本发明提供了一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品,其包括GMA聚丙烯酸树脂65‑82%,DDDA固化剂10%‑20%,c486流平剂1‑3%,安息香0.5‑1%,荧光颜料1‑2%,玻璃微珠5‑10%。应用本发明的材料进行涂装,不仅提高了涂装效率,而且没有VOC排放,完全达到环保涂装要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料固化促进剂技术领域,具体涉及到一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品及其加工工艺。
背景技术
粉末涂料是与一般涂料完全不同的形态,它是以微细粉末的状态存在的。由于不使用溶剂,所以称为粉末涂料。粉末涂料的主要特点有:具有无害、高效率、节省资源和环保特点。
它有两大类:热塑性粉末涂料和热固性粉末涂料。
热固性粉末涂料是由热固性树脂、固化剂、颜料、填料和助剂等组成。热固性粉末涂料包括:环氧树脂系、聚酯系、丙烯酸树脂系。
目前,这类反光标牌的涂装都是用的是液体涂料,这类液体涂料涂装存在涂膜强度低、涂装施工时间长和存在VOC排放等缺陷。此问题亟待解决。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,使用方便的一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品及其加工工艺,它解决了上述的这些问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品,其包括GMA聚丙烯酸树脂65-82%,DDDA固化剂10%-20%,c486流平剂1-3%,安息香0.5-1%,荧光颜料1-2%,玻璃微珠5-10%。
一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品的加工工艺,先将丙烯酸树脂、固化剂、助剂和荧光颜料投入配料罐中混合5分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机进行热混练挤出,经压片冷却破碎,送入磨粉机磨粉至合格细度,过筛。将磨好的粉投入热绑定罐中,加入玻璃微珠进行热绑定,绑定好后放料冷却,过筛包装。
本发明的有益效果包括:
应用本发明的材料进行涂装,不仅提高了涂装效率,而且没有VOC排放,完全达到环保涂装要求。

一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品,其包括GMA聚丙烯酸树脂65-82%,DDDA固化剂10%-20%,c486流平剂1-3%,安息香0.5-1%,荧光颜料1-2%,玻璃微珠5-10%。
一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品的加工工艺,先将丙烯酸树脂、固化剂、助剂和荧光颜料投入配料罐中混合5分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机进行热混练挤出,经压片冷却破碎,送入磨粉机磨粉至合格细度,过筛。将磨好的粉投入热绑定罐中,加入玻璃微珠进行热绑定,绑定好后放料冷却,过筛包装。

1.一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品,其特征在于:其包括GMA聚丙烯酸树脂65-82%,DDDA固化剂10%-20%,c486流平剂1-3%,安息香0.5-1%,荧光颜料1-2%,玻璃微珠5-10%。
2.一种交通标志用反光的粉末涂料产品的加工工艺,其特征在于,先将丙烯酸树脂、固化剂、助剂和荧光颜料投入配料罐中混合5分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机进行热混练挤出,经压片冷却破碎,送入磨粉机磨粉至合格细度,过筛。将磨好的粉投入热绑定罐中,加入玻璃微珠进行热绑定,绑定好后放料冷却,过筛包装。
