Abstract
一种生血颗粒剂及其制备方法，以制何首乌、狗脊、白芍、黄芪为原料，经加水煎煮、滤液、干燥、粉碎、制粒而成。本发明是根据中医精血生成理论，结合长期临床实践而研制成的补精元、以生血、强肾旺髓、促进造血机能恢复、实现升高白细胞的新药。
Description
本发明涉及一种生血颗粒剂及其制备方法。
放疗与化疗，是目前治疗恶性肿瘤患者的常用方法，但容易引起患者的白细胞下降，使放化疗难于继续，影响到对肿瘤患者的有效治疗。目前，临床上常用于治疗放化疗的所致白细胞下降的中西药物，虽有一定疗效，但还不能真正抵制放化疗所致的白细胞下降，因而有待研制一种对此具有满意疗效的新药以解除肿瘤患者的痛苦。
本发明之目的旨在提供一种根据中医肾主髓、髓生血之精血生成理论，结合长期临床实践、研制成的补精元，以生血、强肾旺髓、促进造血机能的恢复，实现升高白细胞的新药：生血颗粒剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是：种生血颗粒剂是以制何首乌、狗脊、白芍、黄芪为原料，经加水煎煮、滤液、干燥、粉碎、制粒而成。
其重量百分比配比为：制何首乌20-30％、狗脊20-35％、白芍25-40％、黄芪5-15％。
具体制作工艺如下：按配比取制何首乌、狗脊粉碎成黄豆大粗粒，与按配比取的黄芪、白芍混合，加水煎煮两次，过滤，合并滤液，浓缩、干燥、粉碎、加适量辅料，制粒、包装。
[功能主治]：补气益元，养阴生血，强筋健骨对恶性肿瘤病人放化疗引起的白细胞减少数有特殊疗效，并适用于其他原因的白细胞减少、贫血、疲劳过度、失血后病后出现的倦怠少气、腰酸脚挛、食欲减退、面色不泽等症。
这种生血颗剂，临床上用于治疗恶性肿瘤病人化疗所致白细胞减少症，经系统观察，服药后2-3天，白细胞即开始上升，5-7天升至正常值并保持在正常范围，由2.8×109/升到5.0×109\L，显示其显著的治疗作用；急性毒性试验结果表明，最大耐受量为临床剂量的226倍，长期毒性试验经30天给药后，动物体重、白细胞、指标体重、肝肾功能均正常。
本发明的新药，系长期应用、具有扎实、临床基础之经验方用现代科学制药技术提练精制而成的颗粒剂，是中医经血理论结合放化疗损伤特点的合理组方，从而获得独特疗效，具有补肾填精、生血养血之功能，长期服用无任何不良反应。

1、一种生血颗粒剂，其特征在于它的活性成分由下列重量配比的原料制备而成：制何首乌20-30％，狗脊20-35％，白芍25-40％，黄芪5-15％。
2、权利要求1所述生血颗粒剂的制备方法，其特征在于按配比取制何首乌、狗脊粉碎成黄豆大粗粒，与按配比取的黄芪、白芍混合，加水煎煮两次，过滤，合并滤液，浓缩、干燥、粉碎，加适量辅料，制粒，包装。
