背景技术
由于世界多数地区的立法越来越严格,对减小乘用车的二氧化碳(CO2)排放量的要求与日俱增。对减少损耗的需求的增大,结合对增大功能性且降低成本的需求的增大,造成对新的动力传动系统技术的需求。现今,越来越多的车辆装配有动力传动分离系统,以减少全轮驱动系统(AWD-System)的损耗。这些系统的缺点是,其倾向于带来高成本,并且,在分离(两轮驱动(2WD))模式下的损耗不能被充分地利用,这主要是由于较高的离合器拖滞引起。
另外,通过CO2法规的激励,越来越多的车辆的发动机上装配有或将会装配有轻度混合(mild hybridization)的例如安装为一体化皮带驱动式起动交流发电机(B-ISG)的48V小号电机。尽管B-ISG非常好地减小了CO2的排放,但其并没有充分地利用车辆中小号电机的简化(reduction)的潜能。例如,由于B-ISG直接连接于发动机,而启动发动机必须旋转,因此,导致了额外的损耗。另外,电机用作B-ISG造成了对车辆的附加功能的限制。

具体实施方式
在图1中,显示了变速箱形式的车辆动力传动系统100。变速箱100布置在车辆10中,车辆10具有前轴12、后轴14和用于通过传动装置(未示出)驱动变速箱100的发动机16。
变速箱100具有连接于发动机16的输入轴102、后输出轴104和前输出轴106。前输出轴106相对于后输出轴104布置为不共轴;前输出轴106通过链传动机构110连接于输入轴102。输入扭矩传递给中央差速器120,该中央差速器120具有第一输出和第二输出,第一输出为后输出轴104,第二输出为链传动机构110的驱动侧,因此,第二输出连接于前输出轴106。前输出轴106驱动前轴12,而后输出轴104驱动后轴14。

4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆动力传动系统,其中,所述换档套筒绕所述后输出(104)同轴地布置。
5.根据上述任意一项权利要求所述的车辆动力传动系统,还包括电机(140),该电机(140)与所述前输出(106a)传动连接。
6.根据上述任意一项权利要求所述的车辆动力传动系统,其中,所述动力传动系统(100)形成变速箱,并且其中,所述前输出(106a)为用于通过链传动机构(110)驱动所述前轴(12)的轴,并且所述后输出(104)为用于驱动所述后轴(14)的轴。
7.根据上述任意一项权利要求所述的车辆动力传动系统,其中,所述差速器(120)为锥齿轮差速器。
8.根据上述任意一项权利要求所述的车辆动力传动系统,其中,所述差速器(120)为行星齿轮差速器,其中,环形齿轮(120:1)、行星架(120:2,120:3)和太阳轮(120:4)分别形成差速器输入(102)、所述前输出(104)和所述后输出(106a)。
9.一种用于提供全轮驱动的车辆动力传动系统(100),包括离合器(150),该离合器(150)具有驱动侧(102,104)和从动侧(106a),所述驱动侧(102,104)连接于车辆的前轴(12)和后轴(14)中的一者,所述从动侧(106a)连接于所述前轴(12)和后轴(14)中的另一者,因此,在所述离合器(150)的致动下,传动扭矩将传递给所述从动侧(106a),其中,所述车辆动力传动系统(100)还包括布置在所述离合器(150)的所述从动侧的分离器(13)以及布置在所述离合器(150)和前轴差速器(12:1)之间的电机(140),该电机(140)与所述离合器(150)的所述从动侧传动连接。
