Abstract
本发明公开了一种车床主轴轴承,所述轴承包括轴承外环、轴承内环、密封圈、滚动体,滚动体设置在轴承外环与轴承内环之间,其特征是:所述密封圈设置在轴承内环两侧,所述轴承内环两侧壁面的中间位置设有固定凹槽,所述密封圈包括一体设置的环形密封凸筋与固定凸筋,固定凸筋插接在固定凹槽上,环形密封凸筋设置在轴承外环、轴承内环之间,环形密封凸筋内部设有润滑油空腔,所述润滑油空腔相对滚动体的一侧内壁上设有若干个挥发通孔,在环形密封凸筋相对轴承外环的壁上设有至少两个密封凹槽,在轴承外环的内壁上设有与密封凹槽相对应的密封凸筋,密封凸筋与密封凹槽密封配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械五金,具体涉及一种轴承。
背景技术
目前,市场上的轴承设有普通密封圈,由于现在车床发展迅速,车床主轴需要更好的密封,但采用普通的密封圈轴承无法满足需要,且车床主轴安装在车床内部,轴承添加轮滑油非常的麻烦,而且在车床主轴上往往需要两个以上的轴承并列安装,在轴承之间需要安装轴承隔套来防止轴承间造成磨损,但装了轴承隔套会使主轴旋转使噪音增大。
发明内容
克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种轴承。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种轴承,包括轴承外环、轴承内环、密封圈、滚动体,滚动体设置在轴承外环与轴承内环之间,所述密封圈设置在轴承内环两侧,所述轴承内环两侧壁面的中间位置设有固定凹槽,所述密封圈包括一体设置的环形密封凸筋与固定凸筋,固定凸筋插接在固定凹槽上,环形密封凸筋设置在轴承外环、轴承内环之间,环形密封凸筋内部设有润滑油空腔,所述润滑油空腔相对滚动体的一侧内壁上设有若干个挥发通孔,在环形密封凸筋相对轴承外环的壁上设有至少两个密封凹槽,在轴承外环的内壁上设有与密封凹槽相对应的密封凸筋,密封凸筋与密封凹槽密封配合,密封圈上还设置了多重密封凹槽,大大增强了密封圈的密封性,在环形密封凸筋上设有润滑油空腔,轴承通过气体在多重密封凹槽中产生的热力效应使润滑油空腔内温度上升,使润滑油空腔内的润滑油增强挥发性,润滑油通过挥发通孔附着在滚动体上,实现自动润滑的作用,从而减少了轴承需要加油的次数,而且密封圈连接在轴承内环侧壁上,在车床主轴使用两个轴承时,密封圈就起到了隔套作用,减少了噪音,密封圈与轴承内环通过固定凹槽与固定凸筋的插接,将密封圈紧密的固定在一起,且容易拆装。
密封圈为橡胶材料,固定凹槽与固定凸筋过盈配合,密封圈与轴承内环连接紧密,在轴承使用时不易松动,橡胶材料密封性较好,易于加工,便于密封圈的安装。
密封圈表面涂有防腐层,防腐层由防腐涂料均匀涂布,防止密封圈受润滑油的腐蚀,增强了密封圈的使用寿命。
本发明的优异效果在于:本发明所述一种轴承,密封性强、能自动添加润滑油、且轴承间不需要轴承隔套的车床主轴轴承。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。本发明的保护范围并不以具体实施方式为限,而是由权利要求加以限定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种轴承,包括轴承外环1、轴承内环2、密封圈4、滚动体3,滚动体3设置在轴承外环1与轴承内环2之间,所述密封圈4设置在轴承内环2两侧,所述轴承内环2两侧壁面的中间位置设有固定凹槽7,所述密封圈4包括一体设置的环形密封凸筋5与固定凸筋8,固定凸筋8插接在固定凹槽7上,环形密封凸筋5设置在轴承外环1、轴承内环2之间,环形密封凸筋5内部设有润滑油空腔9,所述润滑油空腔9相对滚动体3的一侧内壁上设有若干个挥发通孔10,在环形密封凸筋5相对轴承外环1的壁上设有至少两个密封凹槽6,在轴承外环1的内壁上设有与密封凹槽6相对应的密封凸筋,密封凸筋与密封凹槽6密封配合,密封圈4上还设置了多重密封凹槽6,大大增强了密封圈4的密封性,在环形密封凸筋5上设有润滑油空腔9,轴承通过气体在多重密封凹槽6中产生的热力效应使润滑油空腔9内温度上升,使润滑油空腔9内的润滑油增强挥发性,润滑油通过挥发通孔10附着在滚动体3上,实现自动润滑的作用,从而减少了轴承需要加油的次数,而且密封圈4连接在轴承内环2侧壁上,在车床主轴使用两个轴承时,密封圈4就起到了隔套作用,减少了噪音,密封圈4与轴承内环2通过固定凹槽7与固定凸筋8的插接,将密封圈4紧密的固定在一起,且容易拆装。
密封圈4为橡胶材料,固定凹槽7与固定凸筋8过盈配合,密封圈4与轴承内环2连接紧密,在轴承使用时不易松动,橡胶材料密封性较好,易于加工,便于密封圈4的安装。
密封圈4表面涂有防腐层,防腐层由防腐涂料均匀涂布,防止密封圈4受润滑油的腐蚀,增强了密封圈4的使用寿命。

Claims (6)
1.一种车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承包括轴承外环(1)、轴承内环(2)、密封圈(4)、滚动体(3),滚动体(3)设置在轴承外环(1)与轴承内环(2)之间,所述密封圈(4)设置在轴承内环(2)两侧,所述轴承内环(2)两侧壁面的中间位置设有固定凹槽(7),所述密封圈(4)包括一体设置的环形密封凸筋(5)与固定凸筋(8),固定凸筋(8)插接在固定凹槽(7)上,环形密封凸筋(5)设置在轴承外环(1)、轴承内环(2)之间,环形密封凸筋(5)内部设有润滑油空腔(9),所述润滑油空腔(9)相对滚动体(3)的一侧内壁上设有若干个挥发通孔(10),在环形密封凸筋(5)相对轴承外环(1)的壁上设有至少两个密封凹槽(6),在轴承外环(1)的内壁上设有与密封凹槽(6)相对应的密封凸筋,密封凸筋与密封凹槽(6)密封配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述固定凹槽(7)与固定凸筋(8)过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述密封圈(4)为橡胶材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述密封圈(4)表面涂有防腐层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述防腐层由防腐涂料均匀涂布的。
6.根据权利要求3所述的车床主轴轴承,其特征在于,所述防腐涂料为聚氨酯防腐涂料。
