本发明涉及一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,由三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂、海泡石纤维、硅藻土、凹凸棒、丙二醇单丁醚、成膜助剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、颜填料、润湿剂和去离子水组成;其中,所述的三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂,由多异氰酸酯、多元醇、扩链剂、低聚物多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、催化剂、2,6,14‑三氨基三蝶烯、脱水蓖麻油与中和剂通过化学反应制得;本发明制得的一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,环境友好,具有优良的吸附能力,良好的附着力、保色性、机械强度、耐老化性、丰满度、耐水性、耐磨性、防腐蚀性好等特点;可用于工程钢结构、工程机械等的防腐以及家具、家装等有毒气体的吸附。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,尤其涉一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,属于水性特种涂料技术领域。
背景技术
有害气体是指对人或动物的健康产生不利影响,或者说对人和动物的健康虽无影响,但使人或动物感到不舒服,影响人或动物舒适度的气体。如甲醛、H2S和芳香烃等等。有关资料表明室内空气污染比室外高5~10倍,室内空气污染物多达500多种。
随着研究人员对传统水性聚氨酯涂料的研究不断深入,随着传统水性聚氨酯涂料优缺点的显现,各种通过改性来改进水性聚氨酯涂料性能的方法越来越受关注。
涂料具有遮盖建筑物表面各种缺陷的涂饰作用,还能阻止或延缓空气中的氧气、水分、紫外线及其他有害物质对建筑物的破坏,从而延长建筑物的使用寿命。近年来关于新装修后的室内空气污染与白血病的发病率关系的报道也多见于媒体。因此,人们在装修时越来越注重装修材料的环保性,在室内装修过程中,木板、胶水、墙面涂料、家具中都或多或少含有甲醛、苯系物等有害物质,在装修后的几年甚至数十年中都会逐渐散发,从而影响人体的健康。
在此背景下,功能性涂料的需求也大量增加,尤其中国,最近几年,中国的涂料需求以两位数的增长速度发展,而且对装饰用的涂料要求也越来越高,不仅需要较好的装饰效果,还要配方环保,吸附有害物质等,这也要求了涂料产业需要朝向无有机溶剂用量、提高耐久性、低毒性、防腐蚀性、吸附性等方面发展。
发明内容
三蝶烯的骨架结构非常稳定,因此三蝶烯及其衍生物具有良好的热稳定性和化学稳定。三蝶烯的三维刚性结构可以阻止聚合物内部的聚集,并且三蝶烯结构的引人也可以提高材料分子排列的有序性和空间上的延伸性.基于三蝶烯的多孔聚合材料,它具有良好的吸附能力。
三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂,具有优良的吸附能力,良好的附着力、保色性、丰满度、耐水性、耐磨性、防腐蚀性好等特点;本发明利用三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂的优点,开发出一种性能良好、环境友好的一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料。
本发明的目的提供一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,按重量份计,其组成为:三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂30.0~70.0份、海泡石纤维0.5~1.5份、硅藻土1.0~8.0份、凹凸棒0.5~1.5份、丙二醇单丁醚2.0~6.0份、成膜助剂1.5~ 4.5份、流平剂0.2~0.8份、分散剂0.3~1.0份、消泡剂0.2~1.0份、杀菌剂0.3~ 0.8份、颜填料0.0~30.0份、润湿剂0.2~0.8份、去离子水10.0~25.0份。
其中,所述的三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂,由多异氰酸酯、多元醇、扩链剂、低聚物多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、催化剂、2,6,14-三氨基三蝶烯、脱水蓖麻油与中和剂通过化学反应制得。
所述的颜填料为云母粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、高岭土、磷酸锌、磷酸铝锌、碳酸钙、膨润土、钛白粉、纳米二氧化硅、水性色浆中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂,按重量份计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯10.0~30.0份、多元醇2.5~10.0份、扩链剂0.5~3.0份、低聚物多元醇5.0~25.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~4.5份、催化剂0.01~0.1份、2,6,14- 三氨基三蝶烯0.5~2.5份、脱水蓖麻油1.5~4.5份、丙酮6.0~15.0份、中和剂 1.0~5.0份、去离子水45.0~70.0份。
所述的多元醇为丁二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、1,4-环己二醇、一缩二丙二醇、2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇中的一种或几种组合。
