本发明涉及外用中药制剂技术领域,具体是指一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其由以下重量份原料制成:凡士林1000份,植物皂甙素20‑40份,冷触媒粉体0.001‑0.01份,蒸馏水Ⅰ10‑20份,纳米二氧化钛银交换体10‑20份,助剂3‑8份,冰片10‑15份,蛇床子8‑14份,龙胆草8‑14份,山茶油10‑20份,蒸馏水Ⅱ20‑50份,硬脂酸21‑35份,十八醇21‑25份和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯8‑12份。本发明通过植物皂甙素与冷触媒粉体在助剂作用下进行复配,协同达到抗菌消炎止痒,并且长效无耐药性,同时具有润肤的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及外用中药制剂技术领域,具体是指一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏。
背景技术
纳米抗菌冷触媒因抗菌效率高、稳定性好、无毒无味和广谱性等优点具有广阔的市场。常用于纳米抗菌冷触媒主要是负载Ag(Ag2O)、CuO 或ZnO 等系列无机物,因为银系抗菌能力较强,对革兰阳性、阴性菌和霉菌以及酵母菌都有较好的效果,而且安全性好,对人体不产生毒害作用,目前认为银系抗菌冷触媒主要有两种机理:银离子渗出机理和催化活化氧机理。
银离子渗出机理是通过银系抗菌冷触媒渗出银离子Ag+跟微生物结合,破坏细胞合成酶、电子传输系统、呼吸系统或物质传送系统等,导致微生物死亡。目前多数无机抗菌冷触媒都是采用银离子渗出机理。如CN1568704A 发明的TiAgZn复合体系,CN1742583A 发明的纳米ZnTi,ZnO和Ag2O体系以及US20090047311发明的银硫酸铝体系等。这样机理因为需要不断消耗Ag+,所以抗菌剂的使用寿命决定于抗菌冷触媒银的含量,最终因银的耗尽导致抗菌性能失效。所以渗出机理的Ag+抗菌剂在使用寿命和经济上存在问题,不能适应持续发展的经济战略。
催化活化氧机理主要是银原子(包括带部分正电荷Ag 离子)在空气中能够将空气中的氧活化成活性氧物种(如O-,O2 -或者O2 2- 等),或在液体中能将溶剂活化成活性自由基(HO·或RO·,R代表有机物等),这些活性氧物种或者活性自由基能非选择性的破坏微生物基体,导致微生物的死亡。这样的抗菌剂对微生物没有选择性,故具有广谱杀菌性能,因为基于催化的机理,所以杀菌作用不消耗贵钯属银,具有长效性和稳定性。因此,催化活化氧式的抗菌冷触媒具有银离子渗出式抗菌冷触媒无法攀比的优势。
皂甙(saponins)又称皂素,是广泛存在于植物界的一类特殊的甙类,其结构带有大量的活性基团羟基,研究发现植物中的皂甙提取物具有抗菌活性,有些植物的皂甙还具有抗癌抗肿瘤作用。无患子皂甙混合物对革兰氏阳性菌、念珠菌有中等抑制作用;人参茎叶皂甙不仅具有抗菌活性,而且还能滋润肌肤,促进皮肤角质降解;睡莲皂甙是一种天然表面活性剂,其中含有蛋白质、碳水化合物和纤维素等纯天然护肤成分,气味清香独特浓烈,它具有全天然的抗微生物活性、杀菌功效、抗菌活性、无刺激性、优良的皮肤渗透作用和独特的芳香性等优点;刺蒺藜皂甙是非荷尔蒙营养补剂,还有降血压、降血脂等作用,其中所含的过氧化物分解酶,具有明显的抗衰老作用,还有美容功效,久服可祛脸上瘢痕,并让肌肤柔嫩润滑。
《本草纲目》记载,野山茶油有“明目亮发、润肠通便、清热化湿、杀虫解毒”之功效。《中国医药宝典》记载,野山茶油外用可治疗癣疥、防蚊虫叮蛟、除疣、防晒去皱等,因此山茶油具有消炎的作用,对于擦伤,撞伤也具有很好的杀菌、消炎作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,通过植物皂甙素与冷触媒粉体在助剂作用下进行复配,协同达到抗菌消炎止痒,并且长效无耐药性,同时具有润肤的功能。
为实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,由以下重量份原料制成:凡士林1000份,植物皂甙素20-40份,冷触媒粉体0.001-0.01份,蒸馏水Ⅰ10-20份,纳米二氧化钛银交换体10-20份,助剂3-8份,冰片10-15份,蛇床子8-14份,龙胆草8-14份,山茶油10-20份,蒸馏水Ⅱ20-50份,硬脂酸21-35份,十八醇21-25份和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯8-12份。
所述的冷触媒粉体为纳米银粉。
所述的植物皂甙素为黄芩根皂甙素、苦参皂甙素、人参茎叶皂甙素、无患子皂甙素、七叶树皂甙素、苦瓜皂甙素、三七皂甙素、刺蒺藜皂甙素、睡莲皂甙素、艾叶皂甙素、黄连皂甙素、白术皂甙素、苦丁皂甙素、丹参皂甙素、大豆皂甙素、茶皂甙素、西洋参皂甙素、芦笋皂甙素、菝葜皂甙素和夏枯草皂甙素中的几种。
所述的助剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或吐温80。
所述的一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其制备方法为:
(1)按照配方称取各个物料;
(2)将植物皂甙素、冰片、蛇床子、龙胆草分别研磨成细粉,过筛;
(3)将助剂溶于蒸馏水Ⅰ中,搅拌10min,然后加入纳米二氧化钛交换体、纳米银粉体、植物皂甙素,置于70℃下回流4-6h,冷却待用;
(4)将山茶油、蒸馏水Ⅱ、硬脂酸混合加热至80-90℃下,搅拌10min;
(5)将凡士林、十八醇、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯混合加热至80-90℃,搅拌10min,然后再加入步骤(4)溶液混合搅拌30min;
(6)将冰片、蛇床子、龙胆草与步骤(3)溶液混合搅拌15min,然后再加入步骤(5)混合物混合搅拌1-2h,得到所述的抗菌涂膏。
本发明与现有技术比较具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或吐温-80可以在一定温度回流作用下与皂甙素活性端基接枝,同时在体系内稳定无机冷触媒粉体的分散,进行协同复配,增强抗菌止痒作用。
(2)本发明采用纳米银为冷触媒,当纳米银粉体的用量在0.001-0.01份重量范围时,可以最有效地抑制细菌和真菌的生长,如革兰阳性和革兰阴性菌等,而且具有高稳定性好,长效性,无耐药性。
(3)本发明制备工艺简单,通过植物提取物皂甙素与冷触媒以及无机抗菌剂一起协同,涂膏不仅具有广谱消炎作用,有效治疗细菌性皮炎、真菌皮炎、神经性皮炎、接触性皮炎和激素依赖性皮炎而引发的各种皮肤炎症反应,不容易致敏,不易反复,无毒副作用,而且添加的植物提取物以及山茶油还能滋润皮肤,具有抗衰老功能。

