本发明涉及一种废旧轮胎粉碎设备。
背景技术
废旧轮胎生产橡胶粉,需要废旧轮胎粉碎设备,现有的废旧轮胎粉碎设备包括研磨机、输送带、橡胶颗粒盛放槽,橡胶颗粒中会带有许多细钢丝,在生产过程中需要作业人员人力清除细钢丝,不仅作业人员的劳动强度较大,而且生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明解决上述问题提供废旧轮胎回收防尘装置,包括研磨机、橡胶颗粒输送带、橡胶颗粒盛放槽、集丝箱,其特征在于:所述的橡胶颗粒输送带左端设有研磨机的出料口,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带的上方设有磁性传送带和喷头,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带的下方设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽,所述的磁性传送带一端设有集丝箱。
进一步的,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带和磁性传送带呈水平放置。
发明的实现过程:研磨机先将废旧轮胎粉碎从出料口,胶颗粒输送带将研磨后的橡胶颗粒送出,橡胶颗粒输送带的上方设有磁性传送带,磁性传送带的传送带上设有强力磁块,可将橡胶颗粒中的铁丝吸附并抽出,磁性传送带一端设有集丝箱将抽出的铁丝收集,橡胶颗粒输送带的下方设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽,橡胶颗粒盛放槽将橡胶颗粒收集。
本发明的有益效果在于:钢丝磁性传送带抽出并收集至集丝箱,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图对本发明内容做详细介绍,废旧轮胎回收防尘装置,包括研磨机1、橡胶颗粒输送带2、橡胶颗粒盛放槽5、集丝箱4,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带2左端设有研磨机1的出料口,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带2的上方设有磁性传送带3和喷头6,喷头6喷水防止渣尘扬起,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带2的下方设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽5,所述的磁性传送带3一端设有集丝箱,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带2和磁性传送带3呈水平放置,研磨机1先将废旧轮胎粉碎从出料口,橡胶颗粒输送带2将研磨后的橡胶颗粒送出,橡胶颗粒输送带2的上方设有磁性传送带3,磁性传送带3的传送带上设有强力磁块,可将橡胶颗粒中的铁丝吸附并抽出,磁性传送带3一端设有集丝箱4将抽出的铁丝收集,橡胶颗粒输送带2的下方设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽5,橡胶颗粒盛放槽5将橡胶颗粒收集。
有益效果:钢丝磁性传送带抽出并收集至集丝箱,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
