气缸在速度控制、抗负载影响方面的性能,降低成本,是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种气缸送料夹紧机构,通过对气动夹紧机构在速度、抗负载方面的改进,实现了气缸夹紧机构的稳定、安全及降低了制造成本、大大提高了生产效率。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种气缸送料夹紧机构,包括:气缸、托辊、送料机身、丝杆螺母、可调螺母;料材放置在所述的托辊上端,所述的托辊两端连接所述的送料机身,所述的送料机身外侧固定设置有导轨,导轨通过导轨槽与送料台连接,丝杆螺母固定设置在送料滑台底板上,所述的可调螺母设置在送料滑台一侧的上端,所述的可调螺母一端设置有固定钳,所述的气缸设置在送料滑台的远离固定钳的一侧,活动钳设置在气缸的近送料机身的一端。
进一步的,所述的料材可以是方料、圆料、棒料。
进一步的,所述的活动钳通过气缸可进行夹紧设置。
进一步的,所述的固定钳通过可调螺母进行夹紧设置。
进一步的,所述的固定钳和活动钳的接触面设置有橡胶垫。
进一步的,所述的送料机身两侧设置有导轨槽。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便;使料材的自由度得到了一定的控制、对固定材料起到了一定的作用,提高了工作效率的效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员能够更加理解本发明技术方案,下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步分析。
如图1所示,一种气缸送料夹紧机构,包括:气缸1、托辊4、送料机身3、丝杆螺母5、可调螺母7;料材10放置在所述的托辊4上端,所述的托辊4两端连接所述的送料机身3,所述的送料机身3外侧固定设置有导轨6,导轨6通过导轨槽与送料台2连接,丝杆螺母5固定设置在送料台2底板11上,所述的可调螺母7设置在送料台2一侧的上端,所述的可调螺母7一端设置有固定钳8,所述的气缸1设置在送料台2的远离固定钳8的一端,活动钳9设置在气缸1的近送料机身3的一端。
本发明工作过程如下:气缸在松开状态下,调好机械挡块大小位置,料放置托辊,气缸夹紧料材,运料台开始送料,送料台将料材到设定位置停止,调整可调螺母夹紧且找到料材的中心位置,进行锯削后,气缸松开,完成一个工作循环。通过控制气缸调整活动钳压紧速度,防止气压过大而产生冲击力影响机械精度;在固定钳钳口和活动钳钳口的接触面上粘贴橡胶垫,防止夹紧时冲击力过大、增大送料时料材与钳口的静摩擦力,从而增加送料机送料能力;通过调整固定钳和活动钳,有效限制了料材的自由度,保证了锯切时,料材的稳定性、可靠性。
本发明对气动夹紧机构在速度、抗负载方面的改进,提高了气缸的可靠性、实现了高准确、稳定定位精度,提高了气缸在速度控制、抗负载影响方面的性能;让气缸夹紧机构的稳定、安全、节约成本及操作方面更得到了简化。

1.一种气缸送料夹紧机构,包括:气缸、托辊、送料机身、丝杆螺母、可调螺母;料材放置在所述的托辊上端,所述的托辊两端连接所述的送料机身,所述的送料机身外侧固定设置有导轨,导轨通过导轨槽与送料台连接,丝杆螺母固定设置在送料滑台底板上,所述的可调螺母设置在送料滑台一侧的上端,所述的可调螺母一端设置有固定钳,所述的气缸设置在送料滑台的远离固定钳的一侧,活动钳设置在气缸的近送料机身的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气缸送料夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的料材可以是方料、圆料、棒料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气缸送料夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的活动钳通过气缸可进行夹紧设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气缸送料夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的固定钳通过可调螺母进行夹紧设置。
