技术领域
本发明涉及切削液领域,特别涉及一种耐磨润滑切削液及其制各方法。
背景技术
环境资源问题是当前人类面临的一个重要问题。对于绿色制造而言,就是实现资源利用最大化和环境影响最小化。切削液在制造加严重后果;亚硝酸钠和磷酸钠等添加剂对环境和人体危害非常大。因此,在满足加工性能的工当中起着至关重要的作用,尽管干式切削技术在某些加工工艺当中得到成功应用,但由于冷却性能较差及所应用工艺的限制,切削液的运用仍不可或缺。在切削加工过程当中,为了减少摩擦带来的能量消耗,保证工件质量以及提高刀具寿命,切削液必须具有良好使用性能。切削液广泛使用给我们带来巨大的经济效益的同时,也威胁着生态环境和人体健康:未经处理的切削液当中,由于防锈剂磷酸钠的累积,会导致水质富营养化进而引发赤潮;杀菌剂苯酚的生物降解性较差,对水生物具有很大的危害;一些表面活性剂会使人体皮肤脱脂、红肿,甚至出现开裂、化脓的条件下,研究和开发性能优越、对环境友好、对人体无毒无害并且生物降解性好的环保切削液具有非常重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种耐磨润滑切削液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种耐磨润滑切削液,由下列重量份的原料制成:白炭黑2-3、纳米麦饭石4-6、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3、聚乙二醇十六烷基醚4-7、三乙醇胺油酸皂3-5、巴巴苏籽油2-4、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1-3、碘丙炔正丁胺甲酸酯1-2、助剂9-12、水120-150;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:松节油1-3、偏硼酸钾1-2、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯5-8、异噻唑啉酮1-2、纤维素羟乙基醚1-2、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐3-6、匙叶桉油烯醇3-6、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、消泡剂0.1-0.3、水40-50;制备方法是(1)将纤维素羟乙基醚、匙叶桉油烯醇、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠加到水中,加热至55-65℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;(2)将松节油、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐混合加热至60-70℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤(1)中的产物缓慢加入,以300-400转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至75-85℃,并在2000-3000转/分下高速搅拌15-30分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌5-10分钟即可。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述水基切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将巴巴苏籽油、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷和白炭黑混合,加热至55-65℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟后得到混合物A;
(2)将水煮沸后迅速冷却至60-70℃,再加入碘丙炔正丁胺甲酸酯和对羟苯甲酸异丙酯搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000-1400转/分下搅拌反应20-30分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在65-75℃,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1500-2000转/分下高速搅拌20-30分钟后过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明添加的助剂增强了切削液的分散、润滑、成膜性能,同时提高了切削液的渗透性和冷却性能,本发明的切削液添加了纳米麦饭石,能够显著改善机械零部件的摩擦磨损行为,提高切削液的润滑性;本发明适用于高速切削,导热速度快,保护刀具,不产生油雾。

下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种耐磨润滑切削液,由下列重量份的原料制成:白炭黑3、纳米麦饭石5、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷2、聚乙二醇十六烷基醚6、三乙醇胺油酸皂4、巴巴苏籽油3、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯2、碘丙炔正丁胺甲酸酯1、助剂10、水140;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:松节油2、偏硼酸钾1、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯7、异噻唑啉酮1、纤维素羟乙基醚2、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐5、匙叶桉油烯醇4、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2、消泡剂0.2、水45;制备方法是(1)将纤维素羟乙基醚、匙叶桉油烯醇、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠加到水中,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;(2)将松节油、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐混合加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤(1)中的产物缓慢加入,以360转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至80℃,并在2300转/分下高速搅拌20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌8分钟即可。
上述耐磨润滑切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将巴巴苏籽油、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷和白炭黑混合,加热至62℃,搅拌反应32分钟后得到混合物A;
(2)将水煮沸后迅速冷却至67℃,再加入碘丙炔正丁胺甲酸酯和对羟苯甲酸异丙酯搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1200转/分下搅拌反应25分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在70℃,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1600转/分下高速搅拌25分钟后过滤即可。

1.一种耐磨润滑切削液,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:白炭黑2-3、纳米麦饭石4-6、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3、聚乙二醇十六烷基醚4-7、三乙醇胺油酸皂3-5、巴巴苏籽油2-4、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1-3、碘丙炔正丁胺甲酸酯1-2、助剂9-12、水120-150;
