Abstract

本发明公开了一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇80‑90、甲苯二异氰酸酯50‑60、蓖麻油10‑15、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5‑7、水溶性松香树脂3‑5、微晶石蜡5‑7、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷4‑5、二月桂酸二丁基锡3‑5、二乙烯三胺6‑8、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4‑5、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉4‑6、二盐基亚磷酸铅5‑7、甲壳胺2‑4、轻钙粉14‑16、水氯镁石粉6‑8、锂皂土3‑5、钛白粉8‑10、磷酸锌4‑6、气相白炭黑6‑8、去离子水20‑30、甲酸20‑26、双氧水15‑19、甲苯8‑10。本发明添加的水氯镁石粉、锂皂土、磷酸锌、气相白炭黑等填料提高聚氨酯的力学性能,降低收缩应力和热应力,增强对热破坏的稳定性,增强胶粘剂的粘度,还可以改善胶粘剂的耐温性能和耐老化性能。

一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体地说是涉及一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
水溶性聚氨酯是以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质的新型聚氨酯体系,具有无污染、安全可靠、力学性能优良、易于改性等优点。目前大多数水溶性聚氨酯胶黏剂稳定性和黏性等性能还有待改善,因此近年来对水溶性聚氨酯胶黏剂的改性成了该领域的研究热点。蓖麻油结构中存在大量羟基,可以用于制备聚氨酯粘合剂、密封剂等,此类由植物油制备的胶黏剂在粘接皮革、玻璃、金属以及各种包装制品中具有非常广泛的应用。聚氨酯粘合剂中添加植物油会影响其黏性,通常会导致黏性降低,因此需与其他改性剂配合使用,以使聚氨酯胶黏剂满足不同需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇80-90、甲苯二异氰酸酯50-60、蓖麻油10-15、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5-7、水溶性松香树脂3-5、微晶石蜡5-7、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷4-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡3-5、二乙烯三胺6-8、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4-5、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉4-6、二盐基亚磷酸铅5-7、甲壳胺2-4、轻钙粉14-16、水氯镁石粉6-8、锂皂土3-5、钛白粉8-10、磷酸锌4-6、气相白炭黑6-8、去离子水20-30、甲酸20-26、双氧水15-19、甲苯8-10。
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻钙粉、水氯镁石粉、锂皂土、钛白、磷酸锌、气相白炭黑等在70-80 ℃的温度下烘干使其含水量在0.5%以下,然后再加入二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷和甲苯搅拌30-40min,得到改性填料;
(2)将蓖麻油与甲酸、双氧水混合,然后在60-65℃的温度下反应5-6h,冷却后除去剩余的甲酸和双氧水以及水份,加入一半的聚酯多元醇以及二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌6-8min后再加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,继续搅拌20-30min后再在75-80℃下保温20-24h,冷却至室温,得到A组分;
(3)将剩余的聚酯多元醇加入到开炼机中,在温度为85-90℃,真空度为-0.09-0.07MPa 的条件下开炼15-20min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、水溶性松香树脂、微晶石蜡、改性填料,充分分散均匀后降温至75-80℃,加入二乙烯三胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉、二盐基亚磷酸铅、甲壳胺、去离子水等原料,搅拌均匀出料,得到B组份;
(4)将得到的A组份和B组份在使用时按照1:(1-1.2)的比例混合均匀,即得所述聚氨酯胶粘剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过将蓖麻油处理得到聚氨酯预聚物有利于增加水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂的黏性,使得水溶性聚氨酯胶黏剂的交联度提高,从而体系的粘接性能相应提高。胶黏剂在使用时,空气中、被粘物表面的水分或被粘材料中含有活泼氢等物质,与其发生反应形成脲键、氢键等化学键达到粘结效果。添加的水氯镁石粉、锂皂土、磷酸锌、气相白炭黑等填料相互协同作用,可以提高聚氨酯的力学性能,降低收缩应力和热应力,增强对热破坏的稳定性,增强胶粘剂的粘度,还可以改善胶粘剂的耐温性能和耐老化性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇80、甲苯二异氰酸酯50、蓖麻油10、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5、水溶性松香树脂3、微晶石蜡5、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷4、二月桂酸二丁基锡3、二乙烯三胺6、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉4、二盐基亚磷酸铅5、甲壳胺2、轻钙粉14、水氯镁石粉6、锂皂土3、钛白粉8、磷酸锌4、气相白炭黑6、去离子水20、甲酸20、双氧水15、甲苯8。
