本技术提供一种涂布量调节方便、更换版基宽度时无需调整的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,它包括独立转动且相切的金属涂布辊、橡胶计量匀胶辊;在金属涂布辊下部具有用于支撑预涂感光版生产中移动的铝质版基的橡胶支撑辊,金属涂布辊的转动方向与铝质版基的移动方向相逆;橡胶支撑辊直径>金属涂布辊直径>橡胶计量匀胶辊直径,橡胶计量匀胶辊的硬度HB55‑65,橡胶支撑辊硬度HB75‑85。

技术领域
本技术涉及到预涂感光版生产中的感光液涂布装置。
背景技术
预涂感光版是预先涂覆感光层的平印版,是当今最优良的印刷材料之一,在生产预涂感光版时,需要将液体感光材料均匀涂布于经过预处理的铝质版基表面并烘干。传统方式下,使用挤出式喷嘴将感光液刮涂于版基表面,更换生产宽度时需要调整挤出式喷嘴的宽度及位置,费时费力,产生大量废品。
发明内容
本技术的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种涂布量调节方便、更换版基宽度时无需调整的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置。
本技术所述的一种用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,包括独立转动且相切的金属涂布辊、橡胶计量匀胶辊;在金属涂布辊下部具有用于支撑预涂感光版生产中移动的铝质版基的橡胶支撑辊,金属涂布辊的转动方向与铝质版基的移动方向相逆;橡胶支撑辊直径>金属涂布辊直径>橡胶计量匀胶辊直径,橡胶计量匀胶辊的硬度HB55-65,橡胶支撑辊硬度HB75-85。
计量匀胶辊由于需要与金属镜面涂布辊接触,起到控制涂布量的作用,即需要能够产生一定的压入形变度,如果硬度太高,则压入弹性较差,并且压入时与金属涂布辊之间的压力会过大;如果硬度太低,形变过大,转动阻力会加大,且涂布辊与计量匀胶辊的线速度同步性较难保证。
支撑辊采用橡胶包覆,可以确保在涂布辊落下涂布的过程中较易压实,使涂布辊上带的感光液能够完全转移到铝版基表面上,只要外圆精度达标,原则上硬度偏高比较适合,如果硬度过软,辊面容易产生不可预测的形变,造成涂布不匀。另外,发生意外时(比如铝版基损伤),橡胶制支撑辊可以保护涂布辊不受损伤。
上述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,橡胶计量匀胶辊在径向方向相对于金属涂布辊能够左右移动。橡胶计量匀胶辊左右移动时,改变了橡胶计量匀胶辊与金属涂布辊之间的轴间距,或者说,可以调整橡胶计量匀胶辊的压入度,这就就可以调整金属涂布辊的带胶量,从而调整涂布量。
上述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,金属涂布辊、橡胶计量匀胶辊分别由两个独立的伺服电机驱动,可编程控制器分别与两个伺服电机电连接。
上述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,金属涂布辊直径280-320mm,橡胶计量匀胶辊的直径150-170mm;上述各辊的直径设计主要与生产线的线速度、伺服电机的转速限制、涂布量要求相关,生产线速度越高,单位时间内所需要的涂布量越大,涂布辊和计量辊需要的转速越高,其角速度过高,会造成感光液从辊面甩出,此时需增大其直径,从而降低转速;橡胶支撑辊的直径360-400mm,主要为了使铝版基比较紧密稳定地包裹在其表面,为涂布提供比较平稳的涂布点。上述设计对于10m/分~20m/分的生产线比较适宜。
本技术的优越性在于:
1.传统的挤出式涂布机必须使用低粘度、低固含量的涂布液,VOC排放量大,而本涂布装置可以使用高粘度、高固含量感光液,单位面积产品涂布成本低,VOC排放少。
2.调整金属涂布辊和橡胶计量匀胶辊之间的压入度,对涂布量进行粗调,使用伺服电机控制金属涂布辊及橡胶计量匀胶辊的转速,对单位时间内的涂布量进行精调,涂布精度高。
3.由于运行过程中,整个金属涂布辊表面均均匀带有涂布液(大于版基宽度),更换生产版基宽度时,不需要任何调整,轻松省力,废品率大幅降低。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示的感光液涂布装置,采用直径300mm的表面喷涂有碳化钨涂层的镜面金属辊作为涂布辊1,直径160mm的包覆有三元乙丙橡胶的橡胶辊作为计量匀胶辊(硬度60)2,直径380mm的包覆有三元乙丙橡胶的橡胶辊作为铝质版基支撑辊(硬度80)3。其中涂布辊与计量匀胶辊分别与独立的伺服电机及减速机连接作为主动辊,支撑辊作为被动辊。
碳化钨涂层的涂布辊较镀铬涂布辊具有更高的硬度和耐磨度,使用寿命更长;三元乙丙橡胶配方具有较好的耐溶剂性能,在感光液长时间浸泡下具有较好的耐受性。
工作过程中,沿径向移动计量匀胶辊,使得计量匀胶辊压入至涂布辊并使之相切,涂布辊的转动方向与铝质版基5的前进方向相逆,计量匀胶辊与涂布辊转动方向相对,工作时采用齿轮泵将涂布液4提升至计量匀胶辊与涂布辊之间的切面凹槽内。
将涂布辊与计量匀胶辊的直径参数写入PLC,根据涂层厚度要求,设定涂布辊的转速参数并输出至驱动涂布辊的伺服电机,PLC根据直径及减速比等数据,计算出同等线速度要求下的计量匀胶辊转速并调整驱动计量匀胶辊的伺服电机的转速。
根据涂层厚度要求,可调整涂布辊的转速以增加或减少涂布量,也可以通过调整计量匀胶辊的压入度调整涂布辊的带胶量,从而调整涂布量。
Claims (4)
1.用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,其特征是:包括独立转动且相切的金属涂布辊、橡胶计量匀胶辊;在金属涂布辊下部具有用于支撑预涂感光版生产中移动的铝质版基的橡胶支撑辊,金属涂布辊的转动方向与铝质版基的移动方向相逆;橡胶支撑辊直径>金属涂布辊直径>橡胶计量匀胶辊直径,橡胶计量匀胶辊的硬度HB55-65,橡胶支撑辊硬度HB75-85。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,其特征是:橡胶计量匀胶辊在径向方向相对于金属涂布辊能够左右移动。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,其特征是:金属涂布辊、橡胶计量匀胶辊分别由两个独立的伺服电机驱动,可编程控制器分别与两个伺服电机电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于预涂感光版生产的感光液涂布装置,其特征是:金属涂布辊直径280-320mm,橡胶计量匀胶辊的直径150-170mm;橡胶支撑辊的直径360-400mm。