实施例1
一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,由以下重量份原料制成:凡士林1000份,植物皂甙素20份,纳米银粉体0.001份,蒸馏水Ⅰ10份,纳米二氧化钛银交换体10份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份,冰片10份,蛇床子8份,龙胆草8份,山茶油10份,蒸馏水Ⅱ20份,硬脂酸21份,十八醇21份和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯8份。

(3)将助剂溶于蒸馏水Ⅰ中,搅拌10min,然后加入纳米二氧化钛交换体、纳米银粉体、植物皂甙素,置于70℃下回流6h,冷却待用;
(4)将山茶油、蒸馏水Ⅱ、硬脂酸混合加热至90℃下,搅拌10min;
(5)将凡士林、十八醇、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯混合加热至90℃,搅拌10min,然后再加入步骤(4)溶液混合搅拌30min;
(6)将冰片、蛇床子、龙胆草与步骤(3)溶液混合搅拌15min,然后再加入步骤(5)混合物混合搅拌2h,得到所述的抗菌涂膏。
将本发明实施例1-3的产品进行止痒试验以说明本发明的消炎效果,实验结果如下:
取大鼠40只(雌雄兼用),随机分成4组,每组雌雄各5只,给各组大鼠左后足背剃毛,以实施例1-3样品的5%为剂量组,涂药一次,对照涂生理盐水。次日,以粗砂纸擦伤左后具备剃毛处,面积1cm2,局部用药1次。涂药后10min,给创面滴0.01%磷酸组织胺每只0.05ml,此后,每隔3min按照0.01%,0.02%,0.03%……递增浓度,直至出现大鼠回头舔创面时所给予的磷酸组织胺总量为致痒阈,记录并比较各组的致痒阈值,以10只大鼠的平均值记为该组的致痒阈值。结果如下表所示:

经方差分析显示,实施例1-3的产品均能显著提高致痒阈,消炎止痒效果较好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:凡士林1000份,植物皂甙素20-40份,冷触媒粉体0.001-0.01份,蒸馏水Ⅰ10-20份,纳米二氧化钛银交换体10-20份,助剂3-8份,冰片10-15份,蛇床子8-14份,龙胆草8-14份,山茶油10-20份,蒸馏水Ⅱ20-50份,硬脂酸21-35份,十八醇21-25份和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其特征在于:所述的植物皂甙素为黄芩根皂甙素、苦参皂甙素、人参茎叶皂甙素、无患子皂甙素、七叶树皂甙素、苦瓜皂甙素、三七皂甙素、刺蒺藜皂甙素、睡莲皂甙素、艾叶皂甙素、黄连皂甙素、白术皂甙素、苦丁皂甙素、丹参皂甙素、大豆皂甙素、茶皂甙素、西洋参皂甙素、芦笋皂甙素、菝葜皂甙素和夏枯草皂甙素中的几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其特征在于:
所述的冷触媒粉体为纳米银粉体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏,其特征在于:
所述的助剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或吐温80。
5.一种制备如权利要求1所述的一种植物皂甙素复合冷触媒抗菌涂膏的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方称取各个物料;
(2)将植物皂甙素、冰片、蛇床子、龙胆草分别研磨成细粉,过筛;
(3)将助剂溶于蒸馏水Ⅰ中,搅拌10min,然后加入纳米二氧化钛交换体、冷触媒粉体、植物皂甙素,置于70℃下回流4-6h,冷却待用;
(4)将山茶油、蒸馏水Ⅱ、硬脂酸混合加热至80-90℃下,搅拌10min;
(5)将凡士林、十八醇、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯混合加热至80-90℃,搅拌10min,然后再加入步骤(4)溶液混合搅拌30min;
(6)将冰片、蛇床子、龙胆草与步骤(3)溶液混合搅拌15min,然后再加入步骤(5)混合物混合搅拌1-2h,得到所述的抗菌涂膏。
