【技术领域】
本发明属于贡柑防病技术领域,具体涉及一种防治贡柑溃疡病的高效药物组合物及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
贡柑是贺州市钟山县颇具地方特色的柑桔优良品种之一,尤以味清纯甜、口感好和有特别香气等优良性状而颇具市场竞争力。
贡柑果形靓丽、果色金黄、皮薄核少、肉脆化渣、清甜香蜜、高糖低酸、风味浓郁,它集中了橙类外形美和柑桔肉质细嫩、易剥皮的双重优点,为其他柑桔品种难以比拟,被誉为柑桔之王。贡柑平均单果重90-145克,果径60-65mm,可溶性固形物(主要是糖)达9.0-12.5%,可食率约78%,每100毫升果汁含糖量8.5-11.0克,含酸量0.3-0.5%。果实于11月下旬至12月下旬成熟,是年节的极佳果品。该果品营养丰富,富含多种维生素、微量元素、矿物质、有机酸等,秋冬季节极具消滞止渴作用,能有效补充人体所需养分和水分,被水果业界称为当今健康时尚的水果新贵。
研究表明,贡柑溃疡病菌生长温度范围是12-40℃,在42℃时没有病症出现。目前,多数报道认为最适宜溃疡病菌的的生长温度是20-30℃,极限温度最低为5℃,最高为35℃;最有利的湿度条件是50%以上。暴风雨和台风过后,易发病。贡柑溃疡病主要危害贡柑地上部分的组织,包括幼嫩的叶片、茎段和果实。在适宜的发病条件下,病斑首先在叶片远轴面形成油状突起,随着病原菌诱导的组织增生,油状凸起破裂,并继续增长,继而形成火山口状凸起,也就是典型的溃疡病病斑。病斑影响果实外观,严重时因为影响叶片光和作用而使树势减退。如果环境条件不适宜,典型症状的出现至少需要60d以上,目前防治溃疡病主要为生物农药,药效时间短,频繁的打药既增加了果农的负担,也增加了劳动力成本,也导致贡柑链格孢菌对大量农药产生了抗药性,杀菌效果下降明显。寻找其他方法防控贡柑溃疡病是当务之急。
此外,其他现有防治贡柑溃疡病的药物使用后存在提高贡柑产量和含糖量率低、口感和外表色泽一般等问题。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种防治贡柑溃疡病的高效药物组合物及其制备方法,以解决现在的生物农药,药效时间短、效果差,以及现有防治贡柑溃疡病的药物使用后存在提高贡柑产量和含糖量率低、口感和外表色泽一般等问题。本发明的药物组合物防治贡柑溃疡病,可提高产量和含糖量,且贡柑口感好,外表色泽圆润,品质高,高于常规防治贡柑溃疡病药物组合物的使用效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:

S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为60-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤22%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为84-88℃下干燥至含水量≤6%,接着粉碎,过120-260目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得防治贡柑溃疡病高效药物组合物。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的防治贡柑溃疡病高效药物组合物防治贡柑溃疡病,可提高产量和含糖量,且贡柑口感好,外表色泽圆润,品质高,高于常规防治贡柑溃疡病高效药物组合物使用效果;
(2)本发明的防治贡柑溃疡病高效药物组合物生产方法简单,成本低,使用方便,药效时间长达3-6个月,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

S1:将艾叶、泡桐锯末、黄姜、厚朴、垂柳叶、卡瓦胡椒、茶树叶、无叶假木贼混合粉碎,得到混合物Ⅰ,将混合物Ⅰ加入到乙醇中,在料液比为1:14-17,超声波功率为200-350W,乙醇浓度为65%-82%,提取温度为66-75℃下提取药液16-24min,制得药液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的药液过3000-5000目筛子,制得滤液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加钾盐、磷盐、氮盐、钙盐、镁盐、碘盐、硼盐、钼盐、锌盐、锰盐、铜盐、铁盐、维生素、氨基酸、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素、6-苄基腺膘呤、萘乙酸、琼脂、激动素、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二壬基萘磺酸钠、美国杜邦EEA2112AC相容剂、蚯蚓粉、烷基硫酸酯钾、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、卡拉胶、代森锰锌、链霉素、咪鲜胺、润湿渗透剂、增效剂,在温度为42-50℃,转速为100-300r/min下搅拌溶解20-30min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为60-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤22%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为84-88℃下干燥至含水量≤6%,接着粉碎,过120-260目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得防治贡柑溃疡病高效药物组合物。
