本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种食用菌草莓汁,按下述重量份配比制备:食用菌10-30 份、草莓5-10 份、水50-60 份。
优选地,还包括复合维生素5-8份。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明中具有食用菌的清香味、成份营养、 配方合理的特点。

实施例2:一种食用菌草莓汁,按下述重量份配比制备:食用菌25份、草莓10 份、水55 份,复合维生素5份。
