本发明的目的在于提供一种综合了灵芝谷醋、黄精等营养成分的食疗作用的具有美容、防治疾病、辟谷养生的营养食疗食品。

本发明的制备方法如下:
1、选取洁净、无杂质、无霉变的灵芝谷醋、黄精、枸杞、菊花、甘草、葡萄、玛卡等原料;
2、将黄精3-5份、枸杞2-3份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份、葡萄3-5份、玛卡5-10份
洗净去核、压榨、过滤和50-100份灵芝谷醋调配均质,发酵一年以上,加工处理后包装。
本发明的优点在于:
1、综合了黄精和灵芝谷醋等食疗作用;
2、坚持食用能够提高人体的免疫功能,改善血液循环,提高心脑的供血、供氧能力,提高细胞组织生理功能、对辟谷养生有一定的功效。

生产方法如下:
1、取洁净、无杂质、无霉变的黄精等原料;
2、将黄精3-5份、枸杞2-3份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份、葡萄3-5份、玛卡5-10份
洗净去核、压榨、过滤和50-100份灵芝谷醋调配均质,发酵一年以上,加工处理后包装。

(2)、将黄精3-5份、枸杞2-3份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份、葡萄3-5份、玛卡5-10份洗净去核、压榨、过滤和50-100份灵芝谷醋调配均质,发酵一年以上,加工处理后包装。
