Abstract
本发明公开了一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的含茂金属聚α‑烯烃与50%的偏苯三酸酯TM150复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:清净剂、分散剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、补强剂。本发明的组合物具有优良的清净分散性、粘‑温特性、碱值保持性、酸中和能力,能抑制油泥等极性物质的生成;良好的高温氧化安定性、增溶烟炱能力、抗磨、抗剪切和减摩防腐性能,低温起动性好、灰分低,能减少发动机在高温条件下积炭、漆膜的生成,防止发动机在启动及加速运行时的异常磨损和轴瓦腐蚀,延长发动机使用寿命和换油期。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物属于内燃机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
两角转子发动机是以外接线作为缸体理论型线和以双孤内包络线为转子理论型线的直轴驱动式转子发动机(点燃式)。其基本结构主要由上缸盖、缸体、两角转子、滚动式密封润片、滑动槽、主轴、下缸盖及进气孔、排气孔等组成。主轴孔开在下缸盖上偏离缸体中心线的距离为e(偏心距)处。主轴插入转子的长方形滑动槽中,并能合滑动,轴头断面为矩形。下缸盖上主轴孔及主轴的中心就是以偏心距为半径的固定圆的中心,外接线的创成半径是转子转动时,滚动式密封滑片与缸体切点处至主轴孔的距离。转子与缸体接触的两角端点之间的距离不随转子转动而改变,但转动时,转子对角线的中心要偏离主轴孔中心,但其偏心位移可通过滑动槽沿主轴切面滑动等以调整,并驱动主轴旋转。
两角转子发动机结构简单,零件少,体积小,重量轻,功率大,燃烧废气能得到较彻底的清扫,压缩比范围较宽,可适应不同种类燃料的燃烧。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优良的清净分散性、粘-温特性、碱值保持性、酸中和能力,能抑制油泥等极性物质的生成;良好的高温氧化安定性、增溶烟炱能力、抗磨、抗剪切和减摩防腐性能,低温起动性好、灰分低,能减少发动机在高温条件下积炭、漆膜的生成,防止发动机在启动及加速运行时的异常磨损和轴瓦腐蚀,延长发动机使用寿命和换油期的两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,采用本发明的组合物50%的含茂金属聚α-烯烃与50%的偏苯三酸酯TM150复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%。
清净剂是质量比50%的低碱值石油磺酸钙T101与50%的高碱值合成磺酸钙T106复合。
分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152。抗氧防腐剂是硫磷伯仲基锌盐T204。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A与50%的烷基二苯胺T534复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的巯基苯并咪唑与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。摩擦改进剂是磷氮化合物T452。防锈剂是质量比50%的N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐T711与50%的环烷酸锌T704复合。抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912。补强剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
本发明的显著优点在于:

1.一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用本发明的组合物50%的含茂金属聚α-烯烃与50%的偏苯三酸酯TM150复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于清净剂是质量比50%的低碱值石油磺酸钙T101与50%的高碱值合成磺酸钙T106复合;分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是硫磷伯仲基锌盐T204;抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A与50%的烷基二苯胺T534复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的巯基苯并咪唑与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是磷氮化合物T452。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐T711与50%的环烷酸锌T704复合。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种两角转子发动机润滑剂组合物,其特征在于补强剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
