The test carrier tape disc winder realizes the full automation of the procedures of unreeling, cutting, labeling, winding and the like of foam cotton and a protective tape of a carrier tape disc, and an operator only needs to complete the feeding and the blanking of the carrier tape disc, so that the efficiency of winding and labeling the foam cotton and the protective tape of the carrier tape disc is greatly improved, meanwhile, the automatic operation avoids manual misoperation, the whole process is standardized, the carrier tape disc cannot be damaged, and the production cost of an enterprise is further saved.

Claims (8)

1. A test carrier tape reel winder characterized by: the label-carrying disc conveying mechanism is arranged on the rack, the foam discharging mechanism is arranged on the side face of the carrier-carrying disc conveying mechanism and is used for winding foam on the carrier-carrying disc, the protective-belt discharging mechanism is arranged on the side face of the carrier-carrying disc conveying mechanism and is used for winding a protective belt on the carrier-carrying disc, the first labeling mechanism is arranged on the side face of the foam discharging mechanism and is used for attaching a first label to the foam, and the second labeling mechanism is arranged on the side face of the protective-belt discharging mechanism and is used for attaching a second label to the protective belt;
the carrier tape disc transferring mechanism comprises a feeding station, a foam pasting station, a transferring station, a protective tape pasting station, a discharging station and a transferring manipulator, wherein the feeding station, the foam pasting station, the transferring station, the protective tape pasting station and the discharging station are sequentially arranged on the upper side of the rack along the transmission direction of the carrier tape disc;
the foam pasting station and the protective belt pasting station comprise a carrier tape disc platform, a fixed support, a plurality of guide wheels, an arc-shaped groove plate, a guide wheel opening and closing driving motor, a driving gear, a driven gear, a central rotating shaft and a carrier tape disc rotating driving motor, the carrier tape disc platform is horizontally arranged and fixed on the upper side of a rack through the fixed support, the guide wheels are arranged on the carrier tape disc platform and surround the outer side of the carrier tape disc, the carrier tape disc platform is provided with sliding grooves in one-to-one correspondence with the guide wheels, the sliding grooves are all arranged along the radial direction of the carrier tape disc, the arc-shaped groove plate is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the carrier tape disc platform and is provided with arc-shaped groove channels in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding grooves, the arc-shaped groove channels are distributed along the same hour-hand direction of the arc-shaped groove plate, the lower ends of center shafts of the guide wheels are slidably arranged in the sliding grooves of the carrier tape disc platform and the arc-shaped groove channels of the arc-shaped groove plate, the driving gear is fixed on an output shaft of the guide wheel opening and is meshed with the driven gear, a center spline of the carrier tape disc, the central rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the center of the carrier tape disc platform and is connected with the carrier tape disc.

A test carrier tape reel winder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the carrier band dish sucking disc contains annular support and a plurality of suction nozzle, and a plurality of suction nozzle sets up and fixes on annular support along vertical direction, and a plurality of suction nozzle is along the equidistant distribution of annular support circumference.

The test tape reel winder of claim 1, wherein: the material loading station and the material unloading station contain carrier tape disc carriers, a station support, a second straight line module, a lifting slide block and a plurality of drive rods, the carrier tape disc carriers are placed at the upper end of the station support, the side edges of the carrier tape disc carriers are limited through limiting blocks, the second straight line module is vertically fixed at the lower side of the station support, the lifting slide block is arranged on the second straight line module and driven by the second straight line module to lift along the vertical direction, the plurality of drive rods are vertically arranged, the lower ends of the drive rods are fixed on the lifting slide block, and the upper ends of the drive rods are abutted against the lower side of the carrier tape disc carriers.
4. A test carrier tape reel winder as claimed in claim 3, wherein: a sensor support is arranged on the upper side of the station support, and a tape carrier disc induction sensor is fixed to the upper end of the sensor support.

A test carrier tape reel winder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the foam adhering station and the protective belt adhering station are provided with feeding mechanisms, each feeding mechanism comprises a feeding guide groove, a first feeding guide wheel set, a second feeding guide wheel set and a feeding driving motor, grooves matched with foam or a protective belt are formed in the feeding guide grooves, two notches are formed in the side walls of the two sides of each feeding guide groove, the first feeding guide wheel set and the second feeding guide wheel set are arranged on the two sides of the two notches respectively, each of the first feeding guide wheel set and the second feeding guide wheel set comprises a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel, a first gear and a second gear, the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each notch of the feeding guide grooves, the first gear is fixed on the lower side of the first guide wheel, the second gear is fixed on the lower side of the second guide wheel and is meshed with the first gear, the lower end of the first guide wheel of the first feeding guide wheel set is connected with the feeding driving motor and driven to rotate by the feeding driving motor, the first lower sides of the first feeding guide wheel set and the second feeding guide wheel set are provided with synchronous pulleys, and the synchronous belts of the first feeding guide wheel set and the second feeding guide wheel set are linked through synchronous belts.

A test carrier tape reel winder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cotton drop feed mechanism of bubble and boundary belt drop feed mechanism contain the blowing support respectively, first blowing roller, the second blowing roller, blowing driving motor, blowing splint and cut the mechanism, blowing support upper end both sides are provided with the recess, the both ends card of the center pin of bubble cotton book or boundary belt roll is established in blowing support upside recess, first blowing roller and second blowing roller both ends are rotated respectively and are set up in blowing support both sides and mutual parallel arrangement, gear intermeshing is passed through to the one end of first blowing roller and the one end of second blowing roller, the other end of first blowing roller is connected by blowing driving motor drive rotation with blowing driving motor, the blowing splint setting is reduced to and is matchd with bubble cotton or thickness gradually under first blowing roller and second blowing roller below and blowing splint clearance from the top, it sets up in blowing splint lower extreme side to cut the mechanism.