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻钙粉、水氯镁石粉、锂皂土、钛白、磷酸锌、气相白炭黑等在70-80 ℃的温度下烘干使其含水量在0.5%以下,然后再加入二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷和甲苯搅拌30-40min,得到改性填料;
(2)将蓖麻油与甲酸、双氧水混合,然后在60-65℃的温度下反应5-6h,冷却后除去剩余的甲酸和双氧水以及水份,加入一半的聚酯多元醇以及二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌6-8min后再加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,继续搅拌20-30min后再在75-80℃下保温20-24h,冷却至室温,得到A组分;
(3)将剩余的聚酯多元醇加入到开炼机中,在温度为85-90℃,真空度为-0.09-0.07MPa 的条件下开炼15-20min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、水溶性松香树脂、微晶石蜡、改性填料,充分分散均匀后降温至75-80℃,加入二乙烯三胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉、二盐基亚磷酸铅、甲壳胺、去离子水等原料,搅拌均匀出料,得到B组份;
(4)将得到的A组份和B组份在使用时按照1:(1-1.2)的比例混合均匀,即得所述聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例2:
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇85、甲苯二异氰酸酯55、蓖麻油12.5、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯6、水溶性松香树脂4、微晶石蜡6、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷4.5、二月桂酸二丁基锡4、二乙烯三胺7、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.5、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉5、二盐基亚磷酸铅6、甲壳胺3、轻钙粉15、水氯镁石粉7、锂皂土4、钛白粉9、磷酸锌5、气相白炭黑7、去离子水25、甲酸23、双氧水17、甲苯9。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇90、甲苯二异氰酸酯60、蓖麻油15、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯7、水溶性松香树脂5、微晶石蜡7、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷5、二月桂酸二丁基锡5、二乙烯三胺8、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉6、二盐基亚磷酸铅7、甲壳胺4、轻钙粉16、水氯镁石粉8、锂皂土5、钛白粉10、磷酸锌6、气相白炭黑8、去离子水30、甲酸26、双氧水19、甲苯10。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的聚氨酯胶粘剂的性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇80-90、甲苯二异氰酸酯50-60、蓖麻油10-15、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5-7、水溶性松香树脂3-5、微晶石蜡5-7、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷4-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡3-5、二乙烯三胺6-8、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4-5、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉4-6、二盐基亚磷酸铅5-7、甲壳胺2-4、轻钙粉14-16、水氯镁石粉6-8、锂皂土3-5、钛白粉8-10、磷酸锌4-6、气相白炭黑6-8、去离子水20-30、甲酸20-26、双氧水15-19、甲苯8-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻钙粉、水氯镁石粉、锂皂土、钛白、磷酸锌、气相白炭黑等在70-80 ℃的温度下烘干使其含水量在0.5%以下,然后再加入二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷和甲苯搅拌30-40min,得到改性填料;
(2)将蓖麻油与甲酸、双氧水混合,然后在60-65℃的温度下反应5-6h,冷却后除去剩余的甲酸和双氧水以及水份,加入一半的聚酯多元醇以及二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌6-8min后再加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,继续搅拌20-30min后再在75-80℃下保温20-24h,冷却至室温,得到A组分;
(3)将剩余的聚酯多元醇加入到开炼机中,在温度为85-90℃,真空度为-0.09-0.07MPa 的条件下开炼15-20min,然后加入邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、水溶性松香树脂、微晶石蜡、改性填料,充分分散均匀后降温至75-80℃,加入二乙烯三胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟丙基瓜尔胶粉、二盐基亚磷酸铅、甲壳胺、去离子水等原料,搅拌均匀出料,得到B组份;
(4)将得到的A组份和B组份在使用时按照1:(1-1.2)的比例混合均匀,即得所述聚氨酯胶粘剂。
