Abstract

本发明涉及一种盘类零件加工用夹具，包括底板，底板上中部设有定位销，底板上右侧设有固定板，所述底板上左侧开有水平槽，水平槽上滑动安装有推板，推板连接有气缸。本发明使用方便，不仅通过定位销将盘类零件进行定位，并且还能够实现自动将盘类零件进行夹紧固定，达到间接方便加工的效果。

本发明涉及一种夹具，具体的说是一种盘类零件加工用夹具。
背景技术
夹具是指机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象，使之占有正确的位置，以接受施工或检测的装置。一般来讲，盘类零件在进行加工时，均需要采用相应的夹具对其进行定位夹紧，以方便加工的需求。
发明内容
为了满足上述对盘类零件进行加工所需定位夹紧的需求，本发明提出了一种盘类零件加工用夹具。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种盘类零件加工用夹具，包括底板，所述底板上中部设有定位销，所述底板上右侧设有固定板，所述所述底板上左侧开有水平槽，所述水平槽上滑动安装有推板，所述推板连接有气缸。
所述气缸固装在底板上。
本发明在使用时，只需将盘类零件摆放在底板上中部，并将盘类零件上的销孔通过定位销进行定位，然后便可通过气缸向右推移推板，配合固定板将盘类零件进行夹紧，方便进行后续加工。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明使用方便，不仅通过定位销将盘类零件进行定位，并且还能够实现自动将盘类零件进行夹紧固定，达到间接方便加工的效果。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示，一种盘类零件加工用夹具，包括底板1，所述底板1上中部设有定位销2，所述底板1上右侧设有固定板3，所述所述底板1上左侧开有水平槽1a，所述水平槽1a上滑动安装有推板4，所述推板4连接有气缸5。
所述气缸5固装在底板1上。
本发明在使用时，只需将盘类零件摆放在底板1上中部，并将盘类零件上的销孔通过定位销2进行定位，然后便可通过气缸5向右推移推板4，配合固定板3将盘类零件进行夹紧，方便进行后续加工。
