Abstract

环氧固化剂是化工中的重要原材料。环氧固化剂(Ⅱ)生产工艺流程为:将二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、苯甲醇泵吸入2000L合成釜内,夹套通蒸汽,间接加热合成釜,控制温度80℃,微负压条件下保温反应约100min,再夹套通冷水,冷却反应至常温,合成釜内反应得到环氧固化剂(Ⅱ);反应结束后,将反应釜内所有物料转入2000L脱水釜,夹套通蒸汽间接加热,加热升温到80℃维持,然后真空泵抽压,压力保持为600mmHg负压脱水,脱水时间60min左右;脱水完毕后,转入2000L复配釜,高位槽缓慢滴加环氧树脂助剂,混合30min 后夹套通冷水,降温至常温后,常压,复配釜底部放料至包装。

反应原理及反应方程式 反应原理:以苯甲醇、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、环氧树脂 E51 为 主要原料,经聚合、脱水、复配等工序反应得到产品。 (1)主反应(以苯甲醇计,转化率 98.56%)
(2)尾气吸收反应
生产工艺 将二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、苯甲醇泵吸入 2000L 合成釜内,夹套 通蒸汽, 间接加热合成釜, 控制温度 80℃,微负压条件下保温反应约 100min,再夹套通冷水,冷却反应至常温, 合成釜内反应得到环氧固化 剂(Ⅱ);反应结束后, 将反应釜内所有物料转入 2000L 脱水釜,夹套通蒸汽间接加热,加热升温到 80℃维持,然后真空泵抽压,压力保持为 600mmHg 负压脱水,脱水时间 60min 左右;脱水完毕后,转入 2000L 复配釜, 高位槽缓慢滴加环氧树脂助剂,混合 30min 后夹套通冷水,降 温至常温后,常压,复配釜底部放料至包装。
