本发明涉及一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,其成分由三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂、丙二醇单丁醚、流平剂、防水剂、分散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂和去离子水组成;其中,所述的三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂由多异氰酸酯、多元醇、多元胺类扩链剂、低聚物多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、三聚氰胺、中和剂和去离子水组成通过反应制得;本发明制得的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,环境友好,具有优良的阻燃性、附着力和机械强度,优异的耐水性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐老化性,可用于工程钢结构、工程机械、混凝土、木材等的防水、阻燃、防腐蚀保护。

一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性聚氨酯水性涂料,尤其涉及到具有阻燃、高硬度、耐水的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,属于水性特种涂料技术领域。
背景技术
以前由于市场需要,传统的溶剂型涂料由于其良好的综合力学性能和表面性能一直受到广泛应用。近年来,随着各发达国家环保法规的确立和环保意识的增强,传统的溶剂型涂料中的挥发性有机化合物(Voc)的排放越来越受到限制。在这种背景下,水性聚氨酯涂料取代传统的溶剂型聚氨酯涂料的趋势越来越明显。
随着研究人员对传统水性聚氨酯的研究不断深入,随着传统水性聚氨酯优缺点的显现,各种通过改性来改进水性聚氨酯性能的方法越来越受关注。南京大学陈红等人通过将甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚四氢呋喃、二羟甲基丙酸反应制得的聚氨酯预聚体在低浓度氨基硅油的水乳液中扩链,合成了一种硅氧烷改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,测试结果表明,乳液稳定性好,材料耐水性提高,而本体的力学性质变化不大。
发明内容
三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,具有优良的阻燃性,良好的附着力、保色性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐磨性等特点;本发明利用三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂的优点,开发出一种性能全面、环境友好的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯树脂水性防护涂料。
本发明的目的提供一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂68.0~80.0份、丙二醇单丁醚3.0~8.0份、流平剂0.5~1.5份、防闪锈剂0.5~3.0份、分散剂0.5~1.0份、消泡剂0.5~1.0份、润湿剂0.2~0.6份、去离子水10.0~30.0份。
其中,所述的三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,由多异氰酸酯、多元醇、多元胺类扩链剂、低聚物多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、三聚氰胺、中和剂、去离子水通过化学反应制得。
所述的三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,按重量百分比计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯8.0~22.0份、多元醇2.0~7.0份、多元胺类扩链剂0.5~2.0份、低聚物多元醇4.0~12.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~4.5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份、三聚氰胺0.3~3.5份、丙酮4.0~10.0份、中和剂1.0~3.0份、去离子水48.0~68.0份。
所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇、木糖醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的低聚物多元醇为分子量在1000~4000之间的聚四氢呋喃多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚环氧乙烷多元醇、聚醚二元醇、聚乙二醇、聚环氧丙烷多元醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的多元胺类扩链剂为乙二胺、己二酸二肼、水合肼、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯XDI、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯H6XDI、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯TMXDI中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明制得的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,环境友好,具有优良的阻燃性、附着力和机械强度,优异的耐水性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐老化性,可用于工程钢结构、工程机械、混凝土、木材等的防水、阻燃、防腐蚀保护。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方的重量百分比,依次加入新戊二醇3.2份、三羟甲基丙烷1.2份、聚四氢呋喃多元醇5.5份、二羟甲基丙酸2.4份,加热升温至95~110℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至60~70℃加入三聚氰胺1.5份,滴加甲苯二异氰酸酯16.0份,在0.5~1h内滴加完毕;然后滴加二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份,升温至80~82℃反应2~2.5h,补加丙酮6.5份,测定NCO值,当测定的值与理论设计值接近时终止反应;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至40℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂三乙胺2.0份,继续搅拌反应10~20min,加入计算量水59.65份,继续搅拌15min,在搅拌条件下加入乙二胺2.0份,高速搅拌分散1h,然后低速搅拌0.5h,减压下蒸脱丙酮,即制得一种三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂A。
实施例2
一种三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方的重量百分比,依次加入丁二醇3.0份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5份、聚四氢呋喃多元醇6.0份、二羟甲基丙酸2.6份,加热升温至95~110℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至60~70℃加入三聚氰胺2.0份,滴加六亚甲基二异氰酸酯18.0份,在0.5~1h内滴加完毕;然后滴加二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份,升温至80~82℃反应2~2.5h,补加丙酮6.0份,测定NCO值,当测定的值与理论设计值接近时终止反应;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至40℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂三乙胺1.9份,继续搅拌反应10~20min,加入计算量水57.75份,继续搅拌15min,在搅拌条件下加入乙二胺1.2份,高速搅拌分散1h,然后低速搅拌0.5h,减压下蒸脱丙酮,即制得一种三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂B。
实施例3
一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,按重量百分比,其组成为:三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂A 75份、防闪锈剂1.8份、流平剂1.2份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂0.6份、润湿剂0.5份、丙二醇单丁醚5.0份、去离子水15.4份。
实施例4
一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,按重量百分比,其组成为:三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂B 72份、丙二醇单丁醚4.0份、流平剂1.0份、分散剂0.6份、消泡剂0.8份、润湿剂0.6份、防闪锈剂2.0份、去离子水19.0份。
按照相关标准,对本发明的实施例与聚氨酯树脂水性涂料进行对比,检测的性能指标如表1所示。
其中,附着力:按照GB/T1720-1988的规定,使用划格法进行测试;
硬度:按照GB/T6739-2006色漆和清铅笔法测定漆膜硬度;
耐冲击性:按照GB/T 1732-2007的规定进行检测;
耐水性:按照GB/T1733-93的规定进行检测;
耐盐雾性:按照GB/T1771-2007的规定进行检测;
氧指数:按照GB 8624-2012的规定进行检测。

其中,所述的三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,由多异氰酸酯、多元醇、多元胺类扩链剂、低聚物多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、三聚氰胺、中和剂、去离子水通过化学反应制得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的三聚氰胺改性水性聚氨酯树脂,按重量百分比计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯8.0~22.0份、多元醇2.0~7.0份、多元胺类扩链剂0.5~2.0份、低聚物多元醇4.0~12.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~4.5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份、三聚氰胺0.3~3.5份、丙酮4.0~10.0份、中和剂1.0~3.0份、去离子水48.0~68.0份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇、木糖醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种的组合。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种三聚氰胺改性聚氨酯水性防护涂料,其特征在于:所述的低聚物多元醇为分子量在1000~4000之间的聚四氢呋喃多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚环氧乙烷多元醇、聚醚二元醇、聚乙二醇、聚环氧丙烷多元醇中的一种或几种的组合。
