Abstract

本发明提出了一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法,具体为:把土豆放置在纸箱中,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/4‑3/5,在土豆上面摆放3‑6个50克以上重量的成熟苹果,然后将纸箱盖合拢。本发明利用成熟苹果呼吸作用过程中释放的化学物质乙烯的特性来抑制土豆发芽,达到土豆贮藏期间不发芽的安全贮藏目的;乙烯通过阻碍土豆芽眼细胞分裂进而抑制芽细胞发育,保持土豆芽眼细胞较长时间处休眠状态,使土豆较长时间不发芽,保持土豆的安全食用性。本发明用成熟苹果替代化学物质处理土豆,简便易行、经济安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及土豆的贮藏过程,尤其是一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法。
背景技术
土豆又称马铃薯,是世界上多数国家重要食物之一,既可作为主食品种又可作为蔬菜食用。但是在收获贮藏期间极容易发芽,降低其品质甚至失去食用价值而成为较长时间安全贮藏的难题,从而造成经济损失。
发芽的土豆块茎含有一种毒性物质叫龙葵素(又称茄碱),每100克发芽土豆块茎含龙葵素500毫克,使正常土豆块茎的50倍(正常土豆块茎每100克含龙葵素10毫克)。若一个人一次吃进约25克(半两)发芽土豆,经15分钟-3小时就可发病,最早出现的症状是口腔及咽喉瘙痒、上腹部疼痛并有恶心呕吐、腹泻等症状,若一次吃进300-400毫克龙葵素含量的土豆(发芽土豆块茎60-80克),则会在十几分钟就可出现中毒反应,表现呕吐而致失水、瞳孔散大、呼吸困难甚至死亡。
发明内容
为了抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽,本发明提出一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法。
本发明的技术方案为:一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法,具体为:
把土豆放置在纸箱中,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/4-3/5,在 土豆上面摆放3-6个50克以上重量的成熟苹果,然后将纸箱盖合拢。
对上述技术方案的进一步限定:纸箱长60厘米、宽45厘米、高40厘米,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/4,土豆上面摆放3个100-150克重量的成熟苹果。
有益效果:本发明利用成熟苹果呼吸作用过程中释放的化学物质乙烯的特性来抑制土豆发芽,达到土豆贮藏期间不发芽的安全贮藏目的;乙烯通过阻碍土豆芽眼细胞分裂进而抑制芽细胞发育,保持土豆芽眼细胞较长时间处休眠状态,使土豆较长时间不发芽,保持土豆的安全食用性。本发明用成熟苹果替代化学物质处理土豆,简便易行、经济安全。

实施例一
一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法,具体为:把土豆放置在纸箱中,纸箱长60厘米、宽45厘米、高40厘米,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/4,在土豆上面摆放3个100-150克重量的成熟苹果,然后将纸箱盖合拢。
实施例二
一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法,具体为:把土豆放置在纸箱中,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/5,在土豆上面摆放6个50-100克重量的成熟苹果,然后将纸箱盖合拢。
实施例一是本发明优化的选择,抑制土豆发芽的效果最好,土豆可贮藏90天以上不发芽。
本发明用成熟苹果替代化学物质处理土豆,简便易行、经济安全。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑制土豆贮藏期间发芽的方法,其特征在于:纸箱长60厘米、宽45厘米、高40厘米,土豆装箱高度至纸箱高度的3/4,土豆上面摆放3个100-150克重量的成熟苹果。
