一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法的制备方法,包括下述步骤: ①将水分为两份,第一份水加入至搅拌釜Ⅰ中,再向搅拌釜Ⅰ中加入单乙醇胺、葡萄糖酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、耐碱渗透剂OEP-70、聚丙烯酸钠、丙二醇、水溶性硅油,升温至,保温搅拌15-20min,搅拌速度15r/min,得到混合液Ⅰ; ②第二份水加入至搅拌釜Ⅱ中,再向搅拌釜Ⅱ中加入三乙醇胺、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇硫酸钠、甲醇、硝酸钠、苯并三氮唑、柠檬烯,升温至45-55℃,搅拌15-20min,搅拌速度15r/min,得到混合液Ⅱ;③将步骤①得到的混合液Ⅰ和步骤②得到的混合液Ⅱ混合,再通入甲醚,搅拌均匀得到一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂。
一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法的使用方法,包括下述步骤: ①将橡胶轮胎清洗剂喷洒在轮胎表面,每平方分米喷洒1-2ml; ②静置3-5min后,用清水冲洗轮胎表面,将污渍和橡胶轮胎清洗剂一同冲洗掉。
去污测试试验:
试验方法:15cm×15cm轮胎橡胶皮覆盖的钢板,通过钢钉固定,测重W1,钢板上涂覆一层约25克的污垢(污垢由50wt%鸡油、20wt%植物油、20wt%硬脂酸、5wt%番茄酱、5wt%颗粒糖组成),自然晾干3天,测重W2。将2ml清洁剂均匀喷洒在轮胎橡胶皮表面,5min后用水冲洗再用海绵擦干,侧重W3,通过下述公式计算去污率:
去污率=[(W2-W3)/(W2-W1)]×100%
试验结果如下表所示:
由上表可以看出,本发明的去污能力极高。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量百分数的原料组成:单乙醇胺1.5-3.0%,三乙醇胺1.5-3.0%,葡萄糖酸钠1.0-2.0%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.0-2.0%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1.5%,耐碱渗透剂OEP-701.0-2.0%,异辛醇硫酸钠0.5-1.5%,聚丙烯酸钠0.5-1.5%,丙二醇甲醚1.0-1.5%,甲醇0.5-1.0%,硝酸钠0.3-0.8%,苯并三氮唑0.05-0.20%,水溶性硅油1-3%,柠檬烯0.2-0.8%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量百分数的原料组成:单乙醇胺2.0%,三乙醇胺2.0%,葡萄糖酸钠1.5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,耐碱渗透剂OEP-70 1.5%,异辛醇硫酸钠0.5%,聚丙烯酸钠1%,丙二醇甲醚1.2%,甲醇0.5%,硝酸钠0.5%,苯并三氮唑0.1%,水溶性硅油1%,柠檬烯0.5%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量百分数的原料组成:单乙醇胺1.5%,三乙醇胺2.5%,葡萄糖酸钠2.0%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%,耐碱渗透剂OEP-701.5%,异辛醇硫酸钠1%,聚丙烯酸钠1%,丙二醇甲醚1.5%,甲醇0.8%,硝酸钠0.6%,苯并三氮唑0.20%,水溶性硅油1.5%,柠檬烯0.8%,余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量百分数的原料组成:单乙醇胺2%,三乙醇胺1.5%,葡萄糖酸钠1.5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠2.0%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,耐碱渗透剂OEP-70 1%,异辛醇硫酸钠0.5%,聚丙烯酸钠1.5%,丙二醇甲醚1%,甲醇1.0%,硝酸钠0.3%,苯并三氮唑0.1%,水溶性硅油3%,柠檬烯0.5%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量百分数的原料组成:单乙醇胺3.0%,三乙醇胺3.0%,葡萄糖酸钠1.0%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.0%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,耐碱渗透剂OEP-702.0%,异辛醇硫酸钠1.5%,聚丙烯酸钠0.5%,丙二醇甲醚1.7%,甲醇0.5%,硝酸钠0.8%,苯并三氮唑0.05%,水溶性硅油1%,柠檬烯0.2%,余量为水。
6.一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤: ①将水分为两份,第一份水加入至搅拌釜Ⅰ中,再向搅拌釜Ⅰ中加入单乙醇胺、葡萄糖酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、耐碱渗透剂OEP-70、聚丙烯酸钠、丙二醇、水溶性硅油,升温至40-50℃,保温搅拌15-20min,搅拌速度15r/min,得到混合液Ⅰ; ②第二份水加入至搅拌釜Ⅱ中,再向搅拌釜Ⅱ中加入三乙醇胺、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇硫酸钠、甲醇、硝酸钠、苯并三氮唑、柠檬烯,升温至45-55℃,搅拌15-20min,搅拌速度15r/min,得到混合液Ⅱ; ③将步骤①得到的混合液Ⅰ和步骤②得到的混合液Ⅱ混合,再通入甲醚,搅拌均匀得到一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法。
7.一种橡胶轮胎清洗剂及其制备方法、使用方法的使用方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤: ①将橡胶轮胎清洗剂喷洒在轮胎表面,每平方分米喷洒1-2ml; ②静置3-5min后,用清水冲洗轮胎表面,将污渍和橡胶轮胎清洗剂一同冲洗掉,再用海绵擦干轮胎表面的水即可。
