Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,属于密封胶技术领域。本发明的密封胶包括:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30‑40份、聚二元胺5‑10份、端羟基聚丁二烯10‑20份、1,4‑丁二醇10‑20份、癸二酸二异辛酯15‑20份、气相法白碳黑10‑15份、纳米级二氧化钛10‑15份、去离子水3‑5份。本发明依据建筑密封胶的使用特点,以耐气候性较佳且毒性较低的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯作为主要成分之一;同时,采用端羟基聚丁二烯与多元醇聚醚组合配成密封胶的第二主要成分。在配方设计中还使用了聚二元胺等扩链剂,制备了综合性能较佳的单组份、无溶剂聚氨酯建筑密封胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封胶及其制备方法,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,属于密封胶技术领域。
背景技术
建筑用密封剂是一类用途十分广泛的建筑材料。因为该材料的使用环境一般都较为苛刻,因此要求其必须具备一定的强度和硬度、较佳的伸长率, 以及良好的粘接性能。在使用过程中,必须承受恶劣环境的长期腐蚀,在数十年甚至上百年的使用过程中其综合性能不发生较大的变化,即使用寿命要长。
现有的密封胶性能较差,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中的密封胶的问题,提供一种聚氨酯密封胶,该密封胶综合性能较佳,使用寿命较长。
为了实现上述发明目的,其具体的技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 30-40份
聚二元胺 5-10份
端羟基聚丁二烯 10-20份
1, 4-丁二醇 10-20份
癸二酸二异辛酯 15-20份
气相法白碳黑 10-15份
纳米级二氧化钛 10-15份
去离子水 3-5份。
一种聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一具有搅拌、加料口及冷凝管的三口瓶内,按照配方要求加入端羟基聚丁二烯、癸二酸二异辛酯、1,4-丁二醇及聚二元胺混合均匀;将反应体系温度升至85-90℃,减压脱除水分2-3h;
B、将反应体系温度冷却至55-60℃,开始在1-1.5h内滴加毕异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加毕后,将反应体系温度升至75-80℃反应3-4h;冷却、出料,得端预聚体,备用;
C、按照配方要求,将经过预处理的粉体填料气相法白碳黑、纳米级二氧化钛与所述的预聚体混合均匀,浇铸于一模具中于室温固化24h;
D、取出固化物,按照试样尺寸大小进行制样并进行性能测定得到产品。
本发明带来的有益技术效果:
本发明依据建筑密封胶的使用特点,以耐气候性较佳且毒性较低的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)作为主要成分之一;同时,采用端羟基聚丁二烯与多元醇聚醚组合配成密封胶的第二主要成分。在配方设计中还使用了聚二元胺等扩链剂,制备了综合性能较佳的单组份、无溶剂聚氨酯建筑密封胶。

实施例1
一种聚氨酯密封胶,包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 30份
聚二元胺 5份
端羟基聚丁二烯 10份
1, 4-丁二醇 10份
癸二酸二异辛酯 15份
气相法白碳黑 10份
纳米级二氧化钛 10份
去离子水 3份。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯密封胶,包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:

聚二元胺 10份
端羟基聚丁二烯 20份
1, 4-丁二醇 20份
癸二酸二异辛酯 20份
气相法白碳黑 15份
纳米级二氧化钛 15份
去离子水 5份。

一种聚氨酯密封胶,包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 35份
聚二元胺 7份
端羟基聚丁二烯 15份
1, 4-丁二醇 15份
癸二酸二异辛酯 17份
气相法白碳黑 13份
纳米级二氧化钛 12份
去离子水 4份。
实施例4
一种聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一具有搅拌、加料口及冷凝管的三口瓶内,按照配方要求加入端羟基聚丁二烯、癸二酸二异辛酯、1,4-丁二醇及聚二元胺混合均匀;将反应体系温度升至85℃,减压脱除水分2h;
B、将反应体系温度冷却至55℃,开始在1h内滴加毕异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加毕后,将反应体系温度升至75℃反应3h;冷却、出料,得端预聚体,备用;
C、按照配方要求,将经过预处理的粉体填料气相法白碳黑、纳米级二氧化钛与所述的预聚体混合均匀,浇铸于一模具中于室温固化24h;

B、将反应体系温度冷却至60℃,开始在1.5h内滴加毕异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加毕后,将反应体系温度升至80℃反应4h;冷却、出料,得端预聚体,备用;
C、按照配方要求,将经过预处理的粉体填料气相法白碳黑、纳米级二氧化钛与所述的预聚体混合均匀,浇铸于一模具中于室温固化24h;
D、取出固化物,按照试样尺寸大小进行制样并进行性能测定得到产品。
实施例6
一种聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一具有搅拌、加料口及冷凝管的三口瓶内,按照配方要求加入端羟基聚丁二烯、癸二酸二异辛酯、1,4-丁二醇及聚二元胺混合均匀;将反应体系温度升至87℃,减压脱除水分2.5h;
B、将反应体系温度冷却至57℃,开始在1.2h内滴加毕异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加毕后,将反应体系温度升至77℃反应3.5h;冷却、出料,得端预聚体,备用;
C、按照配方要求,将经过预处理的粉体填料气相法白碳黑、纳米级二氧化钛与所述的预聚体混合均匀,浇铸于一模具中于室温固化24h;
D、取出固化物,按照试样尺寸大小进行制样并进行性能测定得到产品。

1.一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 30-40份
聚二元胺 5-10份
端羟基聚丁二烯 10-20份
1, 4-丁二醇 10-20份
癸二酸二异辛酯 15-20份
气相法白碳黑 10-15份
纳米级二氧化钛 10-15份
去离子水 3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一具有搅拌、加料口及冷凝管的三口瓶内,按照配方要求加入端羟基聚丁二烯、癸二酸二异辛酯、1,4-丁二醇及聚二元胺混合均匀;将反应体系温度升至85-90℃,减压脱除水分2-3h;
B、将反应体系温度冷却至55-60℃,开始在1-1.5h内滴加毕异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加毕后,将反应体系温度升至75-80℃反应3-4h;冷却、出料,得端预聚体,备用;
C、按照配方要求,将经过预处理的粉体填料气相法白碳黑、纳米级二氧化钛与所述的预聚体混合均匀,浇铸于一模具中于室温固化24h;
D、取出固化物,按照试样尺寸大小进行制样并进行性能测定得到产品。
