Abstract
本发明涉及一种防火聚苯板,由模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、防火浆料构成,其中,模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板的聚苯颗粒之间具有被所述防火浆料填充的空腔;通过灌注防火浆料在空腔处形成防火层,实现A级防火。避免了聚苯颗粒通过添加大量粘合剂等材料粘结为一体,此聚苯板成本大幅下降且功效提高几十倍。并且,本发明刻意避开了应用氯化镁,防止施工中和固化前氯化镁电离出大量的氯离子(CL‑)严重腐蚀钢材,造成建筑物质量严重受损,甚至因承重钢筋被腐蚀产生垮塌的风险,也避免了固化后因反应不完全或过量的氯离子(L‑)存在导致进一步腐蚀和返卤脱落、翘曲变形等后期安全隐患。是保温材料的重大的突破,具有优异的性价比和巨大的社会效益。

[0003] 随着国家节能标准的不断提高和防火要求的更加严格,对保温材料提出了更高要 求,目前广泛应用的有机保温材料模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、硬泡聚氨 酯、酚醛板几乎囊括了全部B级保温材料,上述有机保温材料保温效果很好且施工极为方便 快捷,但达不到A级防火。为了发挥有机保温材料的优异保温性能,又提升它的防火性能,目 前的现有技术通常是把聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒和硅酸盐水泥、有机高分子聚合物胶粉、短纤维 丝、纤维素醚、粉煤灰、重钙等材料拌合形成保温浆料,硅酸盐水泥也可由氧化镁和硫酸镁 配制的硫氧镁胶凝材料或氧化镁和氯化镁配制的氯氧镁胶凝材料替换,上述保温浆料抹到 建筑墙体上每层抹厚了必然坠落,达到现行的保温要求需抹10层左右,人工成本巨大推广 性极差;上述保温浆料浇注到模具中制成板材,也需要清模、支模、刷脱模剂、浇注、成型、固 化、脱模、养护等工艺,效率非常低下,成本很高极难推广。如何发挥有机保温材料优异的保 温效果,又赋予它A级防火性能,同时生产方便快捷、成本低廉、易推广且无后期应用安全隐 患的优质保温材料摆在了广大保温材料研究者面前,这也关系到国家保温节能政策能否顺 利实现和人民生命财产安全的大事。
[0004] 如何解决A级防火问题,在已公告、公开的专利文献中有很多仁者见仁智者见智的 报道,比较突出的犹如: 中国专利文献CN203284904U公告了一种复合A级保温隔热板,包括二个以上的有机保 温隔热板,所述其中的有机保温隔热板下方设置有加强层,所述加强层下方设置有无机耐 火粘结层,所述另一有机保温隔热板设置在无机耐火粘结层的下方。所述有机保温隔热板 能提高防火性能,且重量轻、保温隔热效果好,阻燃效果好,在施工过程及产品使用过程中 安全,不会发生火灾,并且保温隔热,使用寿命与建筑寿命相同。然,虽此方案可以提供A级 设计要求,但由于两层保温隔热板的结构使建筑物整体造价飙升,不易广而推之。
[0005] 中国专利文献CN205296430U公告了一种外墙保温系统,包括基层墙体和饰面层, 还包括界面层、保温层、抗裂防护层;所述基层墙体上设有界面层,所述界面层上依次设有 砂浆粘接层、EPS膨胀聚苯板层、抹面胶浆层、陶瓷保温板,所述耐碱玻纤网格布层通过锚固 件、抗裂胶浆连接层设于所述陶瓷保温板上,所述弹性腻子层设于耐碱玻纤网格布层上,装 饰饰面层设于弹性腻子层上。该方案的有益效果是通过将陶瓷保温板设于EPS膨胀聚苯板 层之上,使外墙外保温防护层防火性能得到有效加强,克服了膨胀珍珠岩吸水性大、易粉化 的缺点,同时弥补了聚苯有机材料(EPS板、XPS板、胶粉聚苯颗粒等)防火性能差的缺陷。此 方案随让能够解决保温防火问题,但陶瓷保温板需与它层锚件固定,整体构造偏重,不适宜 高墙作业,造价不菲。
