A triode labeling method is characterized in that equipment adopted by the method comprises a rack (1), a feeding device (2), a jig rotating device (3), a labeling device (4), a detecting and moving device (5), a labeling detecting device (6), a removing device (7) and a braid packaging device (8), wherein the feeding device, the jig rotating device, the labeling device (4), the detecting and moving device (5) are installed on the rack (1); the jig rotating device (3) is provided with four stations which are a feeding station, a labeling station, a conveying and blanking station and a removing and blanking station in sequence, the feeding device (2) corresponds to the feeding station, the jig rotating device (3) corresponds to the labeling station, the detecting and transporting device (5) and the labeling detecting device (6) correspond to the conveying and blanking station, the removing device (7) correspondingly removes the blanking station, and the braid packaging device (8) is connected with the discharge end of the detecting and transporting device (5);
the method comprises the following steps of:
feeding an S1 triode: the feeding device (2) separates the single triodes and then conveys the triodes to the jig rotating device (3) to realize feeding;
and S2 labeling the triode: the labeling device (4) cuts the gummed paper and then sticks the gummed paper on the triode;
s3 tag detection: the labeling detection device (6) detects whether labeling is successful; the qualified products of the labeling detection device (6) are detected again by the detection and transportation device (5) for the side surface pasting quality;
and (8) discharging an S4 triode: the braid packaging device (8) carries out blanking packaging on qualified products, and the removing device (7) carries out blanking on unqualified products.
2. The triode labeling device according to claim 1, wherein a magazine containing the triode is arranged in the feeding device (2), the triode is fed into the jig rotating device (3) from the magazine, the jig rotating device (3) is used for placing and carrying the triode, and the labeling device (4) is used for conveying the cut gummed paper to the triode; the labeling detection device (6) is used for detecting whether the triode after labeling is qualified or not, and the removing device (7) is used for removing unqualified products out of the jig rotating device (3); the detection and moving device (5) is used for detecting the qualified triodes and then transporting the triodes to the braid packaging device (8) for packaging.

The triode labeling equipment according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device (2) comprises a base (20), a material rack (21), a material pushing bar (22), a side pushing cylinder (23), a discharging seat (24) and a carrying mechanism; the material rack (21) is arranged in the base (20), the material boxes are stacked in the material rack (21), two ends of each material box are hollowed out, the discharging seat (24) is connected with one end part of each material box, and the other end of each material box corresponds to the air blowing hole; the material pushing strip (22) is movably connected to the bottom of the material rack (21), a notch is formed in the upper end surface of the material rack (21), a material box is just clamped by the notch, and the material rack (21) pushes the material box to move laterally; the triode conveying device is characterized in that a channel is arranged inside the discharging seat (24), a notch is formed in the end part of the discharging seat (24), and the conveying mechanism corresponds to the notch of the discharging seat (24) to realize taking out of the triode.

The triode labeling device according to claim 1, wherein the jig rotating device (3) comprises a divider (31), a rotating disc (32), a mounting plate (33), a jig (34) and a clamping cylinder (35); a central fixed shaft and a rotating shaft are arranged at the upper end of the divider (31), the rotating shaft is sleeved on the central fixed shaft, a rotating disc (32) is fixed on the rotating shaft, and a mounting plate (33) is mounted on the central fixed shaft; jig (34) are uniformly installed on the periphery of the rotating disc (32), the clamping cylinder (35) is arranged on the installation plate (33), the telescopic end of the clamping cylinder (35) is provided with a push plate, and the clamping cylinder (35) corresponds to the jig (34) at the labeling station.

The triode labeling device according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the jig (34) comprises a base (341), a resisting block (342), a pressing block (343) and a cover plate (344); the base (341) is provided with a groove (345), the resisting block (342) is arranged at the end part of the base (341), the resisting block (342) protrudes out of the surface of the base (341), and the resisting block (342) is positioned in the groove (345); the cover plate (344) is installed at the upper end of the base (341), the pressing block (343) is movably connected in the base (341), a clamping groove is formed in the pressing block (343), a spring (346) is arranged in the clamping groove, the spring (346) is fixed in a round hole of the cover plate (344), the spring (346) presses the pressing block (343) to the outer side, a protruding block (347) is arranged on the inner side of the pressing block (343), and the protruding block (347) corresponds to the abutting block (342).

The triode labeling device according to claim 1, wherein the labeling device (4) comprises a vertical base (41), a feeding wheel (42), a release paper collecting wheel (43), a residual material collecting wheel (44), a guide wheel (45), a gummed paper passing base (46), a punching knife (47) and a punching cylinder (48); the feeding wheel (42), the release paper collecting wheel (43) and the excess material collecting wheel (44) are hinged to the vertical seat (41), the feeding wheel (42) is located at the upper end, a plurality of guide wheels (45) are arranged, after the adhesive paper is sent out through the feeding wheel (42), the release paper is peeled off and wound on the release paper collecting wheel (43), and after the adhesive paper layer is guided by the guide wheels (45), the adhesive paper layer is wound on the excess material collecting wheel (44) after passing through the adhesive paper material passing seat (46); rotating shafts of the feeding wheel (42), the release paper collecting wheel (43) and the excess material collecting wheel (44) are connected with stepping motors which are fixed on the vertical seat (41), synchronizing wheels are arranged on the back sides of the guide wheels (45), and the plurality of guide wheels (45) synchronously transmit power through a synchronizing belt so as to realize constant-speed and same-direction rotation; the adhesive tape material passing base (46) is fixed on the vertical base (41), the punching knife (47) is matched in the adhesive tape material passing base (46), the punching knife (47) is connected with the telescopic end of the punching cylinder (48), and the punching cylinder (48) is installed on the vertical base (41).

The triode labeling device according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the die cutter (47) is cylindrical, a central through hole (471) is formed in the center of the die cutter (47), one end of the central through hole (471) corresponds to the gummed paper, and the other end of the central through hole is connected with an air suction valve; the side of the adhesive tape passing seat (46) is provided with a through groove (461), the adhesive tape passes through the through groove (461), a round hole (462) penetrates through the adhesive tape passing seat (46), the round hole (462) is matched with the punching knife (47), one side of the through groove (461) is provided with a frustum (463), and the frustum (463) corresponds to the viscous surface of the adhesive tape.
