Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste, in particular to natural full-herbal foam toothpaste.
Background
The oral cavity has a more complex microbial environment, 90% of adults have oral cavity problems of different degrees, and professional medical statistical data finds that the oral cavity problems such as oral ulcer, tooth open swelling and pain, bleeding, atrophy and the like are rapidly spreading along with the change of eating habits (numbness, spiciness and scalding) and the increase of working pressure. These oral "small problems", while not sufficient to go to hospitals, greatly confound people's mood, thereby creating a consumer demand for oral problems. Meanwhile, periodontal supporting tissues in the oral cavity are locally stimulated, such as dental calculus, food impaction, poor restoration bodies and the like, long-term mechanical stimulation, irregular dentition and incorrect tooth brushing method cause excessive load of part of teeth occlusal force, and gingivitis, periodontitis, alveolar abscess and other common oral diseases are caused by chemicals, burns, vitamin C deficiency, oral bacterial growth and the like. The toothpaste is a common cleaning product in daily life, and the quality requirement of the toothpaste is gradually improved along with the improvement of the living standard of people. Performance aspects generally require that toothpaste be capable of removing pellicle and plaque from the tooth surface without damaging the enamel and dentin; has good function of cleaning the oral cavity and the periphery thereof; no toxicity and no stimulation to oral mucosa; has comfortable fragrance and taste, and has cool and fresh feeling after use. Generally, effective medicines are added into toothpaste to prevent and treat various oral diseases caused by bacteria or viruses. Antibiotics can effectively resist bacteria, but have large side effects. The mainstream in the market is also traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste, but basically, several functional traditional Chinese medicine extracts are added on the basis of a toothpaste matrix, however, the toothpaste matrix comprises chemical additives such as preservatives, abrasive agents, adhesive binders, alcohol and the like, and the toothpaste matrix is a chemical substance and can have adverse effects on the oral cavity after long-term use; in addition, some added traditional Chinese medicines are complex and various in types, so that uncertain risks to the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of the traditional Chinese medicines are caused, and the cost of the traditional Chinese medicines is increased. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned above, it is important to provide a herbal toothpaste with simple ingredients, safety and reliability, and "0" addition.

To further illustrate the effect of the toothpaste prepared according to the present invention, the toothpaste effect evaluation was performed from the following aspects:
(1) and (3) bacteriostatic evaluation:
taking common pathogenic bacteria in oral cavity as an antibacterial object, culturing at constant temperature of 35 ℃ by using a hydrolyzed casein liquid culture medium, taking the toothpaste prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention as an experimental object, diluting the toothpaste into a group of gradient samples with different concentrations by using water, and measuring the antibacterial performance of the toothpaste. The experimental results are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 bacteriostatic test of toothpaste on pathogenic bacteria
Bacterial strain | 1:10 | 1:200 | 1:400 | 1:600 |
Streptococcus mutans | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Growth with bacteria |
Porphyromonas gingivalis | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Growth with bacteria |
Candida albicans | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Sterile growth | Growth with bacteria |
As can be seen from the table 1, the prepared toothpaste has an antibacterial effect after being diluted by 400 times, which shows that the toothpaste has a good inhibition effect on common pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity.
(2) Anti-inflammatory evaluation:
the experimental method comprises the following steps: 30 healthy male KM mice, weighing 18-22g, were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 mice each. Blank (saline 0.2 ml/body), experimental group (0.1 g/body, prepared as in example 2), control group (dexamethasone tablets, 0.05 g/body). The administration route is intragastric administration, 1 time per day, 7 days of continuous administration, 30 minutes after the last administration, 0.1 ml/mouse of dimethylbenzene is uniformly coated on the inner and outer surfaces of the right auricle of each mouse, and the left auricle is used as a self blank control without treatment. Mice were sacrificed 1 hour after xylene exposure, ears were cut, aligned, ear was punched out with an 8mm punch, weighed with an analytical balance, and swelling values were calculated: swelling values were from right to left, and the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 effect of toothpaste samples on acute inflammation swelling of mouse auricle caused by xylene
Group of | Dosage form | Swelling number (mg) |
Blank group | Physiological saline 0.2 ml/bag | 17.02±2.99 |
Experimental group | Example 2 toothpaste 0.1 g/toothpaste | 10.85±2.38 |
Control group | Dexamethasone 0.05 g/body | 9.77±2.15 |
As can be seen from Table 2, the weight of acute inflammation swelling auricles of mice in the experimental group and the control group is obviously reduced, and compared with the blank group, the weight of acute inflammation swelling auricles of mice in the experimental group and the control group is obviously different, and the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05), which indicates that the toothpaste disclosed by the invention has an obvious anti-inflammatory effect on acute inflammation. (3) Clinical use efficacy evaluation 100 patients with oral diseases with gingivitis and gingival pain, the age is 15-65 years, the toothpaste prepared by the method of the invention in example 3 is used for brushing teeth once in the morning and at night every day, the teeth are brushed by a horizontal vibration method for 2-3 minutes, and the used toothpaste body is about 1-1.5 cm. After the medicine is continuously used for 2 weeks, the effective rate reaches 100%, the gum of a gingivitis patient is normal in color and plump, the gum does not have the phenomenon of swelling and bleeding, the pain of the gum pain patient disappears, and no adverse reaction occurs. The toothpaste of the invention has obvious improvement effect on gingivitis and gingival pain. It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions.