[0006] 中国专利文献CN205189155U公告了一种渗透型聚合聚苯板的技术方案,包括聚苯 板本体,所述聚苯板本体内有聚苯乙烯颗粒,所述聚苯乙烯颗粒的外表面包裹有纳米级防 火浆料且所述聚苯乙烯颗粒间的间隙内填充有纳米级防火浆料,所述聚苯板本体的上、下 表面分别设置有一防水层,所述防水层的上、下表面分别设置有一防火层,所述防火层的厚 度小于2mm。该技术方的特点是苯乙烯颗粒能完全与防火浆料接触,防火效果好,防水层增 加了聚苯板的防水功能,防火层避免了燃烧后的聚苯板本体的炭化萎缩现象的产生。但由 于在聚苯板本体的上、下表面分别设置了防水层,该防水层材料与聚苯板本体用材的属性 差异很大,耐固性差,长期使用很容易出现防火层表面的龟裂、漫纹、脱落现象,增加了日后 的维修成本。
[0007] 综上,在充分肯定现有技术贡献的优点同时,在如何发挥有机保温材料优异的保 温效果,又赋予它A级防火性能,同时生产方便快捷、成本低廉、易推广且无后期应用安全隐 患的优质保温材料的领域仍有重要课题需要本领域技术人员去解决。

[0018] 10.-种防火聚苯板的制备方法,包括分别制备模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、防火浆料以 及防火聚苯板产品的步骤,其中,所述制备模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板及防火浆料的步骤是:首先 将过热水蒸汽管道分别连接预发机、打板成型机,蒸汽管道内蒸汽压力0.4-0.8Mpa、温度 140-180 °C,关闭预发机的出料闸阀,通过绞龙向预发机加入可发性聚苯乙烯,再打开蒸汽 阀门通入蒸汽,控制蒸汽压力0.04-0.08 Mpa范围内,保压时间约60 s -80s的工况条件下 通过预发机将可发性聚苯乙烯进行膨胀制备直径为l_5mm的小球,之后打开出料闸阀将小 球倒入陈化仓降温冷却备用;将陈化仓中的备用聚苯颗粒小球通过联通管路气吹到打板成 型机中充填密实,再打开蒸汽阀门输入过热蒸汽,其间控制蒸汽压力为0.1-0.65Mpa,然后 经保压、冷却、脱模、顶出工序制得其尺寸为1220臟\61〇111111\602〇111111、容重7-211^/111 3的毛 呸板,备用;之后,将备用的毛呸板放在60-70 °C的蒸房内干燥陈化3天或自然陈化6天以上, 得容重为6_20kg/ m3的毛呸板,备用;最后将干燥后的毛呸板送入切割床上,按事先设定的 横切宽度、纵切和竖切尺寸,对切割丝通电使其发热至微红时按纵切、横切、竖切不分先后 顺序对毛呸板进行切割,切出长宽厚尺寸符合设计要求的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板,备用。 [0019]所述制备防火浆料的步骤:先向其底部带有放料阀门的搅拌罐内加水90份,再依 据此比例相应地分别加入优选组份为氧化镁30-195份、硫酸镁15-160份、改性剂0-15份,开 启搅拌罐将罐内物料打浆制成防火浆料,备用; 所述防火聚苯板产品的制备步骤:准备一个带有压紧盖的、其箱体内带有沿箱体长度 方向的两侧对称设置了横槽的、箱体尺寸为长1400mm X宽750mmX高1000mm的压力箱,然后 将切割好的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板依层放入箱体的每对横槽内,在每层模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板 表面高度对应的横槽内插入2-3根Φ 15mm的金属圆棒将模塑聚苯乙稀泡沫板隔离、固定,之 后,将压力箱置于搅拌罐下方并打开搅拌罐的放料阀门,将备用浆料注入至压力箱内,待压 力箱内的液面高出顶层泡沫板面100mm后,将压力箱移动至搅拌罐之外,上紧压力盖,加压 至0-0.2Mpa,,保压10秒,使防火浆料灌注、挤压、渗透到模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板颗粒之间所存 在的空腔中,形成防火层;最后,打开压力箱的压力盖和底部阀门,放出剩余的防火浆料,取 出浸透后的泡沫板,在环境温度>〇°C的条件下将浸透后的泡沫板放置到晾晒架上自然固 化和干燥,待放置24-48h后即可叠摞打包待售;或将浸透后的泡沫板推入蒸汽温度为50-70 °C、相对湿度为60-90%的蒸汽室内进行固化、干燥,待放置6h后即可叠摞打包待售。
