Abstract

The hacking machine includes: an input assembly, the turntable device and an output assembly; the input assembly conveys the product into an embedded groove of the turntable device; the turntable device rotates to the upper part of the rear output assembly, and the product sheet enters the output assembly from the embedded groove. The method has the advantages that the products packaged by single sheets are conveyed and arranged; the turntable device transfers the single-sheet packaged product to the next conveying device, and the conveying device is stable, neat and efficient; the next transmission device realizes the stacking function.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sanitary napkin stacker includes: an input assembly 100, a carousel 200, an output assembly 300, a rack 400, a sheeting apparatus 500, and a counter 600.
The input assembly 100, the turntable device 200, the output assembly 300, the tablet press device 500 and the counter are respectively disposed on the frame 400. In order to show the parts obscured by the belt, parts of the belt are removed in fig. 2.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the turntable assembly 200 includes an upper turntable 210, a lower turntable 220, and a rotation shaft 230. The upper rotary plate 210 and the lower rotary plate 220 are fixed on the rotary shaft 230, and rotate along with the rotary shaft 230 synchronously against the potential needle. The height between the upper and lower dials 210, 220 may allow components of the input and output assemblies 100, 220 to pass through.
The upper rotary plate 210 includes a disc body 211, a hook-shaped protrusion 212, and an insertion groove 213. In the present embodiment, the number of the hook-shaped protrusions 212 is 6.
Hook-shaped protrusions 212 are circumferentially and evenly distributed on the disc body 211. A gap is provided between the inner side of the hook protrusion 212 and the circumference of the disc body 211 to form a fitting groove 213. The opening direction of the fitting groove 213 is a circumferential tangential direction of the disc body 211. The lower rotary plate 220 has the same structure as the upper rotary plate 210, and is fixed to the rotary shaft 230 in a one-to-one correspondence.
The input assembly 100 delivers the sanitary napkin products into the insertion slot 211 on the rotating disc of the turret assembly 200, and after the two rotating discs rotate 60 degrees, onto the output assembly 300, the products leave the rotating disc and enter the output assembly 300.

As shown in fig. 5, the input assembly 100 includes: a first pulley assembly 110 and a second pulley assembly 120.
The first pulley assembly 110 includes: a first belt 111, a first driving pulley 112, two first driven pulleys 113a, 113b, a circular arc driven pulley set 114 and a first tension pulley 115.
In this embodiment, the arc driven wheel set 114 is disposed between the upper rotating disk 210 and the lower rotating disk 220, and the portion of the arc driven wheel set 114 shielded by the upper rotating disk 210 is materialized in fig. 5 for clarity.
The circular arc driven wheel set 114 is composed of 5 driven wheels, the centers of the 5 driven wheels are on a circle, the circle and the disc body 211 are concentric, and the connecting line of the circumferences of the 5 driven wheels is attached to a part of the circumference of the disc body 211.
The first belt 111 is fitted over the first driving pulley 112, the circular arc driven pulley group 114, the first driven pulley 113a, the first tension pulley 115, and the first driven pulley 113 b.
The second pulley assembly 120 includes: a first belt 121, a first driving pulley 122, two second driven pulleys 123a, 123b and a second tension pulley 125.
The second belt 121 is fitted over the second driving pulley 122, the second driven pulley 123a, the second tension pulley 125, and the second driven pulley 123 b.
The positions of the first driven wheel 113b and the second driven wheel 123b are in contact with the positions of the arc driven wheel set 114 and the first driving wheel 122, the working surfaces of the first belt 111 and the second belt 121 are in contact with each other, the sanitary towel products W are conveyed to the embedding groove 213 and continue to move along with the turntable assembly until the working surfaces of the first belt 111 and the second belt 121 are separated above the output assembly 300, and the acting force on the sanitary towel products W is relieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the output assembly 300 includes: chain 310, drive sprocket 320, driven sprocket 330, spacer 340, and base plate 350.
The chain 310 also passes between the upper rotary disk 210 and the lower rotary disk 220. The chain 310 is sleeved on the driving sprocket 320 and the driven sprocket 330. The driving sprocket 320 moves the chain 310 and simultaneously rotates the driven sprocket 330.
The spacers 340 are equidistantly fixed to the chain and move with the chain 310. The bottom plate is disposed under the chain and at the rear side of the conveying direction of the turntable assembly 200.
When the insertion groove 211 holding the sanitary napkin products W is rotated above the output assembly 300, the products lose the holding force of the first and second belts, drop from the upper and lower rotating disks 210 and 220 onto the bottom plate 350, and the spacer continuously pushes the dropped sanitary napkin products W to move forward as the chain 310 moves.
The sheeting device 500 is disposed on the feeding out assembly 300, the sanitary napkin products are dropped onto the base plate 350, the product heights may be inconsistent, and the sheeting device 500 can flatten the sanitary napkin products W on the base plate 350.
The sheeting of the sheeting device 500 can move up and down to press the sanitary napkin product downward. The pressing sheet of the pressing device 500 may be disposed obliquely, and the sanitary napkin product W enters the pressing sheet of the pressing device 500 from a high position, and is pressed downward as the height of the pressing sheet is lower, and finally comes out from the lowest position of the pressing sheet, the height of the sanitary napkin product is uniform.
In this embodiment, the counter 600 is a photoelectric sensor, and is disposed on one side of the input assembly 100, and is adjacent to the turntable device 200. The counter 600 counts the number of sanitary napkin products W entering the carousel apparatus 200. The chain 310 of the discharging assembly 300 is moved according to the accumulated number of the counter 600, that is, the discharging assembly 300 is not moved when the neutral position occurs, thus ensuring that the number of the sanitary napkin products W between each of the spacers 340 is the same.
