本发明涉及一种废旧轮胎粉碎设备。
背景技术
废旧轮胎生产橡胶粉,需要废旧轮胎粉碎设备,现有的废旧轮胎粉碎设备包括研磨机、输送带、橡胶颗粒盛放槽,橡胶颗粒中会带有许多细钢丝,在生产过程中需要作业人员人力清除细钢丝,不仅作业人员的劳动强度较大,而且生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明解决上述问题提供一种废旧轮胎钢丝回收分类装置,包括研磨机、橡胶颗粒输送带、橡胶颗粒盛放槽、集丝箱,其特征在于:所述的橡胶颗粒输送带左端设有研磨机的出料口,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带的上方设有磁性滚筒,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带的下方设有分类筛,所述的分类筛下设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽,所述的磁性滚筒一端设有集丝箱,所述的集丝箱上设有刮刀,所述刮刀的刀口贴紧磁性滚筒。
进一步的,所述的橡胶颗粒输送带和磁性滚筒呈水平放置。
发明的实现过程:研磨机先将废旧轮胎粉碎从出料口,胶颗粒输送带将研磨后的橡胶颗粒送出,橡胶颗粒输送带的上方设有磁性滚筒,磁性滚筒的传送带内设有强力磁块,可将橡胶颗粒中的铁丝吸附并抽出,磁性滚筒一端设有集丝箱,所述的集丝箱上设有刮刀,所述刮刀的刀口贴紧磁性滚筒,将抽出的铁丝从磁性滚筒上刮下并收集,橡胶颗粒输送带的下方设有橡胶颗粒盛放槽,橡胶颗粒盛放槽将橡胶颗粒收集。
本发明的有益效果在于:钢丝磁性滚筒抽出并收集至集丝箱,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
