本发明公开了一种方便冷却的带座轴承,包括轴承座和轴承,所述轴承座由两个轴承半座可拆卸连接组成,其特征在于,所述轴承半座包括顶部的外沿,与外圈配合卡接的卡紧部,所述卡紧部包括与外圈顶面配合的上段、与外圈侧壁配合的中段和与外圈底面配合的下段,所述下段的底端向下延伸有密封板,所述下段设有向外侧延伸的延长段,从而在密封板的外侧形成一安装卡槽,所述安装卡槽内设有中空的水冷圈。本发明利于轴承的结构稳定,不需在轴承外圈开密封槽,也不需在轴承外圈开注油孔,且密封圈的安装非常方便,同时方便冷却。

一种方便冷却的带座轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是一种带轴承座的轴承。
背景技术
带座轴承是将滚动轴承与轴承座结合在一起的一种轴承单元。大部分都是将外径做成球面,与带有球状内孔的轴承座安装在一起,结构形式多样,通用性和互换性好。
带座轴承的密封性现在基本都是依靠轴承内部的密封圈来实现,但是在轴承上设置和安装密封圈都比较麻烦,而且需要在轴承的外圈开槽,影响轴承外圈的结构稳定性。
另外,在现有技术中,需要向轴承内部注油时,需要在轴承座和轴承外圈上同时开孔,然后注油,这样非常麻烦。
同时,轴承密封圈与内圈高速摩擦时,容易产生高温,需要对其进行冷却,这也是一个难题。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种不需在轴承外圈开槽,方便密封圈安装且方便冷却的带座轴承。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种方便冷却的带座轴承,包括轴承座和轴承,所述轴承座由两个轴承半座可拆卸连接组成,其特征在于,所述轴承半座包括顶部的外沿,与外圈配合卡接的卡紧部,所述卡紧部包括与外圈顶面配合的上段、与外圈侧壁配合的中段和与外圈底面配合的下段,所述下段的底端向下延伸有密封板,所述下段设有向外侧延伸的延长段,从而在密封板的外侧形成一安装卡槽,所述安装卡槽内设有中空的水冷圈。
本发明的技术特征还在于,所述密封板的底端设有卡口,所述卡口内卡接有橡胶圈。
所述水冷圈的底部设有多个卡口,所述卡口内卡接有橡胶圈。
所述下段和延长段位置设有注油孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明所带来的有益效果如下:
1.本发明密封圈设置在轴承座上,轴承外圈不需开密封槽,有利于轴承结构的稳定,且方便密封圈的安装。
2.本发明的密封板上设有注油孔,这样需要向轴承内部注油时,可以直接通过密封板上的注油孔注入即可,无需在轴承外圈上开孔。
3.本发明设有水冷圈,水冷圈与密封板直接接触,可以方便冷却内部的油,同时,橡胶圈基本设置在水冷圈的卡口中,这样可以直接冷却橡胶圈,方便降温冷却。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种带座轴承,包括轴承座和轴承,所述轴承包括内圈1、外圈2和滚珠3,所述轴承座由两个轴承半座4可拆卸连接组成,所述轴承半座4包括顶部的外沿41,与外圈配合卡接的卡紧部42,以及从卡紧部42底端向下延伸的密封板43。
所述密封板43的底端设有卡口7,所述卡口内卡接有橡胶圈5。这样的结构设置,橡胶圈5只需直接卡接在卡口7内即可,无需用胶粘连。
所述卡紧部42包括与外圈顶面配合的上段421,与外圈侧壁配合的中段422,以及与外圈底面配合的下段423,所述下段423设有向外侧延伸的延长段424,从而在密封板的右侧形成一安装卡槽45,在安装卡槽45内可以设置一中空的水冷圈6。
所述水冷圈6的底端设有多个卡口7,根据实际需要,可以每个卡口7均卡接一橡胶圈5,也可只在某个卡口卡接橡胶圈5。
所述水冷圈一般设有一个入水口61和一个出水口62,方便与水循环装置连接。
在安装卡槽45的外侧还可以设置弧形的安装凸起451,这样方便卡紧水冷圈6。
所述外沿41设有连接孔411,一般通过螺杆和螺母穿过连接孔411将两个轴承半座配合在一起,然后固定在工作位上。
另外,为了方便注油,可以在下段和延长段位置上设置注油孔44。
采用以上技术方案,利于轴承的结构稳定,不需在轴承外圈开密封槽,也不需在轴承外圈开注油孔,且密封圈的安装非常方便,同时方便冷却。

1.一种方便冷却的带座轴承,包括轴承座和轴承,所述轴承座由两个轴承半座(4)可拆卸连接组成,其特征在于,所述轴承半座(4)包括顶部的外沿(41),与外圈配合卡接的卡紧部(42),所述卡紧部(42)包括与外圈顶面配合的上段(421)、与外圈侧壁配合的中段(422)和与外圈底面配合的下段(423),所述下段(423)的底端向下延伸有密封板(43),所述下段(423)设有向外侧延伸的延长段(424),从而在密封板的外侧形成一安装卡槽(45),所述安装卡槽(45)内设有中空的水冷圈(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便冷却的带座轴承,其特征在于,所述密封板(43)的底端设有卡口(7),所述卡口(7)内卡接有橡胶圈(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便冷却的带座轴承,其特征在于,所述水冷圈(6)的底部设有多个卡口(7),所述卡口(7)内卡接有橡胶圈(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便冷却的带座轴承,其特征在于,所述下段(423)和延长段(424)位置设有注油孔(44)。
