Abstract
本发明公开了一种肥料搅拌装置,包括:搅拌室,其底部为传料通道,传料通道与搅拌室之间设有电磁阀门,搅拌室的一侧设有进料口;进料台,其设于进料口处;滑轨,其设于进料台上;推板,其以能够滑动地设于滑轨上;驱动装置,其用于驱动推板沿滑轨来回滑动;搅拌器,其包括:圆形架,其固定于搅拌室的顶部;转轮,其以能够转动地固定于圆形架的偏心处;矩形框,其固定于转轮圆心处;搅拌叶,其一端以能够滑动地设于矩形框内,另一端往搅拌室的底部延伸,搅拌叶设有通孔;驱动杆,其穿过通孔,该驱动杆的两端分别通过滑轮与圆形架的内壁贴合;多个搅拌轴,其一端分别均设于驱动杆上,多个搅拌轴的另一端往搅拌室底部延伸。该搅拌装置搅拌较均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料搅拌领域,特别涉及一种肥料搅拌装置。
背景技术
在现有的田间作业中,大多数均使用人工作业的方式,例如,在进行施肥时,需要对肥料进行搅拌,若需要多种肥料(如农家肥)进行混合时,依靠人工一般不能混合的较均匀,使得肥效达不到预期的效果。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肥料搅拌装置,从而克服依靠人工搅拌肥料不能混合均匀的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种肥料搅拌装置,包括:搅拌室,其底部为传料通道,所述传料通道与所述搅拌室之间设有电磁阀门,该搅拌室的一侧设有进料口;进料台,其设于所述进料口处;滑轨,其设于所述进料台上;推板,其以能够滑动地设于所述滑轨上;驱动装置,其用于驱动所述推板沿所述滑轨来回滑动;以及搅拌器,其包括:圆形架,其固定于所述搅拌室的顶部;转轮,其以能够转动地固定于所述圆形架的偏心处;矩形框,其固定于所述转轮的圆心处;搅拌叶,其一端以能够滑动地设于所述矩形框内,另一端往所述搅拌室的底部延伸,该搅拌叶设有一通孔;驱动杆,其穿过所述通孔,该驱动杆的两端分别通过一滑轮与所述圆形架的内壁贴合;及搅拌轴,多个所述搅拌轴的一端分别均设于所述驱动杆上,且多个所述搅拌轴的另一端往所述搅拌室的底部延伸。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述驱动装置包括:转盘、连杆及电机,所述转盘以能够转动的设于所述滑轨的一侧,所述连杆的两端铰接于所述转盘的侧部与所述推板之间,所述电机用于驱动所述转盘转动。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述传料通道内设有螺旋传料器。
优选地,上述技术方案中,连接所述传料通道与所述搅拌室的底部为倾斜状。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明可直接将带搅拌的肥料放置进料台上即可,之后由推板推进搅拌室,再由搅拌器搅拌混合均匀,使得混合后的肥料肥效较高。

图1至图2显示了根据本发明优选实施方式的肥料搅拌装置的结构示意图。
如图1所示,肥料搅拌装置包括:搅拌室1、进料台4、滑轨6、推板7、驱动装置以及搅拌器3;搅拌室1的底部为传料通道2,连接传料通道2与搅拌室1的底部优选设为倾斜状,传料通道2内设有螺旋传料器10,传料通道2与搅拌室1之间设有电磁阀门11以用于打开或关闭传料通道2,搅拌室1的一侧设有进料口5;进料台4设于进料口5处;滑轨6设于进料台4上;推板7以能够滑动地设于滑轨6上;驱动装置用于驱动推板7沿滑轨6来回滑动,具体地,驱动装置包括:转盘9、连杆8及电机,转盘9以能够转动的设于滑轨6的一侧,连杆8的两端铰接于转盘9的侧部与推板7之间,电机用于驱动转盘9转动,从而带动连杆8,进而带动推板7来回活动;如图2所示,搅拌器3包括:圆形架31、转轮33、矩形框34、搅拌叶35、驱动杆36以及搅拌轴38;圆形架31固定于搅拌室1的顶部;转轮33以能够转动地固定于圆形架31上方的偏心处,该转轮33通过一电机带动旋转;矩形框34固定于转轮33的圆心处;搅拌叶35的一端以能够滑动地设于矩形框34内,另一端往搅拌室1的底部延伸,搅拌叶35的中部设有一通孔,该通孔最好为矩形状;驱动杆36穿过通孔,驱动杆36的两端分别通过一滑轮37与圆形架31的内壁贴合;多个搅拌轴38的一端分别均设于驱动杆36上,且多个搅拌轴38的另一端往搅拌室1的底部延伸,搅拌叶35和搅拌轴38最好与搅拌室1的底部间隙设置。
使用时,将肥料放置进料台4处,然后推板7推进搅拌室1内,搅拌器3对其内的肥料进行搅拌,具体为:转轮33转动,使得驱动杆36转动,从而带动搅拌叶35转动的同时沿矩形框34滑动,最后由搅拌叶35和搅拌轴38同时对肥料进行搅拌,使得肥料混合较均匀,完成后打开电磁阀门11,通过螺旋传料器10进行传料即可。
本发明可直接将带搅拌的肥料放置进料台上即可,之后由推板推进搅拌室,再由搅拌器搅拌混合均匀,使得混合后的肥料肥效较高。

Claims (4)
1.一种肥料搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括:
搅拌室,其底部为传料通道,所述传料通道与所述搅拌室之间设有电磁阀门,该搅拌室的一侧设有进料口;
进料台,其设于所述进料口处;
滑轨,其设于所述进料台上;
推板,其以能够滑动地设于所述滑轨上;
驱动装置,其用于驱动所述推板沿所述滑轨来回滑动;以及
搅拌器,其包括:
圆形架,其固定于所述搅拌室的顶部;
转轮,其以能够转动地固定于所述圆形架上方的偏心处;
矩形框,其固定于所述转轮的圆心处;
搅拌叶,其一端以能够滑动地设于所述矩形框内,另一端往所述搅拌室的底部延伸,该搅拌叶设有一通孔;
驱动杆,其穿过所述通孔,该驱动杆的两端分别通过一滑轮与所述圆形架的内壁贴合;及
搅拌轴,多个所述搅拌轴的一端分别均设于所述驱动杆上,且多个所述搅拌轴的另一端往所述搅拌室的底部延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肥料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括:转盘、连杆及电机,所述转盘以能够转动的设于所述滑轨的一侧,所述连杆的两端铰接于所述转盘的侧部与所述推板之间,所述电机用于驱动所述转盘转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肥料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述传料通道内设有螺旋传料器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肥料搅拌装置,其特征在于,连接所述传料通道与所述搅拌室的底部为倾斜状。