[0020]相比现有技术,本发明具有的积极效果是十分明显的:本发明涉及的聚苯板是一 种改性的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板,通过制取模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板时调整成型机内过热水蒸汽 压力,实现聚苯颗粒之间颗粒壁相互球状接触点点状粘合或颗粒壁接触点部位被挤压形成 一段平面、曲面粘合,非颗粒被严重挤压变形形成粒壁间连续全部粘合。这样巧妙实现了聚 苯颗粒之间通过过热水蒸汽热熔聚苯颗粒表层相互自粘形成保温板材,又在聚苯颗粒之间 粘合点或粘合面之外部位有大量非粘合部位,形成大量空腔,可非常简便的通过灌注防火 材料在空腔处形成防火层,实现A级防火。避免了聚苯颗粒通过添加大量粘合剂等材料粘结 为一体,成本大幅下降且功效提高几十倍。并且,本发明刻意避开了应用氯化镁,防止施工 中和固化前氯化镁电离出大量的氯离子(CL-)严重腐蚀钢材,造成建筑物质量严重受损,甚 至因承重钢筋被腐蚀产生垮塌的风险,也避免了固化后因反应不完全或过量的氯离子(L-) 存在导致进一步腐蚀和返卤脱落、翘曲变形等后期安全隐患。是保温材料的重大的突破,具 有优异的性价比和巨大的社会效益。

具体实施方式
[0023]参照附图1,本发明涉及的聚苯板是一种经改性的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板且依以下 制备方法实现聚苯板的制作。
[0024] 实施例1; 先制取本发明的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板:将可发性聚苯乙烯先通过预发机发成颗粒;预 发机连接过热水蒸汽管道,蒸汽压力0.4-0.8Mpa,温度140-180 °C,预发机先关闭出料闸 阀,再通过绞龙加入可发性聚苯乙烯,打开蒸汽阀门通入蒸汽,控制蒸汽压力0.04-0.08 Mpa范围内,保压时间大约60-80s,可发性聚苯乙稀膨胀成直径l-5mm的小球,优选发成直径 2-3 _的小球,打开出料闸阀倒入陈化仓降温冷却备用。将聚苯颗粒打成毛呸板:打板成型 机连接过热水蒸汽管道,蒸汽压力0.4-0.8Mpa,温度140-180 °C,打板成型机连接聚苯颗粒 陈化仓,陈化仓中的聚苯颗粒通过联通管路气吹到打板成型机中充填密实,打开蒸汽阀门 通入过热蒸汽,控制蒸汽压力0.10-0.65Mpa,优选压力0.25-0.35Mpa,然后经保压、冷却、脱 模、顶出工序制得毛呸板备用,毛呸板通常尺寸1220mmX610mmX6020mm、容重7-21kg/ m3, 优选容重15-17kg/m3。毛呸板区别与正常呸板具有如下特征:(1)、聚苯颗粒之间颗粒壁相 互球状接触点点状粘结或颗粒壁接触点部位被挤压形成一段平面、曲面粘接,但非连续。 (2)聚苯颗粒之间粘结点或粘结面之外部位有大量非粘结部位,形成大量空腔。将毛呸板陈 化:毛呸板放在60-70°C的蒸房内干燥陈化3天或自然陈化6天以上即可切割使用,毛呸板干 燥后容重6-20kg/m 3,优选容重14-16kg/m3。将毛呸板切割:预先把切割床切割丝横切宽度、 纵切和竖切调到设计好尺寸,然后把干燥陈化好的毛呸板放到切割床上,切割丝通上电发 热至微红时,通常先纵切、横切,再竖切即可切出长宽厚符合要求的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板备 用,优选尺寸为1200mm X 600mm X(10-100)mm。
[0025] 实施例2; 防火浆料的制作:本发明涉及的防火浆料的组份由氧化镁、硫酸镁和改性剂组成,优选 比例为氧化镁6-125份、硫酸镁5-120份、改性剂0-15份。其制备方法是:选择带搅拌叶轮或 搅拌棒的其罐底部设有放料阀门的搅拌罐,先向罐内加水,再加入氧化镁、硫酸镁和改性剂 充分搅拌打成浆料备用。
