本发明公开了一种中拉机用排线装置,包括第一过线导轮和收线盘,收线盘安装在收线电机上,在第一过线导轮和收线盘之间设有第二过线导轮,所述收线电机安装在基座上,在基座上还设有排线电机,所述收线电机与排线电机之间设有滑杆,由排线电机驱动收线电机在滑杆上左右移动,由于收线盘能够左右移动,当线材经过第一过线导轮和第二过线导轮时,始终和收线盘保持在同一条直线上,从而可有效避免线材与导轮的摩擦。本发明所述的一种中拉机用排线装置具有结构简单,使用效果好等特点。

本发明涉及一种中拉机用排线装置。
背景技术
传统的拉丝机排线方式是线材经过线导轮、排线导轮后再到收线盘,排线位置是经过排线杆来回匀速行驶完成,当排线杆到达收线盘两边时因排线杆导轮和过线导轮边沿会产生摩擦,生产超细线材时容易造成断线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能避免线材与导轮的摩擦,克服超细线材容易断线问题的中拉机用排线装置。
本发明的目的可通过以下方案来实现 :
一种中拉机用排线装置,包括第一过线导轮和收线盘,收线盘安装在收线电机上,在第一过线导轮和收线盘之间设有第二过线导轮,所述收线电机安装在基座上,在基座上还设有排线电机,所述收线电机与排线电机之间设有滑杆,由排线电机驱动收线电机在滑杆上左右移动,由于收线盘能够左右移动,当线材经过第一过线导轮和第二过线导轮时,始终和收线盘保持在同一条直线上,没有产生任何角度偏差,从而可有效避免线材与导轮的摩擦,解决超细线材容易断线的问题。