所述的低聚物多元醇为分子量在800~3000之间的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚环氧乙烷多元醇、聚醚二元醇、聚环氧丙烷多元醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的扩链剂为乙二胺、己二酸二肼、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺中的一种或几种的组合。

本发明制得的一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,环境友好,具有优良的吸附能力,良好的附着力、保色性、机械强度、耐老化性、丰满度、耐水性、耐磨性、防腐蚀性好等特点;可用于工程钢结构、工程机械等的防腐以及家具、家装等有毒气体的吸附。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂A,其制备工艺如下:
a、在多功能反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入1,4-环己二醇6.0 份、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇16.0份,加热升温至110~120℃之间真空脱水1.5h;
b、降温,然后滴加异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯26.0份,控制温度在75℃~80℃;加入配方量的二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份与2,6,14-三氨基三蝶烯1.2份,将温度保温在80℃~84℃反应1.5h;
c、然后加入脱水蓖麻油2.0份,将温度升温至88℃~90℃反应,视体系粘度补加丙酮12.0份,测定NCO值,当测定的值与理论设计值接近时为止;
d、继续搅拌降温,缓慢滴加三乙胺2.0份,搅拌反应,加入计算量的去离子水62.0份,继续搅拌分散,在搅拌条件下加入乙二胺1.2份,先高速搅拌分散,然后改为低速搅拌,脱丙酮,过滤,即制得三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂A。
实施例2
一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂B,其制备工艺如下:
a、在多功能反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入2-乙基-1,3-己二醇 8.2份、聚醚二元醇20.0份,加热升温至110~120℃之间真空脱水1.5h;
b、降温,然后滴加六亚甲基二异氰酸酯30.0份,控制温度在75℃~ 80℃;加入配方量的二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份与2,6,14-三氨基三蝶烯2.0份,将温度保温在80℃~84℃反应1.5h;
c、然后加入脱水蓖麻油2.4份,将温度升温至88℃~90℃反应,视体系粘度补加丙酮14.0份,测定NCO值,当测定的值与理论设计值接近时为止;
d、继续搅拌降温,缓慢滴加二甲基乙醇胺4.0份,搅拌反应,加入计算量的去离子水68.0份,继续搅拌分散,在搅拌条件下加入己二酸二肼2.2 份,先高速搅拌分散,然后改为低速搅拌,脱丙酮,过滤,即制得三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂B。
实施例3
一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,按重量份计,其组成为:三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂A 50.0份、海泡石纤维1.0份、硅藻土 5.0份、凹凸棒0.8份、丙二醇单丁醚4.5份、成膜助剂3.0份、流平剂0.5份、分散剂0.6份、消泡剂0.5份、杀菌剂0.5份、滑石粉5.0份、硫酸钡8.0份、润湿剂0.6份、去离子水18.0份。
实施例4
一种三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯树脂水性涂料,按重量份计,其组成为:三碟烯衍生物改性聚氨酯水性树脂B 60.0份、海泡石纤维0.5份、硅藻土 5.0份、凹凸棒1.5份、丙二醇单丁醚4.0份、成膜助剂3.5份、流平剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂0.5份、杀菌剂0.5份、润湿剂0.5份、去离子水15.0份。
按照相关标准,对本发明的实施例与常规聚氨酯树脂水性涂料(对比例)进行对比,检测的性能指标如表1所示。
其中,附着力:按照GB/T1720-1988的规定,使用划格法进行测试;
硬度:按照GB/T6739-2006色漆和清铅笔法测定漆膜硬度;
柔韧性:按照GB/T1731-1993的规定进行检测;
耐水性:按照GB/T1733-93的规定进行检测;
耐碱性:按照GB/1763-1979的规定进行检测;
耐盐雾性:按照GB/T1771-2007的规定进行检测;
丝状腐蚀:按照丝状腐蚀(GB/T13452.4-92)的规定进行检测。

由表1可以看出本发明的实施例3、实施例4的硬度、耐水性、丝状腐蚀性、丰满度、耐盐雾性等性能远远好于常规聚氨酯树脂水性涂料。
吸附性能测试:
对同样新装修的2个实验房子,每个房子均为50m2,初始测得甲醛的浓度为1.81mg/m3、苯的浓度为1.01mg/m3、一氧化碳的浓度为30.1mg/m3、二氧化硫的浓度为0.93mg/m3、氨的浓度为0.56mg/m3,分别涂覆本发明的涂料与市售涂料,密封48h后进行空气质量检测:
涂覆本发明涂料的实验房子:
甲醛的浓度为0.02mg/m3、苯的浓度为0.03mg/m3、一氧化碳的浓度为3.8mg/m3、二氧化硫的浓度为0.03mg/m3、氨的浓度为0.02mg/m3
涂覆市售涂料的实验房子:
甲醛的浓度为0.85mg/m3、苯的浓度为0.78mg/m3、一氧化碳的浓度为15.2mg/m3、二氧化硫的浓度为0.89mg/m3、氨的浓度为0.39mg/m3