[0026] 实施例3; 结合实施例1和2,向模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板灌注防火浆料: 先把切割好的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板层层放入压力箱中,压力箱的尺寸长X宽X高为 1400mm X 750mm X 1000mm,压力箱在长度方向两侧对称设置横槽,每放置一层模塑聚苯乙稀 泡沫板,在模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板上表面高度对应的横槽滑入2-3根Φ 15mm的金属圆棒,起到 把泡沫板隔开的隔棒作用和防止注入防火浆料时上浮作用。将模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板层层放 入压力箱中隔离固定好后,把压力箱推到搅拌罐下方打开阀门放入搅拌好的浆料,液面要 高出顶层泡沫板面1 〇〇mm。
[0027] 之后,推出压力箱、上紧压力盖加压至0_0.2Mpa,保压10秒,优选压力O.IMpa,此时 将防火浆料灌注、挤压、渗透到聚苯板板体内的颗粒、团簇之间预留的空腔中,形成防火层, 起到隔离防火作用。接着打开压力箱压力盖和底部阀门,放出剩余的防火浆料,将浸透后的 泡沫板放置到晾晒架上自然固化和干燥,环境温度须>〇°C,放置24-48h后即可叠摞打包待 售,或推入蒸养室固化和干燥,蒸养室温度50-70 °C,相对湿度60-90%,放置6h后即可叠摞打 包待售。
[0028]由本发明制备的改性聚苯板与防火浆料的结合产出的防火聚苯板,是建材市场中 的奇葩。
[0029]比较以下二组数据可以看出由本发明之制备方法产出的聚苯板具有明显的优点: 第一组数据:改性前模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板燃烧性能指标
第二组数据:改性后防火模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板燃烧性能指标
Claims (10)
1. 一种防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述聚苯板由模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、防火浆料构成, 其中,所述的模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板的聚苯颗粒之间具有被所述防火浆料填充的空腔;所述 防火浆料包括氧化镁、硫酸镁、改性剂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述的泡沫板是一种其板内的聚苯 颗粒的颗粒壁之间具有相互接触点粘合的部位以及颗粒壁之间相互接触的点部位、而相邻 的颗粒壁又呈非连续粘合的形状、且所述部位又被挤压形成一段平面或曲面并相互粘合在 一起的泡沫板。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述泡沫板,其被所述防火浆料 填充的空腔是由板内的聚苯颗粒之间粘合点部位或粘合面部位之外的非颗粒接触点粘合 部位所形成的空腔。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板,其优选 容重为 14-16kg/m3。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述泡沫板的重量与所述防火浆料 中的氧化镁、硫酸镁、改性剂的优选比例为6-20份、6-125份、5-120份、0-15份。
6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述防火浆料中的氧化镁,其优 选活性>75%,目数1000-2000目。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述防火浆料中的改性剂是硅油系 列憎水剂或早强剂或增强剂,其优选用量为所述氧化镁、硫酸镁重量的1%。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述防火浆料优选添加树脂或乳 液,其用量为氧化镁、硫酸镁重量的0-30%。
9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的防火聚苯板,其特征在于,所述防火浆料中的树脂或乳液, 其优选用量为氧化镁、硫酸镁重量的5%。
